一种电子自动变速器油泵
本发明为一种汽车电子自动变速控制***的液压动力源油泵。
目前,汽车所用油泵,大多数为常流式油泵,比如典型动力转向泵,如果阻断传动液流动,传动液只有经溢流阀的溢流腔回到油泵的吸油口,在油泵内循环。只需要很短的时间,整个油泵就严重发热,造成无法正常工作。而电子自动变速器的工况,正是常压式,经常处于阻断传动液流动的工况。而本发明能有效的满足电子自动变速、常压式工况的要求。将溢流阀溢出的传动液引出油泵,直接进入油箱或换热器,避免了传动液在油泵被反复剪切加压,造成高温。使传动液变质。从而提供稳定可靠的液压动力源。
本发明由轴承座,泵体和调节油泵压力的阀座组成,阀座内装有溢流阀芯,阀座上吸油口与溢流腔完全隔离。传动液流经箭头所示到溢流腔,溢流腔开有一小孔,通过溢流端接头与油箱或换热器相连。阀座的上端装有高压输出端接头,下端装有堵头。
由于采用上述方案,能在高压输出端关闭或超负荷时,使通过溢流阀芯到溢流腔的传动液流,不回到吸油口循环工作。而是直接回到油箱,从而有效的降底了油泵的温度,提供了稳定可靠的液压动力源。

如图1所示,本发明由轴承座(8)、泵体(9)和调节油泵压力的阀座(4)组成。阀座(4)内装有溢流阀芯(3)、阀座(4)上吸油口(1)与溢流腔(12)完全隔离,剪头(7)为传动液流方向,溢流腔(6)上开有一小孔(1)与溢流端接头(5)相通。并与油箱连接,阀座(4)的上端装有高压输出端接头(2),下端装有堵头(10)。

  1. ①一种电子自动变速器油泵。其特征在于阀座内的吸油口与溢流腔完全隔离,溢流腔开一小孔,通过溢流端接头与油箱或换热器相通。
  2. ②根据权利要求①所述的装置,阀座内装有溢流阀芯。
