Abstract

本发明给出了一种复合有机肥。它选用动物粪便、油渣、粉煤灰、尿素、硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸亚铁、浓硫酸和硫酸镁为配料,先将粪便,油渣,在密封反应器内加入硫酸亚铁、浓硫酸进行第一次腐熟发酵,然后在烘干机中烘干进行第二次腐熟发酵,将尿素,硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸镁和粉煤灰混合粉碎成50—80目粒度最后调配粘合剂进行造粒而获得。它投资小、生产简便、能对粪便除臭、灭菌、杀虫、消灭杂草种籽、改善土结构,有效地提高土壤肥力。

Description

复合有机肥
本发明涉及一种肥料尤其是一种复合有机肥。
目前国内对有机复合肥技术研究及应用较多,大多为干法生产的复混型产品。95年以来公开报导的有生物法和发酵法技术,也有关于粉煤灰的应用研究。上述这些类型的有机复混肥虽然营养成分较多,肥效也高,但是都存在着许多不足,1是生产工艺复杂,投资大而不利于推广应用;2是对粪便的除臭、灭菌、杀虫不彻底,造成对环境的污染和对作物的为害;3是不能消除粪便及秸杆中杂草种籽。
本发明的目的在于提供一种投资小、生产工艺简便,能对粪便除臭、灭菌、杀虫、消灭杂草种籽,改善土壤结构,增加土壤中量元素和微量元素,有效地提高土壤肥力的复合有机肥。
本发明是这样获得的,它选用动物粪便如鸡、牛、羊粪,油渣如菜籽渣、棉籽渣,粉煤灰,尿素,硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸亚铁、浓硫酸、硫酸镁为配料,先将粪便、油渣在密封的反应器内加入硫酸亚铁混合均匀,再加入浓硫酸,充分搅拌均匀后使温度保持在70℃-85℃,持续发酵48小时进行第一次腐熟,然后将第一次腐熟料再在烘干机中烘干2-3小时,其干燥机出口温度为80℃同时进行二次腐熟,再在二次腐熟料中加入尿素、硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸镁和粉煤灰,经充分与二次腐熟料混合粉碎成50-80目粒度、再经调配粘合剂进行造粒而获得。其各配料的重量比是动物粪便∶油渣∶粉煤灰∶尿素∶硫酸钾∶二铵∶硼肥∶硫酸亚铁∶浓硫酸∶硫酸镁=50∶5∶10∶7∶12∶8∶0.5∶10∶2.5∶0.1。。
本发明的优点在于它在生产过程中采用了化学法与发酵法并重的生产方法,以化学法为主、工艺简单、投资小有利于推广应用;采用化学法消毒、灭菌、杀虫、除臭较为彻底,对作物不会造成危害、用化学法腐熟有效地消灭了杂草种籽;充分利用了粪便、油渣及发电厂粉煤灰,消除了对环境的污染,而且能改善土壤结构,提高土壤肥力,因为粉煤灰本身就是很好的土壤改良剂和培肥剂;利用硫酸亚铁消毒、杀菌化学处理,增加了中量元素铁肥,在配料中添加镁、硼等中量元素及全料中富有多种作物所需的微量元素,使其营养成份全面,不仅可增产,而且提高了果实的质量和甜度。它与一般同量化肥相比其粮食亩施80公斤可增产25-30%,蔬菜亩施200公斤可增产40-50%,高的可增产70%,果树每株施8公斤可增产30-40%,甜度可增加。
下面以实施例对本发明进一步说明:
本发明选用羊粪、棉籽渣、粉煤灰、尿素、硫酸钾、二铵、普通农用硼肥、13-15%浓度的硫酸亚铁,8%浓度的浓硫酸和硫酸镁为配料,先将羊粪、棉籽渣在密封的反应器内加入硫酸亚铁,再分次加入浓硫酸,边加入边搅拌,充分搅拌50分钟待均匀后,使温度保持在70℃-85℃,持续发酵48小时进行第一次腐熟,然后将第一次腐熟料再在烘干机中烘干2-3小时,其干燥机出口温度为80℃同时进行二次腐熟,再在二次腐熟料中加入尿素,硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸镁和粉煤灰,经充分混合后,粉碎成50-80目粒度,用粘合剂粘土进行造成1-4mm粒度而获得。其各配料的重量比是粪便∶油渣∶粉煤灰∶尿素∶硫酸钾∶二铵∶硼肥∶硫酸亚铁∶浓硫酸∶硫酸镁=50∶5∶10∶7∶12∶8∶0.5∶10∶2.5∶0.1。

  1. 一种复合有机肥,其特征在于它选用动物粪便、油渣、粉煤灰、尿素、硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸亚铁、浓硫酸和硫酸镁为配料,先将粪便、油渣在密封的反应器内加入硫酸亚铁混合均匀后再加入浓硫酸充分搅拌均匀后使温度保持在70℃-85℃,持续发酵48小时后进行第一次腐熟,然后将第一次腐熟料再在烘干机中烘干2-3小时,其烘干机出口温度为80℃,同时进行二次腐熟,再在二次腐熟料中加入尿素、硫酸钾、二铵、硼肥、硫酸镁和粉煤灰,经充分与二次腐熟料混合粉碎成50-80目粒度,最后调配粘合剂进行造粒而获得,其各配料的重量比是动物粪便∶油渣∶粉煤灰∶尿素∶硫酸钾∶二铵∶硼肥∶硫酸亚铁∶浓硫酸∶硫酸镁=50∶5∶10∶7∶12∶8∶0.5∶10∶2.5∶0.1。
