Abstract

本发明为一种鲁梅克斯杂交酸模用于制备饮料的用途,即可用新鲜的鲁梅克斯杂交酸模榨汁制成原汁饮品,或全肉型饮料以及根据不同人群的特点和需要调配成不同口味的饮品。鲁梅克斯杂交酸模是一种高氨基酸、高蛋白质、高胡萝卜素的高营养植物,此外,还含有人体所需各种微量元素、叶绿素及有机硒,维生素C的含量也很高。采用鲁梅克斯杂交酸模制备的饮料是一种纯天然、营养全面、均衡、外观美、口味佳的绿色饮品。

鲁梅克斯杂交酸模用于制备饮料
本发明为一种鲁梅克斯杂交酸模的新用途,特别是涉及到将鲁梅克斯杂交酸模用于制备饮料。
随着国民经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,各式各样的特色饮品层出不穷,但是人们发现,现在市场销售的各种饮料按原料来源来分,也只有原汁果味型,如保鲜包装的汇源果汁等,或纯碎配制的饮料型,如可口可乐、雪碧等,或由原汁调配的饮料,如各种口味的汽水;而由纯天然植物蔬菜制备的原汁饮料还不多。
本发明的目的是提供一种营养价值高的,由鲁梅克斯杂交酸模制备的纯天然植物饮料。
鲁梅克斯杂交酸模是一种新的高蛋白、高维生素C、高胡萝卜素的绿色产品,它具有高产、寿命长、抗寒、抗旱性能强及蛋白质含量高、营养成份全面均衡等特性。其营养成份在不同的生育期变化如表1。

此外,鲁梅克斯的叶绿素的含量也很高,并含有较高浓度的有机硒和许多有益于人体的微量元素见表3。

因此,鲁梅克斯杂交酸模是一种营养价值极高的优质植物新品种。
特别是新鲜的鲁梅克斯杂交酸模的含水量高达89-90%,因此,采用新鲜的鲁梅克斯杂交酸模,以其植物体榨出的汁液为原料用于制备饮料,得到的将是纯天然、高营养、外观美、口味佳的绿色饮品。
采用鲁梅克斯杂交酸模可以制备得到鲁梅克斯原汁饮品;还可制备得到鲁梅克斯复合氨基酸饮料;还可以制备得到鲁梅克斯全肉型饮料。
本发明由鲁梅克斯杂交酸模制备得到的饮料富含大量维生素、胡萝卜素、矿物质元素及有机硒等各种营养成份,是一种纯天然营养保健饮品。
饮料的营养成份经新疆农科院中心实验室,农业部农产品质量监督检验测试中心检验,分析结果如表4和表5。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
实施例1
一种鲁梅克斯原汁饮品,即将鲁梅克斯杂交酸模清洗后,加入1倍的水后榨成汁,并在90~100℃的温度下加热5min、用压滤机、选细网孔过滤出沉淀物,即可得到原汁饮品。
根据不同人群的口味及特点,将制得的原汁饮品还可进一步调配成不同口味,以适应不同的人群特点。
如根据儿童、幼儿的特点,在原汁饮品中加入占原汁总量5-6%的砂糖、占原汁总量的0.1-0.15%的柠檬酸及占原汁总量的0.1-0.3%的防腐剂,如山梨酸钾或亚硫酸钠。如此调配出的饮料,口感为酸甜型,富含维生素、胡萝卜素、游离氨基酸及微量元素硒等,可以弥补儿童因偏食而造成的维生素、胡萝卜素摄入量不足的缺点,有利于营养平衡,有增强体质、身高和智力的保健功效,属营养型天然绿色饮品。
还可根据老年人的特点,在原汁饮品中加入少量精盐和糖,使其口感呈微咸甜型。此类饮料属低糖类饮品,同样富含维生素、胡萝卜素、游离氨基酸及硒等微量元素,可以加强老年人对维生素、胡萝卜素和微量元素的摄取量,具有增强体质、延年益寿、防止老年痴呆症的保健作用。
还可根据普通人均喜欢的口味,将原汁饮料加工成碳酸型饮料,使其具有清凉、止渴、迅速补充体内水分和营养物质,恢复体力之功效。
实施例2
一种鲁梅克斯全肉型饮料。即将鲁梅克斯杂交酸模经护色预热、按鲁梅克斯杂交酸模∶水=1∶1~2(W/W)的比例加水打浆,再经调PH、均质、杀菌而得到全肉型饮料。还可以进一步加稳定剂等进行调配、均质、罐装、杀菌及冷却为成品。
此类饮料口感酸甜,有固形物,对男女老幼均适宜,它营养丰富,可提供大量的蛋白质、氨基酸、维生素、胡萝卜素、矿物质Ca和P、微量元素硒以及少量纤维素,是一种营养保健的纯天然绿色饮料。
实施例3
一种鲁梅克斯复合氨基酸饮品。即将鲁梅克斯杂交酸模经护色、预热后打浆、过滤,再将过滤液经水解、加酶、纯化酶、离心分离、过滤、调PH值、高温瞬间杀菌、装瓶、封口、杀菌、冷却后即为成品。
此类饮品口感酸甜,适宜男女老幼饮用。它将丰富的植物蛋白质水解成游离氨基酸,有利于被人体快速吸收利用,可大量补充人体所需各种氨基酸,加之维生素、胡萝卜素的配合,是一种纯天然、高营养的绿色饮品。

1、鲁梅克斯杂交酸模用于制备饮料的用途。
2、如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征是用鲁梅克斯杂交酸模制备鲁梅克斯原汁饮品。
3、如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征是用鲁梅克斯杂交酸模制备鲁梅克斯复合氨基酸饮料。
4、如权利要求1所述的用途,其特征是用鲁梅克斯杂交酸模制备鲁梅克斯杂交酸模全肉型饮料。
