Abstract

Description
本发明涉及适于接纳圆柱形***件的电接触包容件。
本发明还涉及适于接纳上述这种包容件的电连接器外壳件。
本发明涉及的电接触包容件包括一主体,在主体一端具有将其固定到电导线上用的装置,在其另一端具有一系列弹性夹片,适于夹紧***件且基本上按截头圆锥形配置。在这种类型的包容件中,一外套管被套装并固定在该主体上,并且包括与上述弹性夹片配合的弹性舌片,以加强它们的弹性作用,而且包括用于将上述包容件固定在外壳件中的通道内的夹持件。
包容件在其后端通常具有一适于与外壳内的通道中的台肩配合的贴合部,适于接纳外套管的通道一部分的直径大于所述外套管,从而使各夹持用夹片可以通过这一部分将其装配,以与对应的台肩配合。
此外,该贴合部增加了该包容件的长度,使得要使用加大的材料并增加接触电阻,这在高功率接触的情况下是特别重要的。
本发明的目的在于纠正上述缺陷。
根据本发明的电接触包容件,包括一主体,在主体的一端具有将其连接在电导线上用的装置,例如一些夹紧用夹片,在其另一端具有一系列适于夹紧一圆柱形***件的弹性夹片,该夹片由一通过成形部分连接到一些连接件上的圆柱形环部延伸;该包容件由外套管和套管总成,其外套管具有一***在并固定在该圆柱形环部上的套筒部,且其套管带有切割形成的各弹性舌片,适于与各弹性夹片配合以强化它们的作用;该外套管具有适于与连接器外壳件通道中的台肩相配合以接纳此包容件的一些夹持件,其中包括弹性夹片的主体部分的直径小于该环部的直径,这两个部分通过台肩相连;外套管的套管直径小于套筒部的直径,这两个部分通过台肩相连;该套管在其与套筒部相反的自由端具有一边圈,以及由边圈伸出朝向套筒部弯曲并延伸远至套筒部附近的一些夹持件。
利用这种结构配置,通道中适于接纳外套管中的套筒部的部分具有的直径,可对应于套筒部的直径,以使该包容件可以没有明显间隙地装配到通道中,套筒部和套管的外径之差小于夹持件的厚度。
外套管上具有的开口与它的台肩相一致,从而有利于套筒部和套管之间的台肩的变形。
外套管中的套筒部分上有一些孔,以便于将其焊到环部。
本发明还包括一电连接器外壳件,其适于接纳如前述任一权利要求所述的包容件,并包括:一系列通道,其中每一通道适于接纳包容件,每个通道具有用于***包容件的后端;其中容纳有各约束用夹片的中间部分;供套筒部用的外壳;以及用于经过台肩将套管结合到外壳上的内腔,其中该通道的前端包括一环部,其环部的内径对应于主体中由弹性夹片限定的部分的内径,且其外径基本上对应于该套管自由端的外径,此环部通过一些径向窄条连接到外壳体上,而且外壳的直径基本上等于套筒部的直径。
按照这种方式,包容件被保持在前端,而且现有技术中在包容件上设有的贴合部可免除。随着工具通过各径向窄条之间的开口,夹持件可易于回缩,从而由其通道中抽出该包容件。
下面将通过参照附图表示的特定实施例,仅以举例的方式更详细地描述本发明。

图5表示根据本发明的适于接纳一包容件的外壳件部分的端部。

各附图所示的电接触包容件具有主体1,在其一端带有适于夹紧导线4裸端3的折弯的夹片2以及用于夹紧所述导线4的夹片6。
在接近夹片2处主体1具有一成形的部分7,其由圆柱形环部8延伸扩展而以一系列适于夹紧圆柱形接触件(未表示)***的弹性夹片9终止。
包含各弹性夹片9的该主体1的部分基本上呈截头圆锥状,较大的根部经台肩13与环部8相连,环部8的直径大于所述较大根部的直径。
该包容件是由外套管11组成的,该外套管在其一端具有套装在环部8上的套筒部14以及其上各结合用孔12,以将该套筒焊接到该环部8上。
套筒部14延伸有较小直径的套管15,具有一系列由切割形成的与夹片9配合作用的弹性舌片16。
套管15终止在边圈17,其适于保护各夹片9并带有两个朝向套筒14的彼此相距180°的夹持用长条22。
外套管11由具有高弹性模量的金属制成,而且主体1由作为良导电体的材料构成,以致于其载流量可以超100安。
为便于弯曲和轧制外套管,套筒14可通过由构成外套管材料的厚度方向上的许多开口21限定的细条20连接到套管15上,台肩19与各细条20相一致形成。
套管15的直径与套筒14的直径之差小于各夹持用长条22的厚度。
图5和6表示适于接纳根据本发明的一包容件的外壳件30的一部分。
这一外壳件包括一系列的通道31,该通道具有包容件***端32,且其另一端形成有用于通过径向窄条34将上述包容件连接到相应壁上的夹持环部33。
每一通道31具有:后端35,导线4延伸***其中,其中并装有封装件36;中间部分37,各夹片2和6容纳其中;横向槽38,该成形的部分7***其中,并适于接纳一止动键40;外壳42,与套筒14相对应,以及腔44,适于接纳套管15并通过台肩45连到外壳42上。
因此,当将此电接触包容件装配进入通道31中而将套管15***外壳42时,各夹持用长条22弹性回缩,然后返回它们原有的位置以便与台肩45相配合。因此,该电接触包容件被适当地锁入通道31中,因为其压靠在环部33上并由贴靠在台肩45上的各夹持用长条22卡住,套筒14则按最小间隙***外壳42中。
通过将一工具***通过各窄条34之间的开口,以压下各长条22而使其与台肩45脱开,可以很容易地将此包容件拔出。
当然,本发明并不局限于刚介绍的所示实施例。在不脱离本发明范围的前提下可以对其细节进行很多改进。
Claims (4)
1.一种电接触包容件,包括一主体,在主体的一端具有一些连接件如各夹紧用夹片,用于将该主体与电导线相连;而且在其另一端具有一系列适于夹紧一圆柱形***件的弹性夹片,该夹片由一通过成形部分连接到上述一些连接件上的圆柱形环部延伸;上述包容件由外套管和套管总成,其外套管具有一***在并固定在该圆柱形环部上的套筒部,且其套管带有切割形成的各弹性舌片,适于与上述各弹性夹片配合以强化它们的作用;上述外套管具有一些夹持件,这些夹持件适于与连接器外壳件通道内的台肩配合作用以接纳上述包容件,其中包括上述弹性夹片的上述主体的一部分的直径小于上述环部的直径,上述两个部分由台肩相连;上述外套管的上述套管的直径小于上述套筒部的直径,上述两个部分通过台肩相连,而且上述套管在其与上述套筒部相反的自由端具有一边圈,并从其延伸出上述一些夹持件,这些夹持件弯向上述套筒部并延伸远至其附近。
2.如权利要求1所述的电接触包容件,其中所述的外套管包括与其中所述台肩相一致的一些开口。
3.如权利要求1所述的电接触包容件,其中所述外套管的所述套筒部包括一些孔,以便于将套筒焊到所述环部。
4.一种电连接器外壳件,适于接纳如前述任一权利要求所述的电接触包容件,并且包括:一系列通道,其中每一通道适于按纳包容件,每一通道具有用于***所述包容件的后端;其中容纳有所述一些夹紧用夹片的中间部分,供上述套筒部用的外壳,以及用于经过台肩将上述套管结合到所述外壳上的内腔,其中所述通道的前端包括一环部,其内径对应于所述主体中由所述弹性夹片限定的部分的内径,且其外径基本上对应于所述套管自由端的外径,所述环部通过一些径向窄条连接到所述外壳件上,而且所述外壳的直径基本上等于所述套筒部的直径。
