19. the goods of claim 17 or 18, wherein said oil-soluble conditioner and described lipid hardening material are selected from: fatty acid, fatty acid ester, aliphatic alcohol, ethoxylated alcohol, polyol polyester, monoglyceride, glycerol polyester, epidermis and sebum hydrocarbon, lanoline, mineral oil, silicone oil, silicone gums, vegetable oil, vegetable oil adduct, vaseline, non-ionic polymers, hydrogenated vegetable oil, non-ionic polymers, native paraffin, synthetic wax, polyolefin diols, polyolefin monoesters, polyolefin polyester, cholesterol, cholesterol ester, and their mixture; With wherein said water solublity conditioner be selected from glycerol, propylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, Polyethylene Glycol, ethohexadiol, hexanediol, other aliphatic alcohol, pantothenylol, urea, cationic polymer, polyhydric alcohol, glycolic, lactic acid, and composition thereof.
