Abstract
本发明公开了一种植物高效增产剂,由尿素、磷酸铵、硝酸钾等为主,增加钼、铁、锰、锌等微量元素及植物生长剂三十烷醇,在平平加0的铺展渗透作用下,使植物充分吸收生长所需的营养成分;本发明富含有机物、无机物和植物生长所需大量氮、磷、钾及多种微量元素,无毒无害,叶面喷施使用安全方便,可促进农作物根芽发育,抗旱抗寒,抗病早熟,广泛应用于粮食类、蔬菜、花卉及果树、药材等经济作物。
Description
本发明公开了一种植物高效增产剂,涉及农用化肥技术领域,进一步说是农业增产叶面肥。
肥料是农业的根本,叶面肥因植物易吸收,喷施方便而倍受人们喜用,但现有的叶面肥营养含量有限,作用单一,植物品种通用性差,有的还有毒副作用。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种植物高效增产剂,富含有机物、无机物和植物生长所需大量氮、磷、钾及多种微量元素并含有植物生长激素。
为达到本发明的目的,采用如下技术构思,以尿素、磷酸铵、硝酸钾等为主,增加钼、铁、锰、锌等微量元素及植物生长剂三十烷醇,在平平加○的铺展渗透作用下,使植物充分吸收生长所需的营养成分。按重量比组方如下:
尿素220-260 磷酯铵5.2-5.3、 磷酸二氢钾50-53、
硝酸钾5.0-5.3、 硼砂21-23、 硫酸铜0.10-0.14、
硫酸亚铁0.10-0.14、硝酸镁0.20-0.23、硝酸锌0.10-0.13、
硫酸锰0.10-0.12、 钼酸铵0.10-0.13、三十烷醇1.20-1.25、
平平加○10-11、 乙醇20、 水730-760;
本发明的生产工艺是采取五个层次处理:
1、先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂投放50%清水缸中,加热90℃-100℃,在热水中反应20分钟,充分搅拌10多分钟待配;
2、把乙醇气热达到80-90℃时放入平平加○溶解后再加入三十烷醇,待溶化时用热水5倍稀释后投入第一批料中,充分搅拌10分钟待配;
3、将硝酸钾、磷酸铵分别加热,加水稀释200倍,溶化后再加入前批料中,充分搅拌10分钟待配;
4、将剩下所有微量元素分别加200倍水熔解后投入前批料中加以搅拌10分钟,这时温度要在20℃左右;
5、药液理化2个小时,PH值调至6-7,密度为1.1,过滤,沉淀,装瓶入库。
本发明的积极效果在于:富含有机物、无机物及植物生长所需的大量氮、磷、钾和多种微量元素,能促进农作物根芽发育,抗旱抗寒,抗病早熟,无毒无害,经叶面喷施,肥料中的激素能促进植物对矿物质等各营养元素的吸收,可广泛应用于粮食类、蔬菜、花卉及果树、药材等植物。
下面结构实施例进一步叙述本发明:
实施例1:
取尿素220kg、 磷酸铵5200g、 磷酸二氢钾50kg、
硝酸钾5000g、 硼砂21kg、 硫酸铜100g、
硫酸亚铁100g、 硝酸镁200g、 硝酸锌100g、
硫酸锰100g、 钼酸铵100g、 三十烷醇1.2kg、
平平加○10kg、 乙醇20kg、 水755kg;
本发明的生产工艺是采取五个层次处理:
1、先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂投放50%清水中,加热95℃,在热水中反应20分钟,充分搅拌10多分钟待配;
2、把乙醇气热达到90℃时放入平平加○溶解后再加入三十烷醇,待溶化时用热水5倍稀释后投入第一批料中,充分搅拌10分钟待配;
3、将硝酸钾、磷酸铵分别加热,加水稀释200倍,溶化后再加入前批料中,充分搅拌10分钟待配;
4、将剩下所有微量元素分别加200倍水熔解后投入前批料中加以搅拌10分钟,这时温度要在20℃左右;
5、药液理化2个小时,调PH值至6.5,密度为1.1,过滤,沉淀,装瓶入库。
实施例2:
取尿素260kg、 磷酸铵5.3kg、 磷酸二氢钾53kg、
硝酸钾5.3kg、 硼砂23kg、 硫酸铜140g、
硫酸亚铁140g、 硝酸镁230g、 硝酸锌130g、
硫酸锰120g、 钼酸铵130g、 三十烷醇1.25kg、
平平加○11kg、 乙醇20kg、 水760kg;
本发明的生产工艺是采取五个层次处理:
1、先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂投放50%清水中,加热100℃,在热水中反应20分钟,充分搅拌10多分钟待配;
2、把乙醇气热达到90℃时放入平平加○溶解后再加入三十烷醇,待熔化时用热水5倍稀释后投入第一批料中,充分搅拌10分钟待配;
3、将硝酸钾、磷酸铵分别加热,加水稀释200倍,溶化后再加入前批料中,充分搅拌10分钟待配;
4、将剩下所有微量元素分别加200倍水熔解后投入前批料中加以搅拌10分钟,这时温度要在20℃左右;
5、药液理化2个小时,调PH值至7.0,密度为1.1,过滤,沉淀,装瓶入库。
本发明在实际喷施试验时,水稻平均亩产增产率为9.29%,大豆为18.6%,玉米为15.8%,花生亩产增产率达11.6%,蘑茹为26.9-55%,白菜为17.8%,黄瓜为48.6%。
Claims (2)
1、一种植物高效增产剂,其特征在于:按下列物质组方(重量比):
尿素220-260、 磷酸铵5.2-5.3、 磷酸二氢钾50-53、
硝酸钾5.0-5.3、 硼砂21-23、 硫酸铜0.10-0.14、
硫酸亚铁0.10-0.14、硝酸镁0.20-0.23、硝酸锌0.10-0.14、
硫酸锰0.10-0.14、 钼酸铵0.10-0.13、三十烷醇1.20-1.25、
平平加○10-11、 乙醇20、 水730-760;
本发明的生产工艺是采取五个层次处理:
a、先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硼砂投放50%清水中,加热90℃-100℃度,在热水中反应20分钟,充分搅拌10多分钟待配;
