Abstract
本发明提供一种用于将耳机等的软线固定在衣服上的软线夹(1),更详细地说,本发明的软线夹(1)具有由一部分断开的第1环状部形成的夹子部(2),和由设置在上述第1环状部分内侧、而且一部分断开的第2环状部分形成的软线保持部(3)。并且,上述夹子部(2)能用上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力将物体夹持在上述第1环状部分的被断开的部分的间隙间隔狭窄的夹持部(5)中,另一方面,上述软线保持部(3)能用与上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力独立的上述第2环状部分的弹性复原力将软线保持在上述第2环状构件的内部。此外,上述第1环状部分和第2环状部分是用同一构件一体成形的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种软线夹,它是用于将耳机等的软线固定在衣服上的,更详细地说,是一种在夹持部上具有可夹持物体的夹子部和可夹持软线的软线保持部的软线夹。
背景技术
下面,参照图3来介绍现有软线夹的结构。软线夹10由鳄鱼夹15和软线保持部16构成,而其中的鳄鱼夹15由弹簧11、轴12和一对夹钳部13、14组成。鳄鱼夹15和软线保持部16相互连接着,将耳机等器件的软线固定到软线保持部16上,由鳄鱼夹15夹持衣服,由此将软线固定到衣服上。
但是,如上所述,这种现有的软线夹10,由于零件的个数较多,因而使零件成本提高,还使组装各个零件所用的组装成本增大,这些都是现有的软线夹存在的问题。
作为以减少零件的个数为目的,虽然可考虑使其具有由上述的鳄鱼夹15等夹子部同时夹持软线和衣服,并使夹子部本体作为软线保持部的功能,但是,在为了把鳄鱼夹15从衣服上卸下而将其打开时,软线也同时掉下,这是不合适的。这是因为夹持衣服的作用力的方向和夹持软线的作用力的方向相同,而且各个作用力相互影响。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而作出的,其目的是提供一种软线夹,其中作用在夹子部和软线保持部上的力是分别独立的力,而且是用一种简单的构件一体成形的。
为了达到上述目的而作出的本发明软线夹的特征在于:具有由一部分断开的第1环状部分形成的夹子部,和由设置在上述第1环状部分的内侧、而且一部分断开的第2环状部分形成的软线保持部。上述夹子部是做成能用上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力、将物体夹持在上述第1环状部分的被断开部分的间隙间隔所形成的狭窄的夹持部上,软线保持部做成能用与上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力独立的上述第2环状部分的弹性复原力、将软线保持在上述第2环状构件的内部。这样,上述第1环状部分和第2环状部分是由同一构件一体成形的。
若采用这种结构的软线夹,由于用有弹性的某种同一构件一体成形出第1环状部分和第2环状部分,前者构成具有夹持衣服等物体用的夹子部,后者构成用于保持软线的软线保持部,能将零件个数减少到最少(1个),因而能降低零件成本和组装成本。又因为作用于夹持衣服等物体用的夹子部上的弹性力和作用于夹持软线用的软线保持部上的弹性力是相互独立的力,所以能排除双方的力相互联动地作用,例如在解除夹子部对衣服的夹持时,不会意外地解除软线保持部对软线的保持。
最好,本发明的软线夹中,上述第1环状部分的被断开部分的两端部的间隙间隔设有大于上述夹持部间隙间隔的开口部,其结果能容易地将上述物体从上述开口部***到上述夹持部。此外,最好、上述开口部的间隙间隔沿着与上述物体的***方向相反的方向逐渐扩大。
若采用这种结构的软线夹,由于开口部的间隙间隔大于夹持部,而且开口部的间隙间隔是与衣服等物体的***方向相反的方向逐渐扩大,因而能容易地将衣服等物体导入到夹持部。具体地说,将衣服等物体贴到开口部上,将软线夹压入到衣服一侧,就能将上述物体固定在夹持部上。
最好,本发明的软线夹中,上述夹持部中夹持上述物体的方向和上述软线保持部中夹持上述软线的方向是大致垂直的。
若采用这种结构的软线夹,由于在要把物体放开而施加一个与夹持物体的力方向相反的力时,这力的方向也大致与夹持软线的力相互垂直,因而对夹持软线的力不起作用。这样,在把物体放开的场合下,软线不会被同时放开。
最好,本发明的软线夹中,上述第1环状部分和上述第2环状部分是由树脂一体成形的,而且,上述第1环状部分和上述第2环状部分是在同一平面上呈环状的。
即,本发明的软线夹是用一般的树脂成形法,将具有弹性的树脂一体成形,因而能便宜而且简便地进行制造。又因为在用这种树脂成形法进行制造时,使各个环状部分处于同一平面上,所以能将树脂成形用的模具简化,而且,由于各个环状部分的轴心方向是平行的,因而成品就能从模具中容易地脱出。
最好,本发明的软线夹中,上述第2环状部分由上述第1环状部分的内壁的一部分,和从上述内壁向上述第1环状构件内侧伸出的伸出部构成。
因为用第1环状部分的内壁构成第2环状部分的上述伸出部以外的部分,所以能节省软线夹的材料量。还由于第1环状部分内壁的形态做成与保持在第2环状部分的软线保持部里的软线相吻合,因而能使软线夹相对于软线的形态比较稳定。
最好,本发明的软线夹中,上述夹持部由相互嵌合的凸部和凹部构成。
即、能用由相互嵌合的上述凸部和凹部构成的夹持部将衣服等物体牢固地夹持。
下面,参照着附图来说明本发明的软线夹的实施例。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示的软线1具有夹子部2和软线保持部3,前者是由一部分被断开、有弹性的第1环状部分形成;后者是由设置在上述第1环状部分的内侧、而且一部分被断开、有弹性的第2环状部分形成。在上述第1环状部分中的被断开部分的间隙间隔狭窄的夹持部5处,上述夹子部2能借助第1环状部分的弹性复原力夹持衣服等物体。另一方面,上述软线保持部3能借助与上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力独立的第2环状部分的弹性复原力、将软线保持在上述第2环状构件的内部。此外,由第1环状部分形成的夹子部2和由第2环状部分形成的软线保持部3是由同一构件一体成形的。
具体地说,用于夹持衣服的夹子部2和用于夹持软线的软线保持部3是用具有弹性的树脂制成的材料一体成形而制作成软线夹1。在夹子部2上设置有由凹部和凸部形成的夹持部5,它们是用于将衣服介于中间并相互嵌合而将衣服夹持、而且能防止相对于衣服而移动。此外,在形成夹子部2的环状部分的断开部分上,使***衣服的开口部4的间隙间隔大于上述夹持部5的间隙间隔,而且将上述开口部4做成间隙间隔是沿着与衣服***的方向相反的方向而扩大的,因此衣服经开口部4能容易地导入到夹持部5而被夹持。软线保持部3是通过在夹子部2的内侧设置环状部分而形成,将软线夹持在该环状部分的内部。软线保持部3上的环状部分内部的间隙间隔的大小是这样程度,即、不相对于软线移动地将软线夹持、而且软线又能稍许地滑动。
图2是软线夹1的俯视图,衣服和软线被分别保持在夹子部2上和软线保持部3上。由于夹子部2是由有弹性的某种材料形成,因而能借助弹性复原力的作用而将衣服夹持在夹持部5上,同样,由于软线保持部3也是由有弹性的某种材料形成,因而也能借助弹性复原力而将软线夹持。作用在夹持部5上的弹性复原力的方向为图2中实线箭头所示的方向;作用在软线保持部3上的弹性复原力的方向是虚线箭头所示的方向。由图2可知,作用于这两者上的弹力是相互独立的力,而且其方向是相互垂直的。为了将软线夹1从衣服上卸下,必需施加与作用在夹持部5上的弹性复原力相反的力,使夹持部5张开。即使在这种场合下,由于所施加的力的方向和作用于软线保持部3上的弹性复原力的方向相互垂直,因而为了使夹持部5的间隙张开而施加的力不会使软线保持部3的间隙张开。即、能由软线保持部3稳定地将软线保持。
由于软线夹1的夹子部2和软线保持部3的各个环状部分是在同一平面上,因此能把软线夹1的树脂成形用的模具做成简单的结构,而且能容易地将成品从模具中脱出。
由于软线保持部3由夹子部2内壁的一部分和从该内壁伸出到夹子部2内侧的伸出部构成,因而能节省软线夹1的材料量;又因为夹子部2的内壁做成与保持在软线保持部3里的软线相吻合的形态,所以能使软线夹1相对于软线的形态比较稳定。
上述实施例对本发明的软线夹进行了说明和图示。
但是,软线夹的形状不必如图所示的椭圆形,只要是使相互独立的力作用在夹持部和软线保持部上的形状,如三角形、四边形等多边形或圆形等,无论什么形状都可以。而且软线夹的材料也不必是树脂,只要是有弹性的材料即可。此外,只要是在一体成形软线夹时能容易加工的材料都可以。
Claims (8)
1.一种软线夹,其特征是,
具有由一部分断开的第1环状部分形成的夹子部,上述夹子部是做成能用上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力、将物体夹持在上述第1环状部分的被断开部分的间隙间隔所形成的狭窄的夹持部上,和由设置在上述第1环状部分的内侧、而且一部分断开的第2环状部分形成的软线保持部;上述软线保持部做成能用与上述第1环状部分的弹性复原力独立的上述第2环状部分的弹性复原力、将软线保持在上述第2环状构件的内部;上述第1环状部分和第2环状部分是由同一构件一体成形的。
2.如权利要求1所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述第1环状部分的被断开部分的两端部的间隙间隔设有大于上述夹持部的间隙间隔的开口部,可将上述物体容易地从上述开口部***到上述夹持部。
3.如权利要求2所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述开口部的间隙间隔是沿着与上述物体的***方向相对向的方向逐渐扩大的。
4.如权利要求1所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述夹持部中夹持上述物体的方向和上述软线保持部中夹持上述软线的方向是垂直的。
5.如权利要求1所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述第2环状部分由上述第1环状部分的内壁的一部分,和从上述内壁向上述第1环状构件内侧伸出的伸出部构成。
6.如权利要求1所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述夹持部由相互嵌合的凸部和凹部构成。
7.如权利要求1~6中任一项所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述第1环状部分和上述第2环状部分是由树脂一体成形的。
8.如权利要求7所述的软线夹,其特征是,上述第1环状部分和上述第2环状部分是在同一平面上呈环状的。
