Abstract

日常使用的洗涤擦拭用织物,包括机织物和经编织物,特点是机织物的纬纱和经编织物的衬纬纱是经过纬编成圈、定形后再退编而成的粗旦少孔变形化纤复丝,细度为180 D~400 D,其单丝细度范围为10~30D;机织物的经纱和经编织物的编链纱则为20 D~50 D的锦纶或涤纶单丝。这种方法织制的织物作松弛染色或沸水洗涤处理,随后扩幅热定形。这种擦拭用织物的优点是卷曲波峰高,波长长、有独特凹凸绉纹、蓬松、触感粗糙,纬向延展25%~60%。

洗涤擦拭用织物及其生产方法
所属技术领域。
本发明涉及纺织工业中生产的日用洗涤擦拭用纺织品,尤其是指浴用的洗涤擦拭用巾。
现有技术。
现行的洗涤擦拭用织物一般采用合成纤维(主要为锦纶、涤纶)单丝和粗旦少孔复丝交织而成,后者的用料量一般占织物总质量的85%以上,对织物的外观、性能起决定性作用。目前生产类似产品采用高弹假捻变形长丝制织或用织物热轧法。前一种是用假捻变形机将长丝加工成高弹变形丝,呈立体卷曲形、卷曲波长和卷曲度较小,生产成本较低,但制成织物的蓬松性、凹凸感、厚度、刚度较差,织物亦不够美观;后一种织物热轧法是将非变形合纤长丝制成织物后,采用一对凹凸辊热轧成绉纹的擦拭用布,这种方法热轧造成纤维受损,使用寿命短,起绉效果不自然,设备投资费用高。
发明目的。
本发明的目的是提供一种构造新颖的洗涤擦拭用织物及其生产方法。
发明特征。
本发明的特征包括洗涤擦拭用织物产品特征及其生产方法特征两部分。
所述洗涤擦拭用织物可以是机织物或经编织物、定形后再退编而成的变形化纤复丝。这种变形化纤复丝可以是粗旦少孔的锦纶复丝或涤纶复丝,细度为200dtex~488dtex,其单丝细度范围为11.1dtex~33.3dtex;在制织机织物时的经纱或经编织物时的编链纱是22.2dtex/1f~55.5dtex/1f的锦纶或涤纶单丝。
所述生产方法的特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将粗旦少孔化纤复丝在罗纹机、或袜机、大圆机上编织成纬编针织物,将编得织物在张力条件下作热定形,定形温度范围为100~110℃,保温4~6分钟。由此固定复丝成圈后的卷曲状态,退编后形成变形化纤复丝。
(2)在织机上以上述变形化纤复丝作纬纱、上述化纤单丝作经纱交织成机织物;或在经编机用上述变形复丝作衬纬纱,并用22.2dtex/1f~55.5dtex/1f单丝作编链纱制织成经编织物。织造时,可先将(1)中编得的织物定形后退解,使退解的200dtex~488dtex变形复丝卷绕成纱管供纬,也可在织造时直接退解供纬,以降低加工成本。
(3)将机织或经编所得坯布进行松弛染色,也可不染色而对所述坯布作沸水洗涤处理。在此过程中对织物充分涤荡和搓揉,使变形复丝的弹性形变尽量得到恢复,以获得应有的织物表面效应。
(4)将染色后织物或洗涤后织物经过扩幅热定形,制成预定幅宽的成品织物。
发明优点。
本发明的优点是这种洗涤擦拭用织物所用的变形复丝属平面卷曲形,卷曲波峰高,波长长;织物表面有独特的凹凸皱纹,蓬松性好,厚度大,刚性强,使用寿命长,触感粗糙,纬向有25%~60%的延伸性。
实施例1。
在针筒为260针的双面罗纹机上编织罗纹织物,原料为333dtex/12f锦纶复丝,编得织物作汽蒸定形,蒸汽温度105℃,保温时间5分钟。
实施例2。
用33.3dtex/1f锦纶单丝作经、实施例1汽蒸定形后的罗纹织物的333dtex/12f变形锦纶复丝作纬,在有梭丝织机或无梭织机上制织织物,经纬密为36×14根/cm,筘幅165cm。将实施例1所得罗纹织物直接退解供纬也十分方便,只需防止所述罗纹织物相互纠缠即可。
实施例3。
采用经编机制织经编织物时,选用设备为针距18针/25.4mm,成品纬密29梳/25.4mm。原料:编链经纱为44.4dtex锦纶单丝,衬纬采用上述变形方法制得的255.3dtex锦纶变形复丝成筒后整经在盘头上。
纬纱根数44根/幅,经纱根数44×8-1=351根/幅。
链块编号以四行程为例:
衬纬:16 16 16 16 0 0 0 0
编链: 0 0 - 2 2  2 2-0 0
织物为二梳栉,组织为八针衬纬。
实施例4。
染色过程选用设备为工业洗衣机,染料为分散染料,染料用量视所需色泽深度而定。染色温度控制为60~95℃,每分钟升温2℃,至95℃保温30分钟。
实施例5。
最终织物定形采用热风拉幅烘燥定形设备,热风温度150℃,车速30m/min,定形门幅可以是90cm或120cm。
使用时可将成品织物裁剪成90×30cm长方形,裁剪部位拷边,洗涤时擦香皂或浴露,可产生丰富的泡沫。可握持或展开擦拭,也可包覆在泡沫塑料之外,制成块状擦拭用品,作为洗澡、脸部洁肤、美容等。

Claims (5)

1.洗涤擦拭用织物,包括机织物和针织物,其特征在于所述机织物的纬纱或所述经编织物衬纬用纱为经过纬编成圈、定形后再退编而成的200dtex~488dtex锦纶或涤纶变形复丝,复丝的单丝细度为11.1dtex~33.3dtex。机织物的经纱或经编织物的编链纱则为22.2dtex/1f~55.5dtex/1f的锦纶或涤纶单丝。
2.洗涤擦拭用织物的生产方法,其特征在于将化纤复丝在罗纹机、或袜机、大圆机上编织成纬编针织物,将编得针织物在张力下作热定形处理,然后退编形成变形化纤复丝,再将退编的变形化纤复丝作纬纱与作为经纱的上述化纤单丝在织机上交织成机织物,或用上述退编的变形化纤复丝作衬纬纱和以上述化纤单丝作编链纱在经编机上制织成经编织物。
3.如权利要求4所述的生产方法,其特征在于对所述热定形的温度为100~110℃,保温4~6分钟。
4.如权利要求4所述的生产方法,其特征在于将所述机织物或经编织物作松弛染色或沸水洗涤处理。
5.如权利要求6所述的生产方法,其特征在于松弛染色或沸水洗涤后织物作扩幅热定形处理。
