本发明涉及一种用于分离一氧化碳和/或氢和/或至少一种烃和/或氮的混合物的方法和设备。
现有用于分离一氧化碳和氢的混合物的设备只包括板式塔。
尽管使用填料对其它类型的蒸馏(如常压蒸馏)来说已很平常,但空气的平衡系数实质上不同于一氧化碳、氢和/或甲烷混合物的平衡系数。
在具有甲烷洗涤(图1)的***中,在有压力存在的条件下被冷却到-180℃的合成气体在塔K01中被液态甲烷洗涤,一氧化碳被夹带到塔底,氢在塔顶产生。
被溶解的氢然后进入中压闪蒸塔K02中。CO/CH4两组分然后再在低压蒸馏塔K03中分离。气态CO在顶部产生,在底部产生的液态甲烷被泵送和再循环,用于在塔K01中进行洗涤。
在CO的循环中产生制冷能量。
在具有部分冷凝的***中(图2),在K11中通过从B01中产生的液态CO洗去了甲烷的合成气体被冷却到最低温度,下限是CO的凝固温度;在B02中冷凝的液体实质上是CO。

对于诸如用于一氧化碳和甲烷或一氧化碳和氮的蒸馏过程的在低压下操作的常规板式塔来说,通常压降较高。
使用填料能够使压差减小10倍,如果设定在设备出口处为低压,则可以在低压下进行蒸馏并且节省几个百分数的能源。
填料容许洗涤塔和蒸馏塔的高度和直径减小,通过用密度为870m2/m3的填料代替塔板,塔的高度能降低大约20%。
在闪蒸塔的情况下,塔底和塔顶之间的气体流速低且极易变化,因而塔板的穿孔弱并且各塔板之间相差很大,使它们很难制造。
另外,当蒸馏一种H2/CO/CH4的混合物时,在同一部分内部流速变化很大。用填料不会出现任何问题,但使塔板难以使用。
本发明的结构填料可以呈交叉波纹型。

Claims (6)

1、一种用于分离包括氢和/或至少一种烃和/或氮和/或一氧化碳的混合气体的设备,包括一个洗涤塔(K01,K11)和/或一个闪蒸塔(K02,K12,K13)和/或一个蒸馏塔(K03,K14),其特征在于这些塔中至少有一个塔含有填料。
2、按照权利要求1的设备,其中填料是结构填料。
3、按照权利要求2的设备,其中填料的密度为400m2/m3到1000m2/m3
