The flos Caryophylli essential oil has aromatic and strong smell, has antiinflammatory, antibacterial, analgesic and repercussive effects, can inhibit bacteria and microorganism proliferation, and can be used for treating toothache, bronchitis, neuralgia, gastric acid, relieving discomfort and pain caused by dysentery, improving debilitating constitution and anemia, promoting blood circulation, and improving rough skin. The clove essential oil contains rich antioxidant components, can effectively resist free radical attack and delay aging. The eugenol, eugenol acid and other components in the butyl essential oil have the effects of removing spots and whitening, and can lighten spots and lighten skin color. According to the invention, lignin extracted from the large-scale waste shells of the longan industry is creatively applied to the sun-proof skin care product, so that not only are waste resources of the longan industry reasonably utilized, but also some innovations are made on the aspect of the sun-proof skin care product, and the product is green and natural, high in safety and remarkable in effect; the sun-proof skin care product which is green and natural in component, small in skin irritation, high in safety, high in comfort, moisture-preserving, whitening, oxidation-resistant, aging-resistant and excellent in sun-proof and repairing functions is prepared by taking the longan shell lignin composite sun-proof particles, the natural humectant and the natural plant extract as effective active components.

It should be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are all to a non-precise scale, merely for convenience and clarity in aiding in the description of embodiments of the invention.

Example 1:
A preparation method of the sun-proof skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing choline chloride and lactic acid (choline chloride: lactic acid=1:7) according to a certain molar mass ratio, placing the choline chloride and lactic acid into a beaker, heating (85 ℃) in an oil bath pot, stirring and reacting for 5 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining a choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, and sealing and preserving for later use;
(2) Cleaning longan shells, drying at 85 ℃ for 20 hours, crushing by a crusher, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and filling the obtained longan shell powder into a sealing bag and placing the sealing bag into a dryer for standby; weighing longan shell powder, fully mixing the longan shell powder with a eutectic solvent (DES) according to a certain feed-liquid ratio (g/mL) (the longan shell powder is DES=1:15), heating in an oil bath pot (100 ℃) and stirring for reacting for 11h, cooling and centrifuging; pouring the supernatant into a beaker, pouring residues into a Buchner funnel, filtering and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol for 4 times, merging filtrate obtained by filtering, evaporating ethanol by a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, merging the supernatant and the concentrated solution, slowly adding into 5L of deionized water, stirring for 18min, standing for 12h, and centrifuging (10000 r/min,24 min) to separate solid precipitate; drying the obtained solid precipitate in an oven at 82 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain black solid which is longan shell lignin;
(3) Weighing 10 parts of longan shell lignin, dispersing in 90 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding a NaOH solution with the concentration of 12% while stirring, regulating the pH value of a solution system to 9.2, and continuously stirring for 11min to uniformly disperse the longan shell lignin in the deionized water to prepare a longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 10%; 10 parts of sodium alginate is weighed and dispersed in 90 parts of deionized water, naOH solution with the concentration of 12% is slowly added dropwise while stirring, the pH value of the solution system is regulated to 8.2, and then stirring is continued for 13min, so that the sodium alginate is uniformly dispersed in the deionized water, and sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 10% is prepared;
(4) Accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 10%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 10% and the Uyghur essential oil with sun-screening and repairing effects, adding the longan shell lignin solution, the sodium alginate solution and the Uyghur essential oil with the concentration of 10:10:1 into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio, dispersing for 6min by using an ultrasonic crusher, taking the upper white emulsion, washing with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min and 20 min), and then performing vacuum freeze-drying for 50h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/Uyghur essential oil composite sun-screening particles.
(5) Weighing 0.8 part of carbomer, adding the carbomer into 26 parts of deionized water, heating (86 ℃) and stirring until the carbomer is fully dissolved to obtain a carbomer solution;
(6) Weighing 0.4 part of allantoin, adding into 10 parts of deionized water, heating (80 ℃) and stirring until the allantoin is fully dissolved to obtain an allantoin solution (the humectant is dissolved in hot water and slightly dissolved in water, and the heating and the dissolution are required independently);
(7) Cooling carbomer solution to about 46 ℃, adding the prepared allantoin solution, 1.6 parts of triethanolamine, 5 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/Uyghur essence oil composite sun-screening particles, 5 parts of glycine, 2 parts of cucumber extract, 2 parts of turmeric extract, 0.8 part of thyme essence oil, 0.7 part of cinnamon essence oil and 45.7 parts of residual water into the carbomer solution, stirring the mixture uniformly by a magnetic stirrer, sterilizing the mixture at high static pressure for 9min (450 MPa), and bottling the mixture to obtain the sun-screening skin care product with excellent sun-screening and repairing functions.
Example 2:
A preparation method of the sun-proof skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing choline chloride and lactic acid (choline chloride: lactic acid=1:9) according to a certain molar mass ratio, placing the choline chloride and lactic acid into a beaker, heating (95 ℃) in an oil bath pot, stirring and reacting for 3 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining a choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, and sealing and preserving for later use;
(2) Cleaning longan shells, drying at 80 ℃ for 24 hours, crushing by a crusher, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and filling the obtained longan shell powder into a sealing bag and placing the sealing bag into a dryer for standby; weighing longan shell powder, fully mixing the longan shell powder with a eutectic solvent (DES) according to a certain feed-liquid ratio (g/mL) (the longan shell powder is DES=1:30), heating in an oil bath kettle (120 ℃) and stirring for reacting for 9 hours, cooling and centrifuging; pouring the supernatant into a beaker, pouring residues into a Buchner funnel, filtering and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol for 5 times, merging filtrate obtained by filtering, evaporating ethanol by using a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, merging the supernatant and the concentrated solution, slowly adding into 6L of deionized water, stirring for 25min, standing for 12h, and centrifuging (10000 r/min,30 min) to separate solid precipitate; drying the obtained solid precipitate in an oven at 90 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain black solid which is longan shell lignin;
(3) Weighing 20 parts of longan shell lignin, dispersing in 80 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding a NaOH solution with the concentration of 18% while stirring, regulating the pH value of a solution system to 9.4, and continuously stirring for 15min to uniformly disperse the longan shell lignin in the deionized water to prepare a longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 20%; weighing 20 parts of sodium alginate, dispersing the sodium alginate in 80 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding an NaOH solution with the concentration of 18% while stirring, adjusting the pH value of a solution system to 8.4, and continuously stirring for 14min to uniformly disperse the sodium alginate in the deionized water to prepare a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 20%;
(4) Accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 20%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 20% and green flower cajeput essential oil with a sun-screening effect, adding the prepared longan shell lignin solution, the sodium alginate solution and the green flower cajeput essential oil with the concentration of 5:5:1 into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio, dispersing for 8min by using an ultrasonic crusher, washing the upper white emulsion with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,22 min), and then carrying out vacuum freeze-drying for 60h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/green flower cajeput essential oil composite sun-screening particles; accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 20%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 20% and frankincense essential oil with the repairing effect, adding the prepared longan shell lignin solution, the sodium alginate solution and the frankincense essential oil into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio (sodium alginate solution: frankincense essential oil=5:5:1), dispersing for 8min by using an ultrasonic crusher, taking the upper white emulsion, washing with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,22 min), and then carrying out vacuum freeze-drying for 60h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/frankincense essential oil composite sun-screening particles;
(5) Weighing 0.6 part of carbomer, adding the carbomer into 22 parts of deionized water, heating (82 ℃) and stirring until the carbomer is fully dissolved to obtain a carbomer solution;
(6) 1.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate is weighed and added into 25 parts of deionized water, and the mixture is stirred until the sodium hyaluronate is fully dissolved, so as to obtain sodium hyaluronate solution (the humectant is easy to agglomerate when added into water, and can be completely dissolved only by long-time stirring and needs to be singly dissolved);
(7) Cooling carbomer solution to about 42 ℃, adding the prepared sodium hyaluronate solution, 1.2 parts of triethanolamine, 6 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/green flower cajeput essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 4 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/emulsion essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 2 parts of serine, 2 parts of crocus sativus extract, 1 part of cinnamon essential oil, 1 part of clove essential oil and 33.7 parts of residual water, stirring uniformly by a magnetic stirrer, sterilizing for 5min (600 MPa) under high static pressure, and bottling to obtain the sun-screening skin care product with excellent sun-screening and repairing functions.
Example 3:
A preparation method of the sun-proof skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing choline chloride and lactic acid (choline chloride: lactic acid=1:10) according to a certain molar mass ratio, placing the choline chloride and lactic acid into a beaker, heating (100 ℃) in an oil bath pot, stirring and reacting for 2 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining a choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, and sealing and preserving for later use;
(2) Cleaning longan shells, drying at 90 ℃ for 12 hours, crushing by a crusher, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and filling the obtained longan shell powder into a sealing bag and placing the sealing bag into a dryer for standby; weighing longan shell powder, fully mixing the longan shell powder with a eutectic solvent (DES) according to a certain feed-liquid ratio (g/mL) (the longan shell powder is DES=1:25), heating in an oil bath kettle (140 ℃) and stirring for reaction for 8 hours, cooling and centrifuging; pouring the supernatant into a beaker, pouring residues into a Buchner funnel, filtering and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol for 5 times, merging filtrate obtained by filtering, evaporating ethanol by using a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, merging the supernatant and the concentrated solution, slowly adding into 6L deionized water, stirring for 22min, standing for 12h, and centrifuging (10000 r/min,28 min) to separate solid precipitate; drying the obtained solid precipitate in an oven at 85 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain black solid which is longan shell lignin;
(3) Weighing 12 parts of longan shell lignin, dispersing in 88 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding a NaOH solution with the concentration of 20% while stirring, regulating the pH value of a solution system to 9.4, and continuously stirring for 14min to uniformly disperse the longan shell lignin in the deionized water to prepare a longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 12%; weighing 12 parts of sodium alginate, dispersing the sodium alginate in 88 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding a NaOH solution with the concentration of 20% while stirring, adjusting the pH value of a solution system to 8.5, and continuously stirring for 12min to uniformly disperse the sodium alginate in the deionized water to prepare a sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 12%;
(4) Accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 12%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 12% and pine-red plum essential oil with sun-screening and repairing effects, adding the prepared longan shell lignin solution, sodium alginate solution and pine-red plum essential oil with the concentration of 6:5:1 into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio, dispersing for 7min by using an ultrasonic crusher, washing the upper white emulsion with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,30 min), and then carrying out vacuum freeze-drying for 72h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/pine-red plum essential oil composite sun-screening particles;
(5) Weighing 0.7 part of carbomer, adding the carbomer into 24 parts of deionized water, heating (84 ℃) and stirring until the carbomer is fully dissolved to obtain a carbomer solution;
(6) Weighing 0.6 part of allantoin, adding into 10 parts of deionized water, heating (85 ℃) and stirring until the allantoin is fully dissolved to obtain an allantoin solution (the humectant is dissolved in hot water and slightly dissolved in water, and the heating and the dissolution are required independently);
(7) Cooling carbomer solution to about 50 ℃, adding the prepared allantoin solution, 1.4 parts of triethanolamine, 5 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/pine-red plum essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 2 parts of serine, 3 parts of cucumber extract, 2 parts of marigold extract, 0.9 part of cinnamon essential oil, 0.5 part of oregano essential oil and 49.9 parts of residual water into the carbomer solution, stirring the components uniformly by a magnetic stirrer, sterilizing the components for 7 minutes (550 MPa) under high static pressure, and bottling the components to obtain the sun-screening skin care product with excellent sun-screening and repairing functions.
Example 4:
A preparation method of the sun-proof skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing choline chloride and lactic acid (choline chloride: lactic acid=1:5) according to a certain molar mass ratio, placing the choline chloride and lactic acid into a beaker, heating (82 ℃) in an oil bath pot, stirring and reacting for 6 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining a choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, and sealing and preserving for later use;
(2) Cleaning longan shells, drying at 82 ℃ for 22 hours, crushing by a crusher, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and filling the obtained longan shell powder into a sealing bag and placing the sealing bag into a dryer for standby; weighing longan shell powder, fully mixing the longan shell powder with a eutectic solvent (DES) according to a certain feed-liquid ratio (g/mL) (the longan shell powder is DES=1:20), heating in an oil bath pot (110 ℃) and stirring for reaction for 10 hours, cooling and centrifuging; pouring the supernatant into a beaker, pouring residues into a Buchner funnel, filtering and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol for 4 times, merging filtrate obtained by filtering, evaporating ethanol by a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, merging the supernatant and the concentrated solution, slowly adding into 5L of deionized water, stirring for 20min, standing for 12h, and centrifuging (10000 r/min,26 min) to separate solid precipitate; drying the obtained solid precipitate in an oven at 84 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain black solid which is longan shell lignin;
(3) Weighing 18 parts of longan shell lignin, dispersing in 82 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding NaOH solution with the concentration of 10% while stirring, regulating the pH value of a solution system to 9.2, and continuously stirring for 10min to uniformly disperse the longan shell lignin in the deionized water to prepare longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 18%; weighing 18 parts of sodium alginate, dispersing the sodium alginate in 82 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding 10% NaOH solution while stirring, adjusting the pH value of a solution system to 8.2, and continuously stirring for 15min to uniformly disperse the sodium alginate in the deionized water to prepare 18% sodium alginate solution;
(4) Accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 18%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 18% and the Uyghur essential oil with sun-screening and repairing effects, adding the prepared longan shell lignin solution, the sodium alginate solution and the Uyghur essential oil into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio (wherein the sodium alginate solution is the Uyghur essential oil=8:8:1), dispersing for 9min by using an ultrasonic crusher, taking the upper white emulsion, washing with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,24 min), and then performing vacuum freeze drying for 48h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/Uyghur essential oil composite sun-screening particles; accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 18%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 18% and sandalwood essential oil with the repairing effect, adding the longan shell lignin solution with the volume ratio of (the longan shell lignin solution: the sodium alginate solution: the sandalwood essential oil=7:6:1) into a beaker, dispersing for 9min by using an ultrasonic crusher, taking the upper white emulsion, washing with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,24 min), and then performing vacuum freeze drying for 48h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/sandalwood essential oil composite sun-screening particles;
(5) Weighing 0.9 part of carbomer, adding the carbomer into 28 parts of deionized water, heating (88 ℃) and stirring until the carbomer is fully dissolved to obtain a carbomer solution;
(6) 1 part of sodium hyaluronate is weighed and added into 20 parts of deionized water, and the mixture is stirred until the sodium hyaluronate is fully dissolved, so that a sodium hyaluronate solution is obtained (the humectant is easy to agglomerate when added into water, and can be completely dissolved only by long-time stirring and needs to be separately dissolved);
(7) Cooling carbomer solution to about 40 ℃, adding the prepared sodium hyaluronate solution, 1.8 parts of triethanolamine, 4 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/Uyghur essence oil composite sun-screening particles, 3 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/sandalwood essence oil composite sun-screening particles, 5 parts of glycine, 3 parts of marigold extract, 1 part of turmeric extract, 0.8 part of clove essence oil, 0.5 part of thyme essence oil and 31 parts of residual water into the mixture, stirring the mixture uniformly by a magnetic stirrer, sterilizing the mixture by high static pressure for 6min (580 MPa), and bottling the mixture to obtain the sun-screening product with excellent sun-screening and repairing functions.
Example 5:
A preparation method of the sun-proof skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing choline chloride and lactic acid (choline chloride: lactic acid=1:8) according to a certain molar mass ratio, placing into a beaker, heating (90 ℃) in an oil bath pot, stirring and reacting for 4 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining a choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, and sealing and preserving for later use;
(2) Cleaning longan shells, drying at 86 ℃ for 18 hours, crushing by a crusher, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and filling the obtained longan shell powder into a sealing bag and placing the sealing bag into a dryer for standby; weighing longan shell powder, fully mixing the longan shell powder with a eutectic solvent (DES) according to a certain feed-liquid ratio (g/mL) (the longan shell powder is DES=1:10), heating in an oil bath pot (90 ℃) and stirring for reaction for 12 hours, cooling and centrifuging; pouring the supernatant into a beaker, pouring residues into a Buchner funnel, filtering and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol for 3 times, merging filtrate obtained by filtering, evaporating ethanol by a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, merging the supernatant and the concentrated solution, slowly adding into 4L deionized water, stirring for 15min, standing for 12h, and centrifuging (10000 r/min,20 min) to separate solid precipitate; drying the obtained solid precipitate in an oven at 80 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain black solid which is longan shell lignin;
(3) Weighing 16 parts of longan shell lignin, dispersing in 84 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding a NaOH solution with the concentration of 14% while stirring, regulating the pH value of a solution system to 9.3, and continuously stirring for 12min to uniformly disperse the longan shell lignin in the deionized water to prepare a longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 16%; weighing 16 parts of sodium alginate, dispersing in 84 parts of deionized water, slowly dropwise adding a 14% NaOH solution while stirring, adjusting the pH value of a solution system to 8.3, and continuously stirring for 11min to uniformly disperse the sodium alginate in the deionized water to prepare a 16% sodium alginate solution;
(4) Accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 16%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 16% and pine-red plum essential oil with sun-screening and repairing effects, adding the prepared longan shell lignin solution, sodium alginate solution and pine-red plum essential oil with the concentration of 7:7:1 into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio, dispersing for 10min by using an ultrasonic crusher, washing the upper white emulsion with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,26 min), and then performing vacuum freeze drying for 65h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/pine-red plum essential oil composite sun-screening particles; accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 16%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 16% and geranium essential oil with the repairing effect, adding the longan shell lignin solution, sodium alginate solution and geranium essential oil with the concentration of 8:5:1 into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio, dispersing for 10min by using an ultrasonic crusher, washing the upper white emulsion with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,26 min), and then performing vacuum freeze drying for 65h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/geranium essential oil composite sun-screening particles;
(5) 1 part of carbomer is weighed and added into 30 parts of deionized water, and the carbomer solution is obtained after heating (90 ℃) and stirring until the carbomer solution is fully dissolved;
(6) Cooling carbomer solution to about 48 ℃, adding 2 parts of triethanolamine, 4 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/pine red plum essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 2 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/geranium essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 5 parts of glycine, 2 parts of serine, 1 part of crocus sativus extract, 4 parts of cucumber extract, 0.6 part of thyme essential oil, 0.6 part of oregano essential oil and 47.8 parts of residual water, uniformly stirring by a magnetic stirrer, sterilizing by high static pressure for 10min (400 MPa), and bottling to obtain the sun-screening skin care product with excellent sun-screening and repairing functions.
Example 6:
A preparation method of the sun-proof skin care product comprises the following steps:
(1) Weighing choline chloride and lactic acid (choline chloride: lactic acid=1:6) according to a certain molar mass ratio, placing the choline chloride and lactic acid into a beaker, heating (80 ℃) in an oil bath pot, stirring and reacting for 6 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining a choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, and sealing and preserving for later use;
(2) Cleaning longan shells, drying at 88 ℃ for 16 hours, crushing by a crusher, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and filling the obtained longan shell powder into a sealing bag and placing the sealing bag into a dryer for standby; weighing longan shell powder, fully mixing the longan shell powder with a eutectic solvent (DES) according to a certain feed-liquid ratio (g/mL) (the longan shell powder is DES=1:12), heating in an oil bath pot (150 ℃), stirring and reacting for 6h, cooling and centrifuging; pouring the supernatant into a beaker, pouring residues into a Buchner funnel, filtering and washing with absolute ethyl alcohol for 3 times, merging filtrate obtained by filtering, evaporating ethanol by a rotary evaporator to obtain concentrated solution, merging the supernatant and the concentrated solution, slowly adding into 4L deionized water, stirring for 16min, standing for 12h, and centrifuging (10000 r/min,22 min) to separate solid precipitate; drying the obtained solid precipitate in an oven at 88 ℃ for 24 hours to obtain black solid which is longan shell lignin;
(3) 15 parts of longan shell lignin is weighed and dispersed in 85 parts of deionized water, naOH solution with the concentration of 16% is slowly added dropwise while stirring, the pH value of the solution system is regulated to 9.3, and then stirring is continued for 13min, so that the longan shell lignin is uniformly dispersed in the deionized water, and a longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 15% is prepared; 15 parts of sodium alginate is weighed and dispersed in 85 parts of deionized water, naOH solution with the concentration of 16% is slowly added dropwise while stirring, the pH value of the solution system is regulated to 8.3, and then stirring is continued for 10min, so that the sodium alginate is uniformly dispersed in the deionized water, and sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 15% is prepared;
(4) Accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 15%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 15% and green flower cajeput essential oil with a sun-screening effect, adding the prepared longan shell lignin solution, the sodium alginate solution and the green flower cajeput essential oil with the concentration of 9:8:1 into a beaker according to a certain volume ratio, dispersing for 5min by using an ultrasonic crusher, washing the upper white emulsion with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,28 min), and then carrying out vacuum freeze-drying for 55h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/green flower cajeput essential oil composite sun-screening particles; accurately measuring the prepared longan shell lignin solution with the concentration of 15%, sodium alginate solution with the concentration of 15% and sandalwood essential oil with the restoration effect, adding the longan shell lignin solution with the volume ratio of (the longan shell lignin solution: the sodium alginate solution: the sandalwood essential oil=6:8:1) into a beaker, dispersing for 5min by using an ultrasonic crusher, taking the upper white emulsion, washing with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity (10000 r/min,28 min), and then carrying out vacuum freeze-drying for 55h to obtain the longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/sandalwood essential oil composite sun-screening particles;
(5) Weighing 0.5 part of carbomer, adding the carbomer into 20 parts of deionized water, heating (80 ℃) and stirring until the carbomer is fully dissolved to obtain a carbomer solution;
(6) Weighing 0.8 part of allantoin, adding into 10 parts of deionized water, heating (90 ℃) and stirring until the allantoin is fully dissolved to obtain an allantoin solution (the humectant is dissolved in hot water and slightly dissolved in water, and the heating and the dissolution are required independently);
(7) Weighing 2 parts of sodium hyaluronate, adding into 30 parts of deionized water, stirring until the sodium hyaluronate is fully dissolved to obtain sodium hyaluronate solution (the humectant is easy to agglomerate when added into water, and can be completely dissolved only by long-time stirring and needs to be separately dissolved);
(8) Cooling carbomer solution to about 44 ℃, adding the prepared allantoin solution and sodium hyaluronate solution, 1 part of triethanolamine, 5 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/green flower cajeput essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 4 parts of longan shell lignin/sodium alginate/sandalwood essential oil composite sun-screening particles, 1 part of saffron extract, 1 part of marigold extract, 1 part of cucumber extract, 1 part of oregano essential oil and 22.7 parts of residual water, uniformly stirring by a magnetic stirrer, sterilizing by high static pressure for 8min (500 MPa), and bottling to obtain the sun-screening product with excellent sun-screening and repairing functions.

Advantageous effects
(1) Sensory evaluation
120 Human volunteers were selected, numbered 1-120, were females, and had the following conditions with different degrees on the facial skin: redness, itching, redness, tingling, dryness, desquamation, freckle, mottle, etc. The sun-protection skin care product prepared by the invention is used 2-3 times per day, wherein the product of the embodiment 1 is used for 1-20 times, the product of the embodiment 2 is used for 21-40 times, the product of the embodiment 3 is used for 41-60 times, the product of the embodiment 4 is used for 61-80 times, the product of the embodiment 5 is used for 81-100 times, and the product of the embodiment 6 is used for 101-120 times.
After the test is carried out for 1 month, the comprehensive condition of the facial skin of the subject is assessed, and the skin adverse reaction of the subject is found, and the facial skin is improved: redness, itching, redness and swelling and stinging skin are repaired; the skin becomes more white after sun-drying, tanning and darkness; freckle, mottle is relieved or disappeared; the skin is not dried and tensed, desquamation is avoided, and the skin becomes finer and smoother, glossy, smooth and plump, and the fine lines are relieved.

A saturated calcium chloride solution was prepared and placed in a desiccator to control humidity to 31% and the indoor temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. A layer of medical breathable adhesive tape is stuck on a glass plate, the quality of the medical breathable adhesive tape is accurately weighed, then a sample of the sun-proof skin care product is uniformly smeared on the surface of the medical breathable adhesive tape, the sample is weighed and immediately placed into a dryer with saturated calcium chloride solution, after every 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 hours, the sample is weighed, the water holding capacity, namely the moisture retention rate, of the sample is calculated, and the moisture retention rate of each embodiment changing with time is shown in figure 1.

As can be seen from fig. 1, the moisture retention rate of each example decreased with time. The moisture-preserving efficacy strength sequence is as follows: example 5> example 4> example 1> example 2> example 6> example 3, wherein the most moisturizing effect was given to example 5, followed by example 4 (both groups contain relatively more natural moisturizing agents), the more and less moisturizing effect of examples 1-6 was proportional to the moisturizing agent content, and the higher the moisturizing agent content, the better the moisturizing effect. The moisture retention rate of each example at 12h is more than 50%, which shows that each example has a strong moisture retention effect and can keep the skin moist and not dry for a long time.
(3) Whitening effect
Tyrosinase is an oxidase and is the rate-limiting enzyme that regulates melanin production. Because tyrosinase is a key enzyme for forming melanin, the better the inhibition effect on tyrosinase is, the more obvious the whitening effect is. The whitening effect of the sun-screening skin care product is evaluated by measuring the inhibition rate of the sun-screening skin care product on tyrosinase activity, and specific data are shown in figure 2.
The components in the formula have multiple effects, wherein the components with whitening effects are as follows: sodium alginate, green flower cajeput essential oil, uganli essential oil, olibanum essential oil, sandalwood essential oil, carbomer, triethanolamine, serine, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin, turmeric extract, cucumber extract, saffron extract, marigold extract, thyme essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, clove essential oil and the like.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the whitening effect is in the following order: example 2> example 5> example 6> example 4> example 3> example 1> Vc, wherein the strongest whitening effect is given to example 2, the next example 5, and the third example 6 (all three groups contain relatively more whitening components), the strength of the whitening effect of examples 1-6 is proportional to the content of the whitening component, and the higher the content of the whitening component, the higher the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity, and the better the whitening effect. And the inhibition rate of each embodiment to tyrosinase activity is more than 51%, which is far higher than that of positive control Vc, thus indicating that each embodiment has stronger whitening effect.
(4) Antioxidant and antiaging effects
With the aging, the human body is aged, the skin is used as an immune organ with the largest area of the human body, the function is weakened, and various skin problems occur. Due to aging, the number of fibroblasts is reduced, the synthesis capacity of collagen and elastin is reduced, and the skin loses elasticity; the proteolytic enzyme expression in the dermis layer is increased, so that collagen and extracellular matrix are decomposed in an accelerated manner, and the skin is loosened to form wrinkles; the Langerhans cells in the skin are reduced in number, and the immune function and the barrier function of the skin are reduced; in addition, the skin is oxidized rapidly due to environmental factors such as illumination, pollution and the like, and color spots are formed. For the aging problem of skin, the skin aging can be delayed by improving antioxidant activity, promoting cell metabolism, regulating immunity, repairing collagen, repairing DNA injury, etc. The study shows that DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical have good correlation with antioxidant activity, the antioxidant activity of the invention is evaluated mainly through experiments of removing DPPH free radical and ABTS free radical and measuring total reducing power of the sun-proof skin care product, and specific data are shown in figures 3-5.

As can be seen from fig. 3, the order of scavenging DPPH radicals in the examples is: example 5> example 4> example 2> example 1> example 6> example 3> vc, wherein the clearance of DPPH radicals is strongest for example 5, followed by example 4, (both groups contain more antioxidant components).
As can be seen from fig. 4, the sequence of the scavenging rate of ABTS radicals in the examples is: example 5> example 4> example 2> example 1> example 6> example 3> vc, wherein the clearance of ABTS radicals is strongest for example 5, followed by example 4, (both groups contain more antioxidant components).
As can be seen from fig. 5, the total reducing power of the example is in the order of: example 5> example 4> example 2> example 1> example 6> example 3> vc, wherein the total reducing power is strongest in example 5, followed by example 4, (both groups contain more antioxidant components).
As can be seen from fig. 3 to 5, the antioxidant effect of examples 1 to 6 is proportional to the content of the antioxidant ingredient, and the higher the content of the antioxidant ingredient, the higher the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical, the scavenging rate of ABTS free radical and the total reducing force, and the better the antioxidant effect. The scavenging rate of DPPH free radical is more than 55%, the scavenging rate of ABTS free radical is more than 61%, the total reducing force is more than 0.61, and the total reducing force is far higher than that of positive control Vc, so that the anti-oxidation effect of each embodiment is very strong.
Elastase, which is a proteolytic enzyme with extremely high selectivity and specificity, has a catalytic hydrolysis effect on carboxyl-containing polypeptide bonds of many amino acids such as glycine, leucine, alanine, valine, etc., and can decompose elastin in connective tissue proteins. The elastase inhibitor can effectively inhibit the activity of elastase, slow down the degradation speed of elastin, and play roles in delaying aging and reducing wrinkles. Therefore, the invention mainly evaluates the anti-aging efficacy of the sun-protection skin care product by measuring the inhibition rate of the sun-protection skin care product to the elastase activity, and the specific data are shown in figure 6.

As can be seen from FIG. 6, the order of inhibition of elastase activity in the examples is: example 5> example 4> example 2> example 1> example 6> example 3> vc, wherein the most inhibitory rate on elastase activity is example 5, followed by example 4 and third example 2, (all three groups contain more anti-aging ingredients). The anti-aging efficacy of examples 1-6 was proportional to the content of the anti-aging component therein, and the higher the content of the anti-aging component, the stronger the inhibition rate of elastase activity, and the better the anti-aging efficacy. The inhibition rate of the elastase activity of each example is more than 56%, which is far higher than that of the positive control Vc, thus indicating that each example has strong antioxidation effect.
(5) Sun protection effect
Cutting a medical breathable adhesive tape into strips of 1.0cm multiplied by 4.0cm, attaching the strips to one side surface of a 1.0cm absorption tank, accurately weighing the strips, uniformly smearing a sun-proof skin care product sample on the surface of the adhesive tape, accurately weighing the samples by a ten-thousandth balance, and preparing 3 parallel samples to be tested for each sample; preparing 2 blank absorption pools which are stuck with medical breathable adhesive tapes and are not smeared with samples according to the steps, and placing the blank absorption pools in a light path to be used as a baseline adjusting instrument zero point; the samples are all placed at room temperature (25 ℃) for 30min to be tested (the light transmittance value measured after the samples are smeared and placed for 30min to form a film is compared with a direct test value, the effect is obviously better than that of the direct test value, and the reproducibility is good). The above samples were measured for light transmittance at 280-400nm using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer, and the average value was calculated for the measured values of the parallel samples, and the obtained results were evaluated as sunscreen effects of the corresponding samples, and specific results are shown in fig. 7.
The ultraviolet wavelength is between 280 nm and 400nm, the lower the light transmittance, the better the effect of preventing the long-wave ultraviolet UVA and the medium-wave ultraviolet UVB, and the higher the sun protection factor. As can be seen from fig. 7, the order of the light transmittance is: titanium dioxide > zinc oxide > titanium dioxide + zinc oxide > example 3> example 1> example 5> example 4> example 6> example 2, the intensity of the sun protection effect is inversely proportional to the light transmittance. Therefore, the sun-proof effect is as follows: example 2> example 6> example 4> example 5> example 1> example 3> titanium dioxide + zinc oxide > titanium dioxide, wherein the sun protection effect is the best example 2, the second example 6 and the third example 4, (all three groups contain more longan shell lignin composite sun protection particles). The intensity of the sun-screening effect of examples 1-6 is proportional to the content of the sun-screening component, and the higher the content of the longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles is, the stronger the sun-screening effect is. The light transmittance of different sunscreens in the positive control group is far higher than that of the examples, namely the sunscreening effect of the positive control group is far lower than that of the examples, which indicates that the sunscreening skin care product prepared by the invention and added with the longan shell lignin composite sunscreening particles has much stronger sunscreening effect than that of the common sunscreens.
(6) Post-sun repair effect
The main skin hazards in the uv are UVA and UVB. UVA (315-400 nm) is long-wave ultraviolet, and can make skin black and skin aging; UVB (280-315 nm) is medium wave ultraviolet, so that skin is sunburned and reddish; when the human skin is irradiated by excessive UVA and UVB, cells can be promoted to release inflammatory mediators, so that dermal capillary distention congestion, subcutaneous tissue edema and inflammation are stimulated, and the skin can develop symptoms such as redness, itching, redness, stinging, dryness, desquamation, freckle, stain and the like. Under the strong irradiation of sunlight, even if sun-screening measures are taken, the damage of ultraviolet rays cannot be completely avoided, so that the repair of the skin after sun-screening is particularly important. Therefore, in addition to the sun-screening effect, the sun-screening skin care product is also indispensable for repairing the effect. Ultraviolet light causes damage to the skin and various biochemical inflammatory mediators are released, especially histamine. Histamine is produced from histidine by decarboxylase. Many tissues, especially mast cells of the skin, lung and intestinal mucosa, contain a large amount of histamine. Histamine is released when tissue is damaged or inflammatory and allergic reactions occur. Histamine has a strong vasomotor effect and can increase the permeability of the walls of capillaries and venules, and plasma leaks into tissues, resulting in redness and swelling of local tissues.
The invention mainly evaluates the after-sun repair efficacy by testing the mass concentration of Histidine (HIS), and the specific data are as follows: the healthy rats were divided into a blank group, a model group, an experimental group (examples 1 to 6), and a comparative group (comparative examples 1 to 6) at random, each of which was 60, 240 healthy rats were obtained. The backs of rats were dehaired 24 hours before the experiment, the dehaired areas were about 3.0cm×3.0cm, the remaining groups were molded on the backs of rats (dermatitis-like skin lesions were induced) with 2, 4-Dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) except for the blank group, and irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 12 hours, after the molding was successful (symptoms such as redness, dryness, desquamation, stains, etc. on the skin), 1g of the samples to be tested prepared in examples 1 to 6 were taken as the experiment groups, 1g of the samples to be tested prepared in comparative examples 1 to 6 were taken as the comparison groups, the dehaired areas of the backs of rats were smeared at about 2.5cm×2.5cm, the blank group and the model group were smeared with deionized water, and the skin conditions were scored according to table 1 after the molding was successful, and the mass concentration of Histidine (HIS) in the serum of each group was detected by observation of days of observation of 1.

Wherein, example 1 contains 5 parts of longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles and 4 parts of plant extracts; example 2 contains 10 parts longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles +2 parts plant extract; example 3 contains 5 parts longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles +5 parts plant extract; example 4 contains 7 parts longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles +4 parts plant extract; example 5 contains 6 parts longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles +5 parts plant extract; example 6 contains 9 parts longan shell lignin composite sun protection particles +3 parts plant extract. As can be seen from table 2, the experimental group and the model group have significant differences, but can both alleviate the related symptoms, have significant after-sun restoration effects, and the restoration effects are also significantly reduced along with the reduction of the total content of the longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles and the plant extracts.
Comparative examples 1-6 are the control groups of examples 1-6 except that the longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles are not added, other components are the same, and the parts of the longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles are complemented by a physical sun-screening agent or a chemical sun-screening agent, wherein the physical sun-screening agent is any one of titanium dioxide and zinc oxide or a mixture thereof; the chemical sun-screening agent is any one or mixture of octocrylene, homosalate, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate and butyl methoxy dibenzoyl methane. Comparative examples 1 to 6 each contain a natural plant extract having a restoration effect. Wherein comparative example 1 contains 2 parts of titanium dioxide +3 parts of octocrylene +4 parts of plant extract; comparative example 2 contains 4 parts zinc oxide +3 parts ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate +3 parts butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane +2 parts plant extract; comparative example 3 contains 3 parts titanium dioxide +2 parts homosalate +5 parts plant extract; comparative example 4 contains 3 parts zinc oxide +4 parts ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate +4 parts plant extract; comparative example 5 contains 3 parts zinc oxide +3 parts octocrylene +5 parts plant extract; comparative example 6 contains 2 parts titanium dioxide +2 parts zinc oxide +5 parts homosalate +3 parts plant extract. As can be seen from table 2, the comparative group also had some after-sun restoration efficacy, which decreased with decreasing plant extract content.

weighing choline chloride and lactic acid according to the molar mass ratio, wherein the choline chloride is as follows: lactic acid=1:5-1:10, placing into a beaker, placing into an oil bath, heating at 80-100 ℃, stirring and reacting for 2-6 hours, fully reacting to form transparent uniform liquid, obtaining choline chloride/lactic acid eutectic solvent, taking out, cooling, sealing and preserving for later use;

Weighing longan shell lignin, dispersing in deionized water, slowly dropwise adding NaOH solution with the concentration of 10% -20% while stirring, regulating the pH value of a solution system to 9.2-9.4, and then continuously stirring for 10-15min to uniformly disperse the longan shell lignin in the deionized water to prepare a longan shell lignin solution; dispersing sodium alginate in deionized water, slowly dropwise adding NaOH solution with the concentration of 10% -20% while stirring, adjusting the pH value of a solution system to 8.2-8.5, and then continuously stirring for 10-15min to uniformly disperse the sodium alginate in the deionized water to prepare a sodium alginate solution;
Weighing the prepared longan shell lignin solution, sodium alginate solution and natural plant essential oil with sun protection and restoration effects according to the longan shell lignin solution: sodium alginate solution: adding natural plant essential oil=5:5:1-10:10:1 into a beaker, dispersing for 5-10min by using an ultrasonic crusher, taking upper white emulsion, washing with deionized water, centrifuging for 3 times to remove alkalinity, centrifuging for 20-30min with the centrifugal parameter of 9000-11000r/min, and then performing vacuum freeze drying for 48-72h to obtain longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles;

cooling the thickener solution to about 40-50deg.C, adding neutralizer, longan shell lignin composite sun-screening particles, natural humectant, natural plant extract, natural antiseptic, and water, stirring with magnetic stirrer, sterilizing at 400-600MPa under high static pressure for 5-10min, and bottling to obtain sun-screening skin care product with excellent sun-screening and repairing effects.
4. A method of preparing a sunscreen skin care product according to claim 3, wherein: the natural plant essential oil is one or more of green flower cajeput essential oil, uganli essential oil, pine-red plum essential oil, geranium essential oil, olibanum essential oil and sandalwood essential oil.
