Detailed Description
It should be noted that the following detailed description is illustrative and is intended to provide further explanation of the invention. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. Furthermore, it will be further understood that the terms "comprises" and/or "comprising," when used in this specification, specify the presence of stated features, steps, operations, devices, components, and/or groups thereof.
Example 1
In order to solve the technical problems mentioned in the background art, an embodiment of the present invention provides a wire clamping fixture, as shown in fig. 1, including: a shell 1, a wire clamp 2 and a positioning piece 3; as shown in fig. 2, the housing 1 includes a casing 11 and a handle 12, the casing 11 is used for installing the wire clip 2 and the positioning member 3, the handle 12 is disposed at the bottom of the casing 11, so as to be convenient for an operator to hold, and both a front side plate and a rear side plate of the casing 11 are provided with open slots 13 (as shown in fig. 3). Wherein, the front and rear are described in terms of the operator's direction, the front refers to the direction of the chuck 21, i.e., the right side in fig. 3, and the rear refers to the direction of the chuck tail 22, i.e., the left side in fig. 3.
The wire clamps 2 are provided in plurality, and the wire clamps 2 are installed in the open grooves 13 of the shell 11 and can freely slide along the length direction of the open grooves 13. As shown in fig. 3, the wire clamp 2 includes a collet 21 and a tail 22, the collet 21 being located on the front side of the front side plate for clamping the wire 5, and the tail 22 being located on the rear side of the rear side plate for adjusting the position of the wire clamp 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the positioning piece 3 is rotatably mounted in the housing 11, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the positioning piece 3 includes a mandrel 31 and positioning pieces 33, the positioning pieces 33 are arranged in a linear array along the axis of the mandrel 31, and when the mandrel 31 rotates, the positioning pieces 33 can be clamped at two sides of the wire clamp 2. As shown in fig. 4, when the positioning pieces 33 are positioned at the horizontal position, the wire clamps 2 can freely slide in the open grooves 13, and when the positioning pieces 33 are rotated to the vertical position (i.e., the angle of the dotted line in fig. 4), the positioning pieces 33 are provided at both sides of each wire clamp 2 for fixing the position of the wire clamp 2.
When the clamping fixture of the embodiment is used, the electric wires 5 are not loosened, but all the electric wires 5 are clamped in the wire clamp 2 at one time, and compared with the prior art, the clamping fixture is simpler and more convenient to operate in a mode of clamping one electric wire after disassembling one electric wire, and the disassembling efficiency is improved. Because the electric wire 5 is clamped before the electric wire 5 is loosened, the sequence of clamping the electric wire 5 on the clamp is the same as the installation sequence of the electric wire 5 on the electric equipment, the problem that the electric wire is re-stranded during installation is avoided, the installation efficiency is improved, the condition of wrong wire connection is avoided, and the safety of the electric equipment is ensured.
In addition, the wires 5 with certain hardness are used as the wires on the common electrical equipment, and the distances between the wires on different electrical equipment are different, so that the fixed wire clamp 2 is difficult to adapt to different types of electrical equipment, and if the wire clamp 2 is made to be movable, all the wires 5 cannot be aligned with all the installation positions of the electrical equipment during installation, so that the wire clamp 2 is required to freely move to match the gaps between the wires, and the wire clamp 2 is required to be incapable of freely moving, so that the positions of the wires 5 are ensured to be matched with the installation positions on the electrical equipment during installation.
Based on this, in this embodiment, the opening groove 13 is provided on the housing 11, so that the wire clip 2 is slidably mounted in the opening groove 13, so that the position of the wire clip 2 can be conveniently moved according to different line-in and line-out spaces. On the basis, a rotary positioning piece 3 is arranged, after the wire clamps 2 are determined according to the positions of the incoming and outgoing wires, the positioning pieces 33 of the positioning piece 3 are clamped on two sides of each wire clamp 2 through rotating the positioning piece 3, and then the movement of the wire clamps 2 is limited. The wire clamp 2 is in sliding installation with the shell 11, and the rotating piece is in clamping fit with the wire clamp 2, so that before the electric wire 5 is disassembled, the wire clamp 2 can be freely moved to be in clearance fit with different wires in and out; and before the electric wire is installed after the disassembly, the position of the wire clamp 2 can be fixed, and each electric wire 5 can be aligned with the installation position of each electric device in sequence, so that the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the electric wires 5 is improved.
In the preliminary scheme of the clamp, the open slot 13 is only arranged on the front side of the shell 11, when the clamp is used, hands need to be stretched into the front side of the shell 11 to adjust the positions of the clamps 2, and because the space is narrow, the hands can shield the sight line and cannot well align the positions of the clamps 21 of the clamps 2 and the electric wires 5, so that the clamp is inconvenient to operate.
Based on this, the fixture of this embodiment has set up open slot 13 simultaneously in the rear side of casing 11, then lengthens the length of fastener 2, makes the tail 22 of fastener 2 follow rear side open slot 13 and stretches out, so, when adjusting fastener 2 according to electric wire 5 position, the hand can stir the tail 22 of fastener 2 and then adjust the position of fastener 2 in the rear side of casing 11, and the space is broad and can not shelter from the view, and the operation is more convenient, has also improved work efficiency.
As shown in fig. 2, the grip 12 is at a predetermined angle with respect to the wire clip 2, and the bottom of the grip 12 is inclined toward the tail 22 of the wire clip 2. By setting the grip 12 and the wire clamp 2 to an inclined angle, the wire clamp 2 and the shell 11 can be protruded forwards, so that the interference condition of the grip 12 and other electric devices is reduced, and the device is more suitable for a scene with a narrow space.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the wire clip 2 is composed of two clamping pieces, the two clamping pieces are symmetrically arranged, the clamping pieces are elastic clamping pieces, and tail parts of the clamping pieces are combined to form a clip tail 22. The wire clamp 2 can be made of plastic or metal, preferably plastic, so that the insulation of the clamp is ensured, and the insulation skin of the electric wire 5 can be prevented from being scratched. The elasticity of the wire clamp 2 is determined according to the wire diameter of the wire 5, so that the wire 5 can be conveniently inserted into the wire clamp 2, and the wire clamp 2 can be ensured to firmly clamp the wire 5.
The heads of the clamping pieces are bent outwards, the heads of the two clamping pieces are in a horn mouth shape, the clamping pieces at the rear end of the horn mouth are bent outwards, the two clamping pieces form clamping grooves for clamping the electric wires 5 at the rear end of the horn mouth, and the clamping grooves are approximately diamond-shaped. The bell-mouthed clamp 21 can conveniently enable the electric wire 5 to be inserted into the clamping groove, and the clamping groove can clamp the electric wire 5 under the elastic force of the clamping piece.
As shown in fig. 3, a guide shaft 4 is further disposed in the housing 11, two ends of the guide shaft 4 are respectively mounted on the inner side of the left side plate and the inner side of the right side plate of the housing 11, and the wire clamp 2 is provided with a guide hole, and the guide hole is sleeved on the guide shaft 4. Through the arrangement of the guide shaft 4, the wire clamp 2 can slide along the guide shaft 4, and deflection generated when the wire clamp 2 moves is avoided. Preferably, two guide shafts 4 are provided.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, a set gap is formed between two adjacent positioning pieces 33 on the mandrel 31, and the gap is matched with the thickness of the wire clamp 2, where the gap between the positioning pieces 33 is equal to the thickness of the tail 22 or slightly greater than the thickness of the tail 22. The tail 22 of the wire clip 2 inside the shell 11 is provided with an inverted cone, as shown in fig. 6, the inverted cone is located at the bottom of the tail 22, and the thickness of the bottom of the inverted cone is smaller than that of the top of the inverted cone, namely, the bottom of the inverted cone is narrow and the top of the inverted cone is wide, so that the tail 22 of the wire clip 2 can be conveniently inserted into a gap between the positioning pieces 33 when the positioning piece 3 is rotated. It will be appreciated that the clip 2 may be slightly offset when the splines 33 are rotated, but by a small distance, without affecting the installation of the subsequent wires 5.
As shown in fig. 7, a positioning plate 32 is disposed at one end of the mandrel 31, a steel ball 321 is disposed on an outer side surface of the positioning plate 32, and as shown in fig. 10, a spring 322 is disposed on an inner side of the steel ball 321. As shown in fig. 9, the left side plate of the housing 11 is provided with a rotating hole 15 for installing a mandrel 31, the top and the side of the rotating hole 15 are provided with positioning sockets 14, the distances from the two positioning sockets 14 to the rotating hole 15 are equal, the steel balls 321 are embedded into the positioning sockets 14 under the action of springs 322, so that the positioning piece 3 is clamped at two positions, when the positioning piece 3 is in a horizontal position, the wire clamp 2 can move freely, and when the positioning piece 3 rotates upwards to a vertical position (such as a dotted line position in fig. 4), the position of the wire clamp 2 is fixed.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, a knob 34 is disposed at an end of the mandrel 31 away from the positioning plate 32, the positioning plate 32 is located at the left end of the mandrel 31, the knob 34 is located at the right end of the mandrel 31, and the knob 34 is located outside the right side plate of the housing 11. When in use, the handle 12 is held by the left hand, and the knob 34 is turned by the right hand so as to lock the wire clamp 2, so that the operation is convenient.
The shell 11 is made of plastic material so as to reduce the weight of the fixture. The left side plate of the shell 11 is provided with a magnetic attraction patch, the magnetic attraction patch is fixed on the outer side of the left side plate of the shell 11 in a pasting mode, and after the electric wire 5 is detached, the clamp can be adsorbed on a metal plate of an electric appliance cabinet, so that the use is convenient.
Example 2
Based on the wire clamping fixture of embodiment 1, the present embodiment provides a method for using the fixture, including:
First, the power supply is turned off.
The grip 12 of the clamp is held by a left hand, and the tail 22 of each wire clamp 2 on the rear side of the housing 11 is moved by a right hand, so that the clamp 21 of each wire clamp 2 is aligned with the position of each wire 5 in turn, according to the position of each wire 5 on the electrical equipment.
The left hand pushes forward and the right hand pushes forward against the housing 1, clamping each wire 5 to the clamp 21.
At this time, the position of each wire clip 2 has been determined, and the positioning member 3 is rotated by the right hand so that the positioning pieces 33 of the positioning member 3 are located on the left and right sides of the wire clip 2, thereby fixing the position of each wire clip 2.
Then, the jackscrews for fixing each of the electric wires 5 are loosened in turn, all the electric wires 5 are pulled out one by one, a new electric device is repaired or replaced, and the electric device is installed.
The handle 12 is held by the left hand to move the shell 1, so that each wire 5 is aligned to the installation position in sequence, the shell 11 can be vertically inclined firstly in operation, the wiring terminals at the end parts of the wires 5 are sequentially inserted into the wiring grooves of the electrical equipment, the positions of the wiring terminals can be slightly adjusted in the process so as to be conveniently inserted into the wiring grooves, then the jackscrews are screwed down to lock the wires 5, and the wire clamps 2 are pulled out outwards to take down the clamping fixtures.
The whole operation process is simpler, more convenient and quicker, and the disassembly and assembly efficiency is improved.
