Detailed Description
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, the overall structure of an automatic winder (textile machine) will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.
The automatic winder 1 shown in fig. 1 includes a yarn processing device 2 and a management device 50. The yarn processing device 2 and the management device 50 are arranged in an array. The yarn processing device 2 includes a plurality of winding units 10 arranged in an aligned manner, and a doffing cart 40.
Each winding unit 10 includes a yarn feeding portion 11, a yarn unwinding assisting device 12, a tension applying device 13, a yarn splicing device 14, a yarn quality measuring device 15, a cradle 16, a winding drum 17, and a housing 18.
A yarn supplying bobbin 21 is supported by the yarn supplying section 11. The yarn unwinding assisting device 12 can prevent excessive yarn galloping and can unwind the yarn at a constant tension by contacting a portion (balloon) of the yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 that swings due to centrifugal force and bulges outward. The tension applying device 13 applies a predetermined tension to the advancing yarn. The yarn unwound from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 and the yarn of the package 22 are respectively guided to the yarn splicing device 14. The yarn joining device 14 joins the guided yarns to each other. The yarn quality measuring device 15 measures the quality of the advancing yarn (for example, the yarn thickness, the amount of change thereof, and the like) by an optical sensor or the like.
A winding bobbin is mounted on the cradle 16. The winding drum 17 rotates in contact with the winding bobbin or the package 22, and thereby winds the yarn around the winding bobbin while traversing the yarn. The yarn is wound around a winding bobbin by the winding drum 17, whereby the package 22 is manufactured.
A unit control section 19 shown in fig. 2 is provided inside the housing 18. The unit control section 19 includes a CPU, RAM, memory, and the like. The memory is, for example, an HDD, SSD, or flash memory. Various programs and control data are stored in the memory. The CPU reads out the program stored in the memory into the RAM to execute. Thereby, the unit control section 19 performs control related to the winding unit 10.
The doffing cart 40 can travel along the arrangement direction of the winding units 10. Specifically, a rail is formed above the winding unit 10 along the arrangement direction, and the doffing cart 40 travels along the rail. When the package becomes full in a certain winding unit 10, the doffing cart 40 travels to the winding unit 10 and stops. The doffing cart 40 takes down the full package of the winding unit 10 and supplies a new winding bobbin of the unreeled yarn to the winding unit 10.
Specifically, the doffing cart 40 includes a yarn pulling arm 41, a cradle opening arm 42, and a chuck 43. The yarn pulling arm 41 is extendable and retractable by an actuator such as an air cylinder, not shown. A suction yarn catching portion is attached to the front end of the yarn pulling arm 41, and the yarn from the yarn supplying bobbin 21 is pulled out. The cradle opening arm 42 opens the cradle 16 by operating the cradle 16, and removes the package 22 that is fully wound from the cradle 16. The chuck 43 holds a new winding bobbin held by a bobbin stocker, not shown, and supplies the new winding bobbin to the cradle 16.
The management device 50 manages the yarn processing device 2. The yarn processing device 2 of the present embodiment includes a winding unit 10 and a doffing cart 40. However, the doffing cart 40 may be excluded from the yarn processing device 2. That is, the doffing cart 40 may be a management object of the management device 50, or may be excluded from the management object of the management device 50. The yarn processing device 2 to be managed by the management device 50 may further include a bobbin preparing device. The bobbin preparing device is a device that conveys the yarn supplying bobbin 21 to the winding unit 10 or prepares to wind the yarn on the yarn supplying bobbin 21. As shown in fig. 2, the management device 50 includes a control unit 51, a display unit 52, an operation unit 53, and a communication unit 54.
The control unit 51 includes a CPU, a RAM, a memory, and the like, as in the unit control unit 19. The memory is, for example, an HDD, SSD, or flash memory. Various programs and control data are stored in the memory. The CPU reads out the program stored in the memory to the RAM to execute. Thereby, the control unit 51 performs control related to management of the yarn processing device 2.
The display unit 52 is a display device capable of displaying information. The display unit 52 is, for example, a liquid crystal display or an organic EL display. The display unit 52 displays the screen generated by the control unit 51. In the following description, the "screen" refers to a display portion constituted by a table, a chart, a photograph, an illustration, an input field, an icon, or the like for the purpose of displaying information related to the yarn processing device 2 or changing settings related to the yarn processing device 2. Specifically, the display unit 52 displays a setting screen for confirming or changing the setting of each winding unit 10, an operation screen showing information related to the operation of each winding unit 10, a setting screen for confirming or changing the setting of the doffing cart 40, an operation screen showing information related to the operation of the doffing cart 40, and the like.
The operation unit 53 is a hardware device that can be operated by a user. The operation unit 53 is, for example, a hardware key or a touch panel. The touch panel is integrally formed with the display unit 52, and detects a position touched by a user when the user touches a screen of the display unit 52. The control unit 51 can detect that a predetermined operation (single click, double click, drag, zoom-in, zoom-out) has been performed based on the history of the position touched by the user. The user is a term including not only an operator assisting the operation of the automatic winder 1 but also a manager who manages the automatic winder 1.
The control unit 51 performs processing corresponding to an instruction by the user operating the operation unit 53. For example, when the user instructs the operation unit 53 to display a setting screen or the like, the control unit 51 displays the designated setting screen or the like. When the user operates the operation unit 53 to instruct the change of the yarn winding condition, the control unit 51 reflects the change of the yarn winding condition.
The communication unit 54 is a wired communication module or a wireless communication module for communicating with another device. The communication unit 54 can communicate with the plurality of winding units 10 and the doffing cart 40.
Next, the customizing function of the setting screen and the running screen will be described. First, a case where there are a plurality of setting items and operation items of the automatic winder 1 will be described.
In order to properly manufacture the package 22, the user inputs a setting value corresponding to a setting item related to the yarn (yarn wound around the yarn supplying bobbin 21) as a raw material. For example, such setting items include the size of the bobbin, the thickness, the type, the length, and the like of the yarn to be wound. Further, the user inputs an appropriate setting value for the setting item of each device of the yarn processing device 2. Here, the winding unit 10 includes a plurality of devices, and a setting item exists for each device. Further, various setting items exist for the doffing cart 40 and the bobbin preparing device. Therefore, there are a plurality of setting items that can be input by the user.
Further, the user confirms various operation items with respect to the automatic winder 1. The operation item is an item indicating information obtained about the current or past operation of the yarn processing device 2. The operation items include, for example, information on the package 22 obtained by the operation of the yarn processing device 2, the operation efficiency of the yarn processing device 2, and the consumption amount or the consumption efficiency of energy associated with the operation of the yarn processing device 2. Further, the individual operation efficiency and the like of the winding unit 10, the doffing cart 40, or the bobbin preparing device are also included in the operation items. Thus, there are a plurality of running items that the user can confirm.
In this way, there are a plurality of setting items and running items. Thus, it is difficult to collectively display all setting items in 1 screen. Therefore, the management device 50 classifies the setting items according to a predetermined standard, and displays the setting items by dividing the setting items into a plurality of setting screens. The same is true for the operation project. As a result, the user needs to confirm the setting item or the operation item while switching the plurality of operation screens.
In this regard, the management device 50 according to the present embodiment can display the setting item selected by the user on one screen (hereinafter, referred to as a customization setting screen). Further, the management device 50 can display the operation item selected by the user on one screen (hereinafter, referred to as a custom operation screen). Thus, the trouble of switching a plurality of screens can be reduced. In addition, setting items or running items frequently used by the user differ according to the user or the fiber plant. Therefore, it is not sufficient to set the setting item or the operation item in advance only on the manufacturer side, and it is also necessary to enable the user to make a selection.
Next, a process flow of accepting a user selection related to a setting item or a running item and registering the selection will be described with reference to fig. 3 to 5. This process is illustrated in the flowchart of fig. 3. The flowchart of fig. 3 is performed by the control unit 51 of the management device 50.
When the user wishes to edit the customization settings screen, the user operates the operation unit 53 to select a predetermined item from the menu screen, or selects a button of the menu bar, or the like, and causes the display unit 52 to display an edit screen for editing the customization settings screen. The control unit 51 determines whether or not there is an edit instruction of the customization setting screen based on an operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S101). When determining that the edit instruction is given, the control unit 51 displays an edit screen of the custom setting screen on the display unit 52 to accept selection of the setting item (S102). The edit screen of the customization setting screen is a screen for performing an operation of selecting (determining) a setting item displayed in the customization setting screen.
As shown in fig. 4, the 1 st menu bar 61 and the 2 nd menu bar 62 are displayed on the display unit 52. The 1 st menu bar 61 is always displayed, and a plurality of icons are displayed on the 1 st menu bar 61. An icon representing an item at a lower level than the icon selected in the 1 st menu bar 61 is displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62. That is, the icon displayed in the 2 nd menu bar 62 changes according to the icon selected in the 1 st menu bar 61. The user can use the operation unit 53 to perform an operation of selecting an icon displayed in the 1 st menu bar 61 and/or the 2 nd menu bar 62, and instruct to display an edit screen of the customization setting screen.
The edit screen of the customization setting screen shown in fig. 4 includes an object selection area 63, a setting item display area 64, a user ID display area 65, and a display selection area 66.
In the target selection area 63, devices constituting the yarn processing device 2 are arranged and described. Specifically, "units" indicating the winding unit 10, and "main bodies" indicating devices other than the winding unit 10 are displayed in the object selection area 63. Further, in the target selection area 63, "doffing device" and "bobbin preparing device" indicating the doffing cart 40 are displayed at the lower position of the "main body". These devices are examples, and devices other than the above may be displayed in the object selection area 63.
In the object selection area 63 shown in fig. 4, the user selects "cell". Accordingly, setting items related to the winding unit 10 are arranged in the setting item display area 64. The setting item display area 64 can be screen-scrolled. When all the setting items cannot be displayed on one screen, the screen scroll is performed to display the remaining setting items. When the control unit 51 determines that the user has selected another target device, the control unit 51 displays a setting item related to the selected another target device in the setting item display area 64. The object selection area 63 may be omitted, and all setting items may be displayed in the setting item display area 64.
The user ID (identification information) is recorded in the user ID display area 65. The user ID is identification information for identifying the user of the automatic winder 1. The user ID may be an ID actually used for authentication of the user, or the user ID may be used only for creating a custom setting screen for each user individually.
In addition, the customization setting screen may be created for each other information instead of for each user. For example, the customization setting screen may be created for each type of wound package 22. In this case, information indicating the type of the wound package 22 or arbitrary identification information designated by the user is set in the user ID display area 65. It is not necessary to create a plurality of custom setting screens using identification information, and it is also possible to omit the creation of the custom setting screens. In this case, one kind of customization setting screen is used for one management apparatus 50.
In the display selection area 66, a check box is displayed for each setting item described in the setting item display area 64 and for each user ID described in the user ID display area 65. The user can select a setting item displayed on the customization setting screen by operating the check box of the display selection area 66 using the operation unit 53. For example, when the user corresponding to "Customer1" wishes to display a setting item of "yarn count", the user checks a check box in a portion corresponding to both "Customer1" and "yarn count". The method of selecting the setting item is not limited to the check box format. For example, the setting item may be selected by drag-and-drop operation of the setting item described in the setting item display area 64 to the display selection area 66.
In the editing screen of the present embodiment, a list of setting items selectable by the user and the presence or absence of selection of a setting item for each user ID are displayed on the same screen. Thus, the user can select the setting item of the user by referring to the selection status of the setting item of the other user.
When the user selects a setting item, the control unit 51 registers the selected setting item in association with the user ID (S103). Hereinafter, information indicating the setting item selected by the user is referred to as registration information. The control unit 51 may store the registration information in a memory provided in itself, but may store the registration information in an external device. The external device is, for example, a storage device disposed in a factory of the automatic winder 1 or a data server connected to the management device 50 via a wide area network.
A table representing registration information is shown in fig. 5. The registration information is composed of a user ID and a plurality of setting items (ranges surrounded by broken lines) corresponding thereto. The plurality of setting items associated with one user ID correspond to setting items belonging to a setting item group. In other words, the registration information is information associating the user ID with the setting items belonging to the corresponding setting item group. In addition, when the user ID is not used, the registration information is information for associating the setting item group with the setting item belonging to the setting item group. The setting items are divided according to the target devices, but the division according to the target devices may be omitted.
Next, a process flow of accepting a user selection related to a running item and registering the user selection will be described. Since the selection and registration of the operation items and the selection and registration of the setting items have a large number of common parts, the common parts will be omitted or simplified.
The processing of steps S104 to S106 related to editing of the custom operation screen corresponds to the processing of steps S101 to S103 described above. That is, the control unit 51 determines whether or not there is an edit instruction of the custom operation screen based on the operation performed by the operation unit 53 (S104). When it is determined that the edit instruction is given, the control unit 51 displays an edit screen of the custom operation screen on the display unit 52, and accepts selection of an operation item (S105). When the user selects a running item, the control unit 51 registers the selected running item in association with the user ID (S106). The edit screen of the custom execution screen is a screen for performing an operation of selecting (deciding) an execution item displayed in the custom execution screen.
The edit screen of the customization setting screen shown in fig. 4 is substantially common to the edit screen of the customization running screen. The main difference is the following two points. The 1 st difference is that classification information related to operation, such as "production", "energy", etc., is described in the object selection area 63 instead of the object device. The 2 nd difference is that the operation item is displayed in the setting item display area 64 instead of displaying the setting item.
Regarding the registration information shown in fig. 5, the registration content of the setting item is also substantially common to the registration content of the running item. That is, the registration information is composed of the user ID and a plurality of operation items (the range enclosed by the dotted line corresponds to the operation item group) corresponding thereto. Further, the operation items are divided according to classification information related to the operation. That is, the running items belonging to the running item group are divided into one or more subgroups (classification information). In addition, registration of the classification information may be omitted.
All the technical features described above with respect to the selection and registration of the setting items can be applied to the selection and registration of the operation items as long as no contradiction occurs.
Next, a customization setting screen will be described with reference to fig. 6 and 7. The process of displaying the customization settings screen is described in the flowchart of fig. 6. The flowchart of fig. 6 is performed by the control unit 51 of the management device 50.
The control unit 51 determines whether or not there is a display instruction of the customization setting screen based on an operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S201). The display instruction of the customization setting screen is performed by, for example, operating the 1 st menu bar 61 and/or the 2 nd menu bar 62, but the display instruction may be performed by a different operation.
When it is determined that there is a display instruction of the customization setting screen, the control unit 51 displays the customization setting screen corresponding to the selected user ID on the display unit 52 (S202). In the present embodiment, the user ID that has been used recently is automatically selected. In addition, when the management apparatus 50 has a configuration to log in for each user, the management apparatus 50 can acquire the user ID of the current user. Therefore, the user ID in the current login can also be automatically selected. In addition, the user may select the user ID before displaying the customization setting screen.
Fig. 7 shows a custom setting screen. In fig. 7, in addition to the 1 st menu bar 61, the 2 nd menu bar 62, and the object selection area 63 described above, a customization setting item display area 71, a user ID switching frame 72, a lot display area 73, and an input frame 74 are displayed.
The custom setting item display area 71 is an area in which setting items selected by the user (in other words, all setting items belonging to a setting item group) are arranged and displayed. In the present embodiment, all setting items selected with respect to a predetermined target device are displayed in the custom setting item display area 71. However, the display of the object selection area 63 may be omitted, and all setting items may be displayed in the custom setting item display area 71 regardless of the object device.
The user ID switching block 72 is a display section for switching the user ID. The user can switch to another user ID by operating the user ID switch box 72.
The batch display area 73 is an area for displaying a set value for a set item for each batch. The lot is a unit of manufacture of the package 22. At the timing of switching the lot, for example, the type of the package 22 manufactured by the automatic winder 1 is changed. Therefore, before and after the batch is switched, the setting value for the setting item needs to be switched. In the present embodiment, an input box 74 for setting items is displayed in each batch display area 73.
The input box 74 is a portion for inputting a set value for each set item. The user selects the input box 74 using the operation unit 53 and inputs a set value. In the present embodiment, since the input box 74 is displayed for each batch, a different set value can be input for each batch. Further, in the present embodiment, the input box 74 corresponding to the lot is displayed on the same screen. Thus, when a set value of a specific lot is inputted, the set value of another lot can be referred to. The control unit 51 can rearrange and delete the setting items displayed in the input box 74 by receiving an instruction from the user using the operation unit 53.
The batch display region 73 is not necessarily required, and can be omitted. In this case, the lot is selected in advance and a set value is input, or a set value for the package 22 to be manufactured next is input.
The control unit 51 determines whether or not another user ID is selected based on an operation performed on the operation unit 53 (specifically, an operation performed on the user ID switching block 72) (S203). When it is determined that another user ID is selected, the control unit 51 switches to the customization setting screen corresponding to the selected user ID and displays the customization setting screen on the display unit 52 (S202).
The control unit 51 determines whether or not a setting value is input to the setting item based on an operation performed on the operation unit 53 (specifically, an operation performed on the input box 74) (S204). When it is determined that the set value is input, the control unit 51 updates the set value for the set item and stores the updated set value in the memory of the control unit 51 or the external device (S205). In the present embodiment, since the set values can be input for each batch, the control unit 51 can store the batch, the set items of each user ID, and the set values of the set items of each batch in association with each other.
As described above, it has been conventionally required to input or update a setting value for each setting item while switching the setting screen. In addition, although there are a plurality of setting items, there are many cases where the setting items used by the user are limited. Accordingly, by registering setting items frequently used by the user in the custom setting screen, the user can input or update the setting values without switching the screen at all or with little switching of the screen.
Next, the customized operation screen will be described with reference to fig. 8 and 9. The process of displaying the custom operation screen is described in the flowchart of fig. 8. The flowchart of fig. 8 is performed by the control unit 51 of the management device 50. In addition, since the processing related to the customized operation screen and the processing related to the customized setting screen have a large number of portions in common, the description of the common portions is omitted or simplified.
The processing of steps S301 to S303 related to the display of the customized running screen corresponds to the processing of steps S201 to S203 described above. That is, the control unit 51 determines whether or not there is a display instruction of the customized operation screen based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S301). When it is determined that there is a display instruction of the customized operation screen, the control unit 51 displays the customized operation screen corresponding to the selected user ID on the display unit 52 (S302). The control unit 51 determines whether or not another user ID is selected based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S303). When it is determined that another user ID is selected, the control unit 51 switches to the customized operation screen corresponding to the selected user ID and displays the customized operation screen on the display unit 52 (S302).
A custom running screen is shown in fig. 9. The custom running screen includes a running item display area 81 and a chart display area 82. The graph display area 82 includes a1 st graph display area 83 and a2 nd graph display area 84.
The operation item display area 81 is an area in which operation items selected by the user (in other words, all operation items belonging to the operation item group) and values thereof are arranged and displayed. In the present embodiment, the operation items are registered in advance together with classification information (information of the sub group) such as "production", "energy", and the like. Thus, in the operation item display area 81, operation items are displayed in a manner divided according to the classification information. The user sets the classification information as follows. That is, when a running item is selected, the selected running item belongs to specified (default specified) classification information. The user drags the operation item belonging to the predetermined classification information and then moves the operation item to the target classification information or the like, thereby setting the selected operation item to belong to the target classification information. In addition, classification information may be given to all the operation items in advance. In this case, the running item is selected in the editing screen to be classified into the previously assigned classification information. Further, the classification information given to the operation item can be changed later. Further, it is preferable that the names of the classification information can be edited in the custom running screen or other screen. For example, it is preferable that the user can select the name of the classification information to change the name of the classification information. Further, the control unit 51 can rearrange and delete the operation items displayed in the operation item display area 81 by receiving an instruction from the user using the operation unit 53.
Further, the user can perform an operation of selecting the operation item displayed in the operation item display area 81 using the operation section 53. The control unit 51 determines whether or not an operation item is selected based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53 (S304).
When determining that an operation item has been selected, the control unit 51 displays the 1 st chart 83a related to the selected operation item in the 1 st chart display area 83 (S305). At this time, the control unit 51 displays the 1 st chart 83a on the same screen as the operation item display area 81 while maintaining the display of the operation item display area 81. Thus, the user can confirm the operation item of the operation item display area 81 and the 1 st chart 83a of the 1 st chart display area 83 at the same time.
The 1 st chart display area 83 is an area in which the 1 st chart 83a related to the operation item is displayed. In the 1 st chart display area 83, a1 st chart 83a and a specific winding unit 83b are displayed.
The 1 st chart 83a is a chart showing the operation items selected in the operation item display area 81. Specifically, the horizontal axis of the chart 83a of fig. 1 is the number of the winding unit 10, and the vertical axis is the value of the operation item. The numbers of the winding units 10 are numbers assigned to the respective winding units 10 in the arrangement direction with reference to a predetermined position. In addition, instead of the number of the winding unit 10, the time may be set to the horizontal axis. Alternatively, the graph having the horizontal axis representing the number of the winding unit 10 and the graph having the horizontal axis representing the time may be displayed in the 1 st graph display area 83.
When a reference is set to the value of the operation item, the control unit 51 displays the reference on the 1 st chart 83a. Further, the control unit 51 makes the display mode of the winding unit 10 satisfying the criterion in the chart 83a of fig. 1 different from the display mode of the winding unit 10 not satisfying the criterion. The difference in display modes means difference in display methods, specifically, difference in display color, presence or absence of blinking, presence or absence of highlighting, and the like. This makes it possible to make the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference more noticeable.
The specific winding unit 83b is a text displayed in the vicinity of the 1 st chart 83 a. The specific winding unit 83b is constituted by the number of the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference and the value of the operation item of the winding unit 10. The specific winding unit 83b displays the numbers of at most 5 winding units 10 in the order in which the values of the operation items are poor. In addition, when there is no winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the reference, the number of the winding unit 10 is not displayed in the specific winding unit 83 b. The maximum value of the number of winding units 10 displayed as the specific winding unit 83b is not limited to 5, and may be a value other than 5. In addition, the specific winding unit 83b may also display all the winding units 10 that do not meet the reference. The list of numbers of the winding units 10 displayed in the specific winding unit 83b may also be scrollable. Thus, even when a large number of winding units 10 are displayed, the user can confirm the numbers of all the winding units 10. The display order of the winding unit 10 is not limited to the order in which the values of the operation items are poor, and may be the number order of the winding unit 10. In addition, the display of the value of the operation item may be omitted. Or the display of the specific winding unit 83b itself may be omitted.
Further, the user can perform an operation of selecting a part of the 1 st chart 83a displayed in the 1 st chart display area 83 using the operation section 53. Based on the operation performed on the operation unit 53, the control unit 51 determines whether or not a part of the 1 st chart 83a is selected (S306).
When it is determined that a part of the 1 st chart 83a is selected, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the operation items in the selected range (S307). Specifically, when a part of the 1 st chart 83a is selected, the control unit 51 identifies a chart of the winding units 10 located within a predetermined range from the selected position, and selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the operation items in the identified winding unit 10. For example, when the operation item is as high as the operation efficiency or the like, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the lowest value of the operation item. On the other hand, for example, when the operation item is as low as possible, such as the mechanical stop rate, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the highest operation item value. The user wants to grasp information of the winding unit 10 whose value of the operation item is poor, so that the user's trouble can be reduced by performing the above-described processing.
In the example shown in fig. 9, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 of the number 30 because the winding unit 10 of the number 30 that does not satisfy the reference exists in a range of a predetermined range (for example, 2 or 3 amounts of the graph) from the touched position in the vicinity of the number 30 of the winding unit 10 by touching (selecting) with a finger.
Then, the control unit 51 displays the 2 nd chart 84a for evaluating the operation items of the selected winding unit 10 in the 2 nd chart display area 84 (S308). At this time, the control unit 51 displays the 2 nd chart 84a on the same screen as the operation item display area 81 and the 1 st chart display area 83 while maintaining the display thereof. Thus, the user can confirm the operation item of the operation item display area 81, the 1 st chart 83a of the 1 st chart display area 83, and the 2 nd chart 84a of the 2 nd chart display area 84 at the same time.
In addition, not only when the 1 st chart 83a is touched, but also when the selection of the number of the winding unit 10 described in the specific winding unit 83b is detected, the control unit 51 displays the 2 nd chart 84a in the 2 nd chart display area 84.
The 2 nd chart 84a and the chart information 84b are displayed in the 2 nd chart display area 84. The 2 nd chart 84a is a chart related to the operation item selected in the operation item display area 81 and the winding unit 10 selected in the 1 st chart display area 83. The 2 nd graph 84a is a graph with time on the horizontal axis and values of the operation items on the vertical axis. The 2 nd graph 84a is composed of a graph showing time variation of the operation items of the selected winding unit 10 and a graph showing time variation of an average value of the values of the operation items of all or a predetermined range of the winding unit 10. The chart information 84b is recorded with the line types of the charts of the selected winding units 10 (information for determining charts) and the line types of the charts indicating the average value of the plurality of winding units 10. In addition, a graph indicating a total value may be described instead of the average value of the values indicating the operation items of the plurality of winding units 10.
When detecting the line type of the chart of the selected winding unit 10 of the chart information 84b, the control unit 51 may not display the chart of the selected winding unit 10. When a line type of a graph indicating an average value or a total value of values of the operation items of the plurality of winding units 10 is selected, the control unit 51 may not display the selected graph.
The user can grasp the timing of the value decrease of the operation item of the corresponding winding unit 10 by referring to the chart 84a of fig. 2. Thereby, it is possible to determine the cause of the decrease in the value of the operating item of the corresponding reeling unit.
In the present embodiment, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the operation item within the predetermined range, but may select the winding unit 10 closest to the position touched by the user. Therefore, the graph constituting the 2 nd graph 84a is not limited to the graph with the worst value of the operation items. In the present embodiment, the winding unit 10 is selected using the 1 st chart 83a, but the winding unit 10 may be selected by other methods (for example, a method in which the user inputs the number of the winding unit 10).

By displaying the graph related to the operation items, the user can grasp the operation of the yarn processing device 2 at a glance. Further, since the 1 st chart 83a is displayed while maintaining the display of the operation items, the user can select another operation item or confirm the value of the operation item without switching the screen.
The management device 50 of the present embodiment includes a plurality of winding units 10 for manufacturing the package 22 in the yarn processing device 2. When the operation item displayed on the display unit 52 is selected, the control unit 51 displays a graph having the horizontal axis representing time and the vertical axis representing the operation item for each time and/or a graph 83a having the horizontal axis representing a plurality of winding units 10 and the vertical axis representing the operation item for each winding unit 10 on the same screen as the operation item.
Thus, the user can grasp the operation corresponding to the time change or the operation of each winding unit 10 at a glance.
In the management device 50 according to the present embodiment, when the 1 st graph 83a of the plurality of winding units 10 is displayed on the horizontal axis, the control unit 51 displays information (the specific winding unit 83 b) of the winding unit 10 for which the value of the operation item does not satisfy the criterion on the display unit 52.
This allows the user to grasp the winding unit 10 that does not satisfy the criterion at a glance.
In the management device 50 of the present embodiment, the horizontal axis of the 1 st chart 83a is the winding unit 10. When a part of the displayed 1 st chart 83a is selected, the control unit 51 selects the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the operation item among the winding units 10 located within a predetermined range from the selected position.
Thus, the user can easily select the winding unit 10 having the worst value of the operation items among the winding units within the predetermined range.
