In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the glue delivery device 40 further includes a second bracket 45 and a first driving assembly 46, the glue pulling mechanism 43 is disposed on the second bracket 45, and the first driving assembly 46 can drive the second bracket 45 to slide relative to the first bracket 41, so that the glue pulling mechanism 43 moves or resets toward the splicing station. Therefore, when the adhesive tape is transmitted to the splicing station, the adhesive tape can be realized through the movement of part of the structure, and the situation that the adhesive tape is transmitted to the splicing station, the whole movement of the adhesive tape conveying device 40 needs to form a larger avoiding structure at the splicing station is avoided, so that the layout and the distribution of each structure of the adhesive tape sticking device 50 are complex. Further, as shown in fig. 12, the glue delivery device 40 further includes a third bracket 47 and a second driving assembly 48, where the first bracket 41 is disposed on the third bracket 47, and the second driving assembly 48 can drive the first bracket 41 to move relative to the third bracket 47, so that the glue pulling mechanism 43 is opposite to the splicing station. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the driving of the second driving assembly 48 can make the glue pulling mechanism 43 face the two glue sticks 5223 in the glue receiving position, so as to fix the glue tape on the glue sticks 5223 and be sucked by the glue sticks 5223. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the splicing station may also be provided with a securing structure to facilitate the fixing of the tape to the securing structure by the tape pulling mechanism 43 to facilitate subsequent suction by the tape dispenser 5223.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 13 in combination, the shearing assembly 44 includes a ram 441 and a cutter 442. The presser bar 441 is movable relative to the first support 41 to secure the tape in the splicing station. Specifically, the pressing block 441 may press the adhesive tape on the adhesive tape attaching member 5223 at the adhesive tape attaching position, so as to fix the adhesive tape, and improve the connection stability, so as to facilitate the subsequent cutting of the adhesive tape. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the press 441 may also press the tape against a fixed structure at the splicing station. Further, the cutter 442 can move relative to the first bracket 41 to cut the adhesive tape to form the adhesive tape segment. One end of the adhesive tape is fixed through the pressing block 441, and the other end is clamped through the reset adhesive pulling mechanism 43, so that the adhesive tape cutting effect is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 12, the glue delivery device 40 further includes a delivery assembly 49, and the adhesive tape is clamped to the glue pulling mechanism 43 by the delivery assembly 49. Claims (10)

1. A taping system, comprising:
A first unwind assembly for placing a roll of ribbon and driving the roll of ribbon into rotation to release a first ribbon;
A second unwind assembly for placing a roll of ribbon and driving the roll of ribbon into rotation to release a second ribbon;
A conveying device for conveying the first and second ribbons to a splicing station;
the adhesive conveying device is used for conveying the adhesive tape sections to the splicing station; and
And the rubberizing device is used for sticking the adhesive tape section to the joint of the first belt-shaped object and the second belt-shaped object.
2. The taping system of claim 1, wherein the taping device includes a clamping mechanism for clamping the first and second bands and a taping mechanism for receiving the tape section and taping the tape section to the interface.
3. The taping system of claim 2, wherein the clamping mechanism includes a first clamping assembly and a second clamping assembly disposed in spaced relation and adapted to clamp the first and second ribbons, respectively, the rubberizing mechanism being located between the first and second clamping assemblies.
4. The splicing tape system of claim 3, wherein the first clamping assembly comprises a first frame, a first drive unit, an abutment block, a second drive unit, a first abutment and a second abutment, the abutment block and the second drive unit being disposed on the first frame, the first drive unit being configured to drive the first frame such that the abutment block is in the splicing station, the first abutment and the second abutment being disposed opposite and disposed on the second drive unit, the second drive unit being configured to drive the first abutment and the second abutment to clamp the first ribbon and the second ribbon, respectively, to the abutment block.
5. The strap system of claim 4 wherein the abutment block includes first and second abutment surfaces that are inclined such that the abutment block has a small end facing the second clamp assembly and a large end facing away from the second clamp assembly, the first abutment member includes first and second spaced apart abutment structures, the second abutment member includes third and fourth spaced apart abutment structures, the second drive unit drives the first and second abutment members such that the first and third abutment structures clamp the first and second straps to the large end, respectively.
6. The strap system of claim 5 wherein the abutment block includes a first roller located at the large end, the first, second, third and fourth abutment structures being roller structures, the second drive unit driving the first and second abutments such that the first and third abutment structures are capable of clamping the first and second straps to the first roller, respectively.
7. The taping system of claim 4, wherein the first clamping assembly further comprises a drive member located between the abutment block and the second clamping assembly, the first abutment member and the second abutment member being provided with the drive member, respectively, the two drive members being capable of gathering the first and second ribbons.
8. The taping system of claim 7, wherein the rubberizing device further includes a shearing mechanism for shearing the first and second bands between the abutment block and the drive.
9. The taping system of claim 2, wherein the taping mechanism includes a fourth drive unit and two taping assemblies, the taping assemblies including a second frame, a fifth drive unit and a taping member, the fourth drive unit being capable of driving the two second frames to move relative to each other so that the two taping members are in the splicing station, the taping member being hinged to the second frame, the fifth drive unit being provided to the second frame and being capable of driving the taping member to rotate relative to the second frame, the rotational path of the taping member including at least a taping position in which the taping member is capable of receiving the tape section, and a taping position in which the two taping members are capable of being disposed relative to each other.
10. The taping system of claim 9, wherein the taping assembly further comprises a transmission member, two ends of the fifth driving unit are hinged to the second frame and the transmission member respectively, the transmission member is fixedly connected with the taping member, and the fifth driving unit drives the taping member to rotate relative to the second frame through the transmission member.
