The working principle is that the surface of a steel plate is sprayed with cleaning liquid firstly, the steel plate is placed on the surface of a power roller conveyor 2, a transmission roller in the power roller conveyor 2 is driven to rotate, the steel plate is conveyed to the oil scraping plate 32, the oil on the upper surface of the steel plate is scraped by the oil scraping plate 32, meanwhile, a water pump 36 is started, the water pump 36 pumps water from a water tank 4 and conveys the water into a water delivery pipe 35, the water enters a first spray pipe 31 and a second spray pipe 33 through the water delivery pipe 35, the first spray pipe 31 sprays water to flush the surface of the steel plate, a scraping plate 53 is flushed, the oil falls into the water tank 4 along with clean water, the steel plate moves to a hairbrush 34, a cleaning motor 3 is started, the cleaning motor 3 drives the hairbrush 34 to rotate, bristles of the hairbrush 34 are contacted with the surface of the steel plate, the surface of the steel plate can be cleaned, meanwhile, the second spray pipe 33 washes the upper surface of the steel plate again, and then the steel plate completely passes through the hairbrush 34, so that cleaning work can be completed;
When oil and clear water fall into the water tank 4, firstly, the oil and the clear water can pass through the filter plate 41, the oil sludge formed by the oil and the dust can be filtered by the filter plate 41, so that the oil and the clear water fall above the sponge layer 42, the oil is separated by the sponge layer 42, the clear water returns to the water tank 4 again for recycling, meanwhile, the rotating motor 64 is started, the rotating motor 64 drives the reciprocating screw 62 to rotate, the reciprocating screw 62 drives the moving rod 5 to slide on the surface of the locating rod 63, the moving rod 5 drives the scraper 53 to slide, when the limit rods 531 on two sides of the scraper 53 are positioned at the first parallel section 611 of the limit groove 61, the upper surfaces of the scraper 53 and the filter plate 41 are attached, the scraper 53 pulls the dredging plate 54 through the spring telescopic rod 532, the scraper 53 cleans the oil sludge on the upper surface of the filter plate 41, when the filter holes of the filter plate 41 are required to be dredged, the electromagnet 544 is started to work, the electromagnet 544 attracts the magnet 72 and the magnet 541, the magnet 541 and the dredging rod 543 below the magnet 541 are subjected to downward force, when the dredging rod 543 moves to the filtering hole, the magnet 541 is attracted by the electromagnet 544, so that the magnet 541 descends and stretches the third spring 545, the magnet 541 drives the dredging rod 543 and the extrusion rod 542 to descend, the extrusion rod 542 moves to above the convex plate 533, the dredging rod 543 cleans the blocked filtering hole, the cleaned oil sludge or dust falls into the collecting box 71, the scraper 53 keeps moving, the dredging plate 54 is limited due to being in the filtering hole, therefore, the spring telescopic rod 532 is stretched when the scraper 53 moves, the scraper 53 moves and drives the convex plate 533 to slide, the convex plate 533 moves and the extrusion rod 542 moves on the inclined plane thereof, so that the extrusion rod 542 receives an upward force, which is greater than the attraction force of the electromagnet 544, the extrusion rod 542 drives the magnetic plate 541 to ascend and extrude the third spring 545, the magnetic plate 541 ascends to enable the dredging rod 543 to ascend, the dredging rod 543 is separated from the filtering hole, at the moment, the first spring 52 can pull the dredging plate 54 to move, one side of the dredging plate 54 is attached to the scraping plate 53, meanwhile, the electromagnet 544 attracts the magnetic block 72, so that the magnetic block 72 drives the collecting box 71 to synchronously slide on the supporting rod 7, and the collecting box 71 is always located right below the dredging plate 54;
When the limiting rod 531 moves to the second parallel section 612 of the limiting groove 61, the first spring 52 resets to drive the scraping plate 53 to move upwards, at this time, the scraping plate 53 drives the dredging plate 54 to ascend and reset to slide, the dredging plate 54 ascends, the lower side of the dredging rod 543 is not extruded, therefore, the magnetic plate 541 can be adsorbed by the electromagnet 544 to descend, the magnetic plate 541 drives the dredging rod 543 to descend, because the limiting rod 531 is located in the second parallel section 612, when the dredging rod 543 descends to the limiting position, the lower end of the dredging rod 543 is still located above the filter plate 41, therefore, when the limiting rod 543 is reset again, the limiting rod 543 does not enter into a thread hole of the filter plate 41, when the limiting rod 531 is moved to the initial position, the limiting rod 531 is reset to the first parallel section 611 from the second parallel section 612, the dredging rod 543 is also extruded to reset to the inside of the dredging plate 54, and meanwhile the electromagnet 544 can still adsorb the magnetic block 72, the magnetic block 72 drives the collecting box 71 to reset, after surface cleaning of the steel plate is completed, the first cleaning cover 43 can be opened, the second cleaning cover 71 can be opened, and the inside of the oil sludge can be cleaned.
