The connecting material layer 17 is arranged on the outer side face of the annular toothed belt 901 and the inner side face of the edge of the annular material layer 3, and the outer side face of the annular toothed belt 901 and the inner side face of the edge of the annular material layer 3 are connected through the connecting material layer 17; the connecting material layer 17 is a velcro. The connecting material layer 17 is arranged on the outer side face of the annular toothed belt 901 and the inner side face of the edge of the annular material layer 3, and the outer side face of the annular toothed belt 901 and the inner side face of the edge of the annular material layer 3 are connected through the connecting material layer 17; the connecting material layer 17 is a magnetic strip.
