The energy storage micro-grid can be composed of a photovoltaic power generation system, an energy storage system, a battery pack system and the like, and a plurality of monitoring points can be arranged in each system. Each monitoring point in the target energy storage micro-grid corresponds to a video acquisition module, specifically, a plurality of monitoring points can correspond to one video acquisition module, and the video acquisition module can acquire the video of each corresponding monitoring point.
The photovoltaic power generation monitoring module can monitor the operation condition of the monitoring point position in the photovoltaic power generation system, and first operation data of each photovoltaic power generation monitoring point position are collected in real time. Here, the first operation data may be power generation current data, power generation voltage data, etc., the power generation current data may be collected by setting a current transformer at the photovoltaic power generation monitoring point location, and the power generation voltage data may be collected by setting a voltage transformer at the photovoltaic power generation monitoring point location.
The energy storage device monitoring module can monitor the operation condition of the monitoring point position in the energy storage system, and collect the second operation data of the monitoring point position of each energy storage device in real time. The working state data can be monitored through a voltmeter arranged at the monitoring point of the energy storage equipment, and particularly, the line voltage of the energy storage equipment can be monitored; the operation temperature data can be monitored through a temperature sensor arranged at the monitoring point position of the energy storage device, and the temperature sensor can be a patch temperature sensor and the like.
The battery pack monitoring module can monitor the operation condition of the monitoring point position in the battery pack system and collect the third operation data of each battery pack monitoring point position in real time. Here, the third operation data may be battery voltage data, battery temperature data, charge-discharge state data, or the like. The battery voltage data can be monitored through a voltmeter arranged at a battery pack monitoring point; the battery temperature data can be monitored by a temperature sensor arranged at a battery pack monitoring point, and the temperature sensor can be a patch temperature sensor and the like; the charge and discharge state data can be obtained by comparing current battery voltage data with historical battery voltage data.
The intelligent control terminal can receive the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data in real time, and meanwhile, the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data can be recorded, so that the operation condition of each monitoring point position can be analyzed conveniently. In addition, the intelligent control terminal can also carry out arrangement analysis on the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data, so as to obtain information to be displayed. The information to be displayed can comprise operation information and reminding information. The operation information is used for reflecting real-time operation conditions of the electronic elements corresponding to the monitoring points, and the reminding information is used for reflecting abnormal operation conditions of the electronic elements corresponding to the monitoring points.
The visual terminal can directly display the information to be displayed generated by the intelligent control terminal, so that a worker can directly read the operation data corresponding to each monitoring point position on the visual terminal, and timely know whether the operation of each monitoring point position is abnormal or not. In addition, the visual terminal can display the target display information according to the user requirement. Specifically, the visual terminal may be an interactive terminal, and the user may select a display category related to the requirement by clicking a mouse, touching a screen, or the like, and then the visual terminal may generate user input data according to a clicking operation, a touching operation, or the like of the user, determine target display information from information to be displayed according to the user input data, and display the target display information. Here, the operation information in the information to be displayed may be operation data corresponding to each monitoring point directly, and the reminding information may be reminding data corresponding to the abnormal monitoring point directly, for example, a device name, a device position, etc. corresponding to the abnormal monitoring point. In addition, the running information in the information to be displayed can be an identification list of each monitoring point, the reminding information can be an identification list of an abnormal monitoring point, and the like, so that a user can select information to be checked in further detail from the list by clicking a mouse, touching a screen, and the like, and at the moment, the visual terminal can take the information selected by the user as target display information according to the input data of the user, and display the target display information.
The video acquisition module can have a portrait identification function, in a specific operation process, the video acquisition module does not always monitor the surrounding environment, and only after receiving a monitoring instruction sent by the intelligent control terminal, the video acquisition module indicates that an maintainer is about to overhaul, and then the video acquisition module starts to monitor the surrounding environment. The monitoring instruction is generated by the intelligent control terminal after receiving the first reminding information returned by the client of the target maintainer, wherein the first reminding information can be related reminding information for indicating that the target energy storage micro-grid has maintenance requirements and requiring the target maintainer to go to maintenance. After receiving the monitoring instruction, the video acquisition module can start to monitor the surrounding environment, and when the human image is monitored in the surrounding environment, the video acquisition module indicates that the target maintainer has previously overhauled at the moment, and then video acquisition can be started at the moment. In addition, the video acquisition module can also receive an acquisition end instruction sent by the intelligent control terminal, wherein the acquisition end instruction is generated after the intelligent control terminal receives an overhaul completion instruction sent by a target overhaul personnel through the client, and the acquisition end instruction can be sent to the video acquisition module. After the video acquisition module receives the acquisition end instruction and ends video acquisition, a video file corresponding to the acquired video can be sent to the intelligent control terminal.
The intelligent control terminal can receive the video file and store the video file at the same time so as to be used later. The intelligent control terminal can also extract multi-frame images to be analyzed from the video file according to preset rules. Here, each frame of image to be analyzed is used for determining the corresponding maintenance action of the target maintenance personnel, so the preset rule can be an image extraction time interval determined according to the statistical analysis rule, and under the image extraction time interval, the frame number of the image to be analyzed can be ensured not to be excessive, so that the subsequent analysis calculation amount is large, and all the maintenance actions corresponding to the target maintenance personnel can be almost captured. The image extraction time interval may be determined according to the change time of the overhaul actions, for example, the time required for changing from one overhaul action to the next is generally a, and then the image extraction time interval is slightly smaller than the time a, so that the image to be analyzed obtained by extraction according to the image extraction time interval may include each overhaul action of the target overhaul personnel. The image extraction time interval may be specifically extracted from the historical service video. In addition, the preset rule can also be that the images are analyzed frame by frame according to an image similarity comparison algorithm, and when the image difference between the next frame of image and the current frame of image is larger than a preset threshold value, the next frame of image is taken as an image to be analyzed; otherwise, deleting the next frame image. For example, the first frame image is image 1, the second frame image is image 2, if the image difference between image 2 and image 1 is smaller than the preset threshold, image 2 is deleted, then the image difference between image 3 and image 1 is calculated, if the difference between image 3 and image 1 is larger than the preset threshold, then image 3 is reserved, then the image difference between image 4 and image 3 is calculated, and so on, the finally reserved image is the image to be analyzed. Here, the image similarity comparison algorithm may be a histogram algorithm, a gray-scale image algorithm, or the like.
After obtaining the multi-frame images to be analyzed, the images to be analyzed can be sequentially input into a preset fault identification model according to the occurrence sequence, and then the target fault type of the first reminding information is obtained. Specifically, the preset fault recognition model may include an image description text generation sub-model, a text fusion sub-model and a fault recognition sub-model. Wherein the image description text generation sub-model may be an IMG2 LLM model, and the input of the model is the image to be analyzed and a preset problem, in particular, the preset problem may be "what action is being performed by a target maintainer in the graph? After that, the image description text generation sub-model can output a corresponding image description text according to the image to be analyzed, wherein the image description text can comprise descriptions of actions being executed by the target maintainer. After the image description text corresponding to each frame of the image to be analyzed is obtained, the image description text can be sequentially input into a text fusion sub-model, and the image description text corresponding to each frame of the image to be analyzed is fused through the text fusion sub-model to generate a complete description text of the video file. The text fusion sub-model may be any model with text fusion function, and is not required here. After the complete description text is obtained, the complete description text is input into a fault recognition sub-model, action features in the complete description text are extracted through the fault recognition sub-model to form a target feature set, similarity calculation is conducted on the target feature set and preset feature sets corresponding to each preset fault, and preset faults corresponding to the closest preset feature sets are used as target fault types corresponding to the video files, namely target fault types corresponding to the first reminding information. Here, the action feature may be any word or the like describing the service action of the service person. According to the embodiment of the application, the corresponding target fault type of each overhaul is directly determined through the recorded video file, and compared with the determination of the target fault type according to the fault type reported by an overhaul worker, the real fault of the equipment can be more accurately determined, the condition that the real fault of each equipment cannot be identified due to the fact that the overhaul worker reports the fault at will is avoided, and the embodiment of the application is beneficial to the real fault statistics of the equipment, is convenient for the follow-up determination of the equipment improvement problem and the like. It should be noted that the preset fault recognition model can be obtained through training according to the historical overhaul video file, so that the recognition accuracy of the preset fault recognition model can be greatly improved through targeted training.
Through the technical scheme of the embodiment, the photovoltaic power generation monitoring module can collect first operation data of photovoltaic power generation monitoring points, the energy storage device monitoring module can collect second operation data of the energy storage device monitoring points, the battery pack monitoring module can collect third operation data of the battery pack monitoring points, and then the intelligent control terminal can receive the data and obtain information to be displayed according to the data. The visual terminal can display the information to be displayed and can display the target display information which the user wants to view under the selection of the user. In addition, the video acquisition module can start to acquire video after receiving the monitoring instruction, can end video acquisition after receiving the acquisition end instruction sent by the intelligent control terminal, and then sends a video file corresponding to the acquired video to the intelligent control terminal. The intelligent control terminal can receive the video file, store the video file at the same time, and extract multi-frame images to be analyzed from the video file according to a preset rule. After obtaining the multi-frame images to be analyzed, the images to be analyzed can be sequentially input into a preset fault identification model according to the occurrence sequence, and then the target fault type of the first reminding information is obtained. The embodiment of the application automatically collects, monitors, early-warning analyzes and comprehensively visualizes the data of each link in the running process of the energy storage micro-grid, can help related staff to master the running condition of the energy storage micro-grid in time, has good use convenience, is convenient for the related staff to quickly carry out fault positioning, and is beneficial to improving the inspection efficiency; meanwhile, related staff can conveniently and timely identify abnormal operation conditions, and the abnormal operation conditions are arranged and treated in advance, so that the operation stability of the energy storage micro-grid can be greatly improved. In addition, the corresponding target fault type of each overhaul is directly determined through the recorded video file, so that the real fault statistics of the equipment is facilitated, and the improvement problem of the equipment is conveniently and subsequently determined.
In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the intelligent control terminal is configured to:
Taking the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data as first operation information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
Acquiring first historical data corresponding to the first operation data, second historical data corresponding to the second operation data and third historical data corresponding to the third operation data in a preset time period, drawing a first operation trend graph based on the first operation data and the first historical data, drawing a second operation trend graph based on the second operation data and the second historical data, drawing a third operation trend graph based on the third operation data and the third historical data, and taking the first operation trend graph, the second operation trend graph and the third operation trend graph as second operation information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
Identifying the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data, acquiring a target monitoring point position and an abnormal occurrence time corresponding to the abnormal operation data when the abnormal operation data are identified, determining a corresponding target equipment name and a corresponding target equipment position according to the target monitoring point position, generating early warning information based on the target equipment name, the target equipment position and the abnormal occurrence time, and taking the early warning information as first reminding information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
When the working state data in the second operation data is abnormal operation data, updating a first failure frequency, generating first failure information based on a preset failure type corresponding to the working state data and the abnormal occurrence time, and taking the first failure information as second reminding information; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
And when the charge and discharge state data in the third operation data are abnormal operation data, updating a second fault frequency, generating second fault information based on a preset fault type corresponding to the charge and discharge state data and the abnormal occurrence time, and taking the second fault information as third reminding information.
In this embodiment, the operation information in the information to be displayed may include first operation information and second operation information, and the reminder information in the information to be displayed may include first reminder information, second reminder information, and third reminder information. The first operation information can be the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data directly, namely, the operation data of each monitoring point location can be displayed on the visual terminal directly, so that an electric power company and related staff can be helped to master the operation condition of the energy storage micro-grid in time, the operation data of each monitoring point location can be acquired more conveniently, and the transparency of the operation information of the energy storage micro-grid is greatly improved.
In addition, the intelligent control terminal can generate second operation information according to the first operation data, the second operation data and the third operation data. When the intelligent control terminal identifies the abnormal operation data, a target monitoring point position and abnormal occurrence time corresponding to the abnormal operation data can be obtained. When the abnormal operation data are data in the first operation data, the target monitoring point positions are the point positions in the photovoltaic power generation monitoring point positions; when the abnormal operation data are data in the second operation data, the target monitoring point positions are point positions in the monitoring point positions of the energy storage equipment; when the abnormal operation data are data in the third operation data, the target monitoring point positions are the point positions in the battery pack monitoring point positions. Then, the intelligent control terminal can determine the name of the target device and the position of the target device according to the target monitoring point, wherein the name of the target device is the name of the device where the target monitoring point is located, and the position of the target device is the position corresponding to the device where the target monitoring point is located. Finally, the intelligent control terminal can generate early warning information according to the name of the target equipment, the position of the target equipment, the occurrence time of the abnormality and the like, and the early warning information is used as first reminding information. It should be noted that the first operation data may include power generation current data and power generation voltage data, the second operation data may include working state data and operation temperature data, the third operation data may include battery voltage data, battery temperature data and charge-discharge state data, when the power generation current data, the power generation voltage data, the operation temperature data, the battery voltage data and the battery temperature data are abnormal operation data, it is indicated that the corresponding monitoring points have abnormal operation risks, and the generated prompt information may warn staff and the like to exclude the operation risks in advance, so as to ensure the stable operation of the energy storage micro-grid; when the working state data and the charging and discharging state data are abnormal operation data, the corresponding monitoring points are indicated to have faults, and the generated prompt information can prompt the staff to arrange for maintenance as soon as possible, so that the time that the energy storage micro-grid cannot supply power is reduced.
When the second operation data comprises the working state data and the working state data is abnormal operation data, the fact that the monitoring point corresponding to the working state data has faults is indicated at the moment, the intelligent control terminal can update the first fault times corresponding to the monitoring point, and meanwhile, the first fault information can be generated according to the preset fault type and the abnormal occurrence time corresponding to the working state data. Here, different preset fault types may be preset, where each preset fault type corresponds to a monitoring point, for example, when the working state data is abnormal operation data, the monitoring point corresponding to the working state data is an energy storage device monitoring point, and the preset fault type may be a line fault or the like. And then, the first fault information can be used as second reminding information and can be directly displayed on the visual terminal or displayed on the visual terminal according to the user requirement.
When the third operation data comprises the charge and discharge state data and the charge and discharge state data is abnormal operation data, the fact that the monitoring point position corresponding to the charge and discharge state data has faults is indicated at the moment, the intelligent control terminal can update the second fault times corresponding to the monitoring point position, and meanwhile second fault information can be generated according to the preset fault types and the abnormal occurrence time corresponding to the charge and discharge state data. Here, different preset fault types may be preset, where each preset fault type corresponds to a monitoring point, for example, when the charge and discharge state data is abnormal operation data, the monitoring point corresponding to the charge and discharge state data is a battery pack monitoring point, and the preset fault type may be a battery pack fault or the like. And then, the second fault information can be used as third reminding information and can be directly displayed on the visual terminal or displayed on the visual terminal according to the user requirement. According to the embodiment of the application, the related staff can acquire the first fault times and the second fault times from the intelligent control terminal, know the frequency of faults of the corresponding monitoring points according to the first fault times and the second fault times, and can quickly know the time of each fault occurrence of the corresponding monitoring points according to the second reminding information and the third reminding information, so that the related staff can conveniently and quickly know the details of the faults. The second reminding information and the third reminding information of different monitoring points can be displayed on the visual terminal in the form of a list and the like.
The intelligent control terminal in the embodiment of the application can provide an integrated fault management function, can effectively count and manage various fault problems and processing conditions in the operation process of the energy storage micro-grid, and is convenient for related staff to know the actual operation condition of the energy storage micro-grid.
In the above embodiment, in order to improve the data receiving capability of the intelligent control terminal, the intelligent control terminal may be configured to provide a VPN network channel, an all-network 4G/5G channel, and a 2-channel ethernet channel with a service encryption chip, where the RS485 communication is not lower than 4 channels, so that multiple communication functions are provided to facilitate the reception of multiple monitoring data.
In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the intelligent control terminal is further configured to:

In this embodiment, if the number of times of the first fault after the update reaches the first preset number of times threshold, it is indicated that the corresponding monitoring point location fails many times, and maintenance is needed to avoid the same failure of the monitoring point location again, then the intelligent control terminal may correspondingly generate the first inspection reminding information at this time, and use the first inspection reminding information as the fourth reminding information. Likewise, if the updated second failure frequency reaches the second preset frequency threshold, it is also indicated that the corresponding monitoring point location fails many times, and maintenance is needed to avoid the same failure of the monitoring point location again, and then the intelligent control terminal can correspondingly generate second inspection reminding information and take the second inspection reminding information as fifth reminding information. It should be noted that the first inspection reminding information and the second inspection reminding information can be marked by using corresponding monitoring point position identifiers, so that after a relevant worker sees fourth reminding information or fifth reminding information on the visual terminal, the corresponding monitoring point positions can be determined according to the monitoring point position identifiers, and the inspection destination can be determined. According to the embodiment of the application, after a certain monitoring point position fails for many times, the fourth reminding information and the fifth reminding information prompt related staff to go to the monitoring point position for inspection so as to reduce the probability of the repeated failure of the monitoring point position.
In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the intelligent control terminal is further configured to:

In this embodiment, since many devices exist in the target energy storage micro-grid on site, and there may be some small buildings or the like in the site, some channels may not actually reach the maintenance site, so that the target maintenance personnel may not reach the maintenance site quickly when performing maintenance, so a preset electronic map may be generated in advance according to layout information of the target energy storage micro-grid, site environment information and the like, where the preset electronic map includes layout information of related devices such as photovoltaic power generation devices, energy storage devices, battery packs and the like in the target energy storage micro-grid, and site environment information. After the intelligent control terminal generates the first reminding information, the target monitoring point position can be marked on a preset electronic map according to the name and the position of the target equipment in the first reminding information. For example, the position can be found on a preset electronic map according to the position of the target device, and the target monitoring point corresponding to the position is marked with the target device name, wherein the target device names and the devices are in one-to-one correspondence. Then, the intelligent control terminal can update the first reminding information according to the marked preset electronic map, and the updated first reminding information can comprise the marked preset electronic map and the abnormal occurrence time. And then, the intelligent control terminal can send the updated first reminding information to the client corresponding to the target maintainer. After the client receives the first reminding information, an information popup window of the first reminding information can be popped up, after a target maintainer clicks the information popup window, the client can correspondingly generate a checking instruction and display the first reminding information based on the checking instruction, and the target maintainer can know the specific position of the abnormal target monitoring point in the target energy storage micro-grid through a preset electronic map and can quickly know the abnormal occurrence time. The displayed preset electronic map can be correspondingly provided with a path planning button or a path planning icon, when a target maintainer triggers the button or the icon, the client can correspondingly generate a path planning instruction, acquire the current position of the target maintainer, and carry out path planning through the current position, the target equipment position and the actual layout condition of the target energy storage micro-grid, so that the target maintainer can be guided to quickly reach the target equipment position, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, optionally, the intelligent control terminal is further configured to:
Receiving sign-in information, determining a target current value person corresponding to the sign-in information, and generating attendance information of the target current value person; and
After the first reminding information is generated, current position information of each target current person is obtained, whether the target current person is located in a preset position range of the target energy storage micro-grid is judged, and when the result is yes and the target current person does not correspond to a task to be processed, the target current person is used as the target maintainer.
In this embodiment, the intelligent control terminal may also check in on the service personnel. Specifically, the intelligent control terminal can receive check-in information sent by the overhauling personnel through the client, and can determine corresponding target equivalent personnel according to the check-in information. Thereafter, attendance information may be generated from the check-in information.
After the intelligent control terminal generates the first reminding information, whether the target current person is in the preset position range of the target energy storage micro-grid or not can be judged according to the current position information of the target current person at the moment, if the target current person is in the preset position range of the target energy storage micro-grid, whether the target current person is executing the task can be further judged, if the task is not executing, the target current person can be used as a target maintainer at the moment, and the first reminding information is sent to a client corresponding to the target maintainer. In addition, the intelligent terminal can also acquire a plurality of fifth historical data corresponding to other similar point positions, and specifically, the similar point positions are point positions belonging to the same type of equipment as the monitoring point positions. For example, the monitoring point corresponding to the reminding information is a photovoltaic power generation monitoring point, then the similar point is another photovoltaic power generation monitoring point, the fifth historical data can be historical operation data in a preset time before the historical abnormality occurrence time of the similar point, for example, the preset time is 24 hours, then for each similar point, the corresponding historical abnormality occurrence time can be obtained, and then the historical operation data in 24 hours before the historical abnormality occurrence time is determined.
After the fourth historical data and the plurality of fifth historical data are obtained, a preset fault prediction model can be utilized to extract data features corresponding to the fourth historical data, and in addition, the preset fault prediction model can be utilized to extract data features corresponding to each fifth historical data. In particular, the data characteristic may be an amplitude variation characteristic, a frequency variation characteristic, or the like. For the monitoring points with the same type of faults, the data features corresponding to the historical operation data in the preset time before the faults occur are higher in similarity, so that the feature similarity between the data features corresponding to the fourth historical data and the data features corresponding to each fifth historical data can be calculated. The number of feature similarities is the same as that of the fifth history data.
