After the rolling frame 32 is rotated by a specified angle, the bending surface of the sheet metal part is in a horizontal state, but the position and the height are inconsistent with the position of the plane processing state of the sheet metal part, so that the position of the vertical seat 312 needs to be adjusted through the transverse moving electric cylinder 3124, and the height of the vertical seat 312 is adjusted through the lifting electric cylinder 3123, so that the position and the height of the sheet metal part are adjusted, and the position to be tapped on the bending surface of the sheet metal part is consistent with the position of the tap on the tapping machine head 22.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a driving mechanism 4 for driving the rotating disc 313 to rotate is disposed on one of the vertical seats 312, so that after each tapping of one sheet metal part, the rotating disc 313 is driven to rotate the rolling frame 32 by a designated angle, so as to tap the next sheet metal part. In the embodiment, three assembly clamp assemblies 33 are used, after each time tapping the plane of one sheet metal part, the rolling frame 32 is driven to rotate by 120 degrees through the driving mechanism 4, and the plane of the next sheet metal part is tapped; after tapping is completed on the planes of the three sheet metal parts, the relative angles of the rolling frame 32 and the rotating disc 313 are adjusted, then the positions of the rolling frames 32 are adjusted through the transverse moving electric cylinder 3124 and the lifting electric cylinder 3123, tapping is performed on the bending surfaces of the sheet metal parts, after tapping is performed on the bending surfaces of one sheet metal part each time, the rolling frames 32 are driven to rotate by 120 degrees through the driving mechanism 4, and then the bending surfaces of the next sheet metal part can be processed.
Referring to fig. 6, the driving mechanism 4 includes a driving motor 41, a driving gear 42 and a driven gear 43, the driving gear 42 is rotatably connected to the vertical base 312, the driving motor 41 is mounted on the vertical base 312 through a motor base 411 and is coaxially connected to the driving gear 42, and the driven gear 43 is coaxially connected to one end of the rotating column 314 located outside the vertical base 312 and is meshed with the driving gear 42. The driving motor 41 is started to drive the driving gear 42 to rotate, and the driven gear 43 drives the rotating column 314 to rotate under the meshing action of the driving gear 42, so that the rotating disc 313 drives the rolling frame 32 to rotate by a designated angle, and the plane or the bending surface of one sheet metal part is conveniently machined after tapping.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, a purge unit 5 for purging the scraps is provided to the tapping head 22, and after each tapping, the scraps generated by the tapping are purged by the purge unit 5 to prevent the scraps from remaining on the sheet metal part or tap. Specifically, the purging component 5 includes an air pump 51, an air pipe 52 and a fixed block 53, wherein the air pump 51 and the fixed block 53 are fixedly installed on the tapping machine head 22, one end of the air pipe 52 is fixedly connected to the air pump 51, the other end of the air pipe 52 is connected with a rigid purging pipe 54, and the rigid purging pipe 54 is provided with a hinging ball 541 and is rotatably connected in the fixed block 53 through the hinging ball 541, so that the purging direction can be conveniently adjusted, and the purging component is suitable for taps with different models installed on the tapping machine head 22.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the supporting base 31 is further provided with a collection unit 6 for collecting the scraps so as to collect the scraps blown by the blowing unit 5. Referring to fig. 6 and 8, a vertical rod 64 is welded at one end of the connecting rod 62 in the vertical seat 312 along the vertical direction, a sliding cavity 3125 for sliding the vertical rod 64 is formed in the vertical seat 312, and a return spring 65 is connected between the vertical rod 64 and the side wall of the sliding cavity 3125; the stirring member 63 includes a plurality of stirring rods 631 uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rotation column 314, the number of the stirring rods 631 is consistent with the number of the clamping assemblies 33, and the stirring rods 631 can stir the vertical rods 64 when moving along with the rotation column 314 so as to enable the connecting rod 62 to move outwards of the vertical seat 312. When the rotation column 314 rotates to drive the toggle rod 631 to synchronously move, the toggle rod 631 can apply an interference force to the vertical rod 64, so that the vertical rod 64 drives the connecting rod 62 to move outwards of the vertical seat 312, thereby enabling the collecting tray 61 to move in a direction away from the vertical seat 312, and further enabling a gap to be generated between the collecting tray 61 and the rolling frame 32 to avoid interference of the collecting tray 61 to rotation of the rolling frame 32.
