The clamping device can be used for clamping all intelligent mobile phone industrial CT equipment scanning, and has wide application range; and the clamping device is made of plastic, and has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost.

1. A clamping device, comprising:
A carrying platform (1),
The clamping assembly (2) comprises a clamping part (21) and a protection plate (23), wherein the clamping part (21) is used for clamping a test piece to be tested, the protection plate (23) is arranged on the clamping part (21), and the protection plate (23) shields part of the test piece to be tested;
An adjustment assembly (3) comprising a first rotary club (31), a second rotary club (32) and a connecting part (33), the first rotary club (31) being provided with a first ball part (311) and a first shaft part (312), the first shaft part (312) being connected to the carrier (1); the second rotary ball arm (32) is provided with a second ball head part (321) and a second rod part (322), and the second rod part (322) is connected to the clamping component (21); the two ends of the connecting component (33) are respectively provided with a ball groove (331), the first ball head part (311) and the second ball head part (321) are respectively connected in the ball grooves (331) in a rotating way, and the connecting component (33) can lock the first ball head part (311) and the second ball head part (321) at a preset angle;
the clamping assembly (2) further comprises an adjusting part (22), the adjusting part (22) comprises a first screw (221), a second screw (222), a first adjusting block (223) and a second adjusting block (224), the first adjusting block (223) is provided with a first connecting hole extending along a first direction and a third threaded hole extending along a second direction, the second adjusting block (224) is provided with a second connecting hole extending along the second direction, the clamping part (21) is provided with a fourth threaded hole extending along the first direction, the first screw (221) is rotationally connected with the first connecting hole and is in threaded connection with the fourth threaded hole, the second screw (222) is rotationally connected with the second connecting hole and is in threaded connection with the third threaded hole, and the protection plate (23) is connected with the second adjusting block (224).

Clamping device according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting part (33) comprises a first clamping plate (332), a second clamping plate (333) and an adjusting piece (334), wherein the first clamping plate (332) and the second clamping plate (333) are arranged at intervals, the two ends of the first clamping plate (332) and the second clamping plate (333) respectively form the ball groove (331), and the adjusting piece (334) is used for adjusting the distance between the first clamping plate (332) and the second clamping plate (333) so as to adjust the clamping force of the two ball grooves (331) on the first ball head part (311) and the second ball head part (321).

The clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping member (21) comprises a first locking member (211), a first clamping slider (212) and a second clamping slider (213), the first clamping slider (212) is connected to the second rod portion (322), the first clamping slider (212) is provided with a first sliding groove and a first clamping portion (2121), the second clamping slider (213) is provided with a first sliding rail (2131) and a second clamping portion (2132), the first sliding rail (2131) is slidingly connected to the first sliding groove along a first direction, a side wall of the first sliding groove is provided with a first threaded hole, the first locking member (211) is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole, an end portion of the first sliding rail (2131) is abutted to the first sliding rail (2131), and the first clamping portion (2121) and the second clamping portion (2132) clamp the test piece along the first direction.

A clamping device according to claim 3, characterized in that the clamping part (21) further comprises a second locking member (214) and a support slider (215), the first clamping slider (212) is provided with a second slide groove, the support slider (215) is provided with a second slide rail (2151) and a first support (2152), the second slide rail (2151) is slidably connected to the second slide groove along a second direction, the side wall of the second slide groove is provided with a second threaded hole, the second locking member (214) is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole and the end part of the second locking member abuts against the second slide rail (2151), so that the second slide rail (2151) is locked in the second slide groove, and the first support (2152) is configured to support the test piece to be tested.
5. Clamping device according to claim 4, characterized in that the first support (2152) is provided with a limit boss (2153).
6. A clamping device according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of protection plates (23) are provided, and the protection plates (23) shield part of the positions of the two sides of the test piece to be tested along the third direction;

Clamping device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping member (21) comprises a third clamping slider (216), a fourth clamping slider (217) and an elastic member (218), the third clamping slider (216) is connected to the second rod portion (322), a third clamping portion (2161) is arranged at one end of the third clamping slider (216) along the second direction, a third sliding groove (2162) is arranged at the other end of the third clamping slider (216), a third sliding portion (2172) is arranged at one end of the fourth clamping slider (217), a fourth clamping portion (2171) is arranged at the other end of the fourth clamping slider, the third sliding portion (2172) is connected to the third sliding groove (2162) in a sliding manner along the second direction, and the elastic member (218) is arranged between one end of the third sliding portion (2172) away from the third clamping portion (2161) and the third sliding groove (2162), and the elastic force of the elastic member (218) drives the fourth clamping slider (217) to move so that the fourth clamping portion (2171) and the third clamping portion (2172) can clamp the test piece to be clamped at the two ends along the second direction.
