When the mold is used for production, a vehicle interior part as shown in fig. 2 and 3 can be obtained, the vehicle interior part is provided with a plurality of third characteristic parts 5 which are in a six-edge concave shape, and is provided with a platform-shaped fourth characteristic part 6 which surrounds the periphery side of the third characteristic parts 5, the third characteristic parts 5 are formed by injection molding materials which are injected into the first characteristic parts 3 after the front and rear molds are clamped, and the fourth characteristic parts 6 are formed by the injection molding materials which are positioned at the periphery side of the first characteristic parts 3; meanwhile, since the second feature portion 4 is provided with the leather texture and the first feature portion 3 is not provided with the leather texture, the vehicle interior trim part can present the leather texture at the position of the fourth feature portion 6, and present the relatively smooth texture (namely, the non-leather texture) at the position of the third feature portion 5, so that the internal and external glossiness of the third feature portion 5 are different, and the vehicle interior trim part has obviously different glossiness at different positions when a viewer observes with naked eyes.
Preferably, the spacing between adjacent third features 5 should be greater than two-thirds of their cross-sectional area; it should be noted that the specific size and the degree of compactness of the third feature 5 can be flexibly set by those skilled in the art after knowing the above-mentioned setting principle and the achievable target effect.

In some possible embodiments, by adjusting the density of the third features 5 on different regions of the vehicle interior trim part and adjusting the texture density on the fourth features 6 on different regions of the vehicle interior trim part, the skilled person can also make the regions of the vehicle interior trim part have different gloss which are obvious, so that the vehicle interior trim part exhibits a gloss gradient effect, for example, on the dashboard surface automobile leather, the third features 5 can be regularly distributed at the upper end of the automobile leather, and the distribution density of the third features 5 can be gradually reduced from the middle region of the automobile leather to the lower end thereof, and the texture density on the fourth features 6 can be gradually reduced.

Alternatively, it is also possible to provide a texture on the first feature 3 and to provide the second feature 4 with a smooth surface with respect to the first feature 3.
Alternatively, the first feature 3 may also be in the form of a depression from the surface of the front mold 1 facing the rear mold 2 in a direction away from the rear mold 2, such that the third feature 5 on the correspondingly produced vehicle interior trim piece is convex.
Furthermore, the shape of the first feature 3 is not limited to a six-sided type, but may be any geometric shape, such as a circle, or other polygonal shape of non-six sides, which may be flexibly set by those skilled in the art as desired.

S10: a first feature 3, which is a six-edged protrusion, is machined on the front die blank using CNC (computer numerical control machine). Preferably, the tool used for machining the first feature 3 in this step comprises a first tool and a second tool, wherein the first tool has a diameter of 2mm and the second tool has a diameter of 0.4mm, the first tool is used for semi-finishing and the second tool is used for finishing, i.e. the first tool machines the front mould blank before the second tool. At the same time, the second tool is arranged to be able to pour an R angle of 0.2mm at the interface of the first feature 3 and the second feature 4. More preferably, the roughness of the front mold blank obtained through this step is Ra0.32 to 0.63 μm.
S11: blasting the front mold blank with parameters configured to eliminate tool marks on the front mold blank surface (due to CNC machining) and to ensure that the raised sharp corners and edges of the first feature 3 are not damaged; preferably, the air pressure of the blasting apparatus is 0.6Mpa and the blasting depth (i.e. the thickness of the mould blasted off) is 5-10 μ, so as not to damage the shape of the first feature 3.
S12: and (5) masking the whole front mould blank by using glue.
S20: the second feature 4 is textured with a laser such that the second feature 4 has a cortical texture and the first feature 3 has a smooth surface relative to the second feature 4. Preferably, the engraving depth of the texture in this step is 90-110 mu; more preferably, the glossiness of the second feature 4 is 2.5-3.0 after this step is performed.
S21: the front mould blank is sandblasted, the parameters of which are configured to adjust the gloss of the front mould blank and to ensure that the first features 3 are not destroyed. Preferably, the air pressure of the blasting apparatus is 0.3Mpa, and the glossiness of the second feature 4 is 1.2-1.4 after this step is performed.
S22: and cleaning the front mould blank to obtain the front mould 1.
The front mould 1 is prepared according to the sequence of the steps, and the surface quality control of the product is facilitated through verification.
