Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, the filtering mechanism comprises a driving shaft 11 fixedly installed on an output shaft of a driving motor 42, a filtering net pipe 12 is fixedly sleeved on the driving shaft 11, two sides of the filtering net pipe 12 are respectively attached to one side inner wall of a corresponding processing box 7, a scraping plate 14 and an arc-shaped guide plate 13 which are positioned at two sides of the filtering net pipe 12 are respectively and fixedly installed in the processing box 7, the scraping plate 14 and the arc-shaped guide plate 13 are both contacted with the filtering net pipe 12, a discharging hole is formed in the inner wall of the top of one side of the processing box 7, a collecting mechanism penetrates through the discharging hole, one end of the driving shaft 11 extends to the outer side of the processing box 7, and the driving shaft 11 is respectively connected with the cleaning mechanism and the reflux mechanism.

Referring to fig. 3, the driving assembly includes first driving wheels 21 fixedly sleeved on the supporting shaft 18 and the driving shaft 11, and the same first driving belt 22 is sleeved on the two first driving wheels 21.

S1, clamping a workpiece to be cut on a three-jaw chuck 17;
S2, starting the output pump 3 to pump out the cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank 1, outputting the cooling liquid through the first hose 4, spraying the cooling liquid through the connecting cover 8 and the supporting pipe 9 and then spraying the cooling liquid through the spray head 10, and enabling the cooling liquid sprayed by the spray head 10 to flow downwards along the wire-cut electrode wire, so that the workpiece can be refluxed into the processing tank 7 after being cut;
s3, the cooling liquid can flow downwards from the filter net pipe 12, and after being filtered by the filter net pipe 12, scraps in the cooling liquid can be filtered;
S4, when the driving motor 42 is started to drive the driving shaft 11 to rotate, the filter screen pipe 12 can be driven to rotate, so that scraps can be conveyed to the arc-shaped guide plate 13 under the scraping action of the scraping plate 14 and the arc-shaped guide plate 13;
S5, when the driving shaft 11 rotates, the supporting shaft 18 can be driven to rotate under the transmission cooperation of the two first transmission wheels 21 and the first transmission belt 22, so that the power utilization rate of the driving motor 42 can be improved, meanwhile, the scraping rod 20 can be enabled to move stably, the scraping rod 20 is enabled to be respectively in contact with the filter net pipe 12 and the arc-shaped guide plate 13, scraps falling on the filter net pipe 12 can be scraped onto the arc-shaped guide plate 13, and when the scraping rod 20 is in contact with the arc-shaped guide plate 13, scraps falling on the arc-shaped guide plate 13 can be scraped out through the discharge hole;
s6, when the scraping rod 20 is in contact with the cleaning plate 27, the cleaning plate 27 can be used for scraping off the scraps adhered to the scraping rod 20, and the scraped scraps can fall into the collecting box 29 through the discharging hole;
S7, when the driving shaft 11 rotates, the installation shaft 32 can be driven to rotate under the transmission cooperation of the two second transmission wheels 30 and the second transmission belt 31, so that the spiral blades 33 can rotate, at the moment, cooling liquid can be conveyed into the power cover 34, and the water absorbing blades 41 rotate along with the rotation shaft 32, so that the pressure increasing force of the cooling liquid can be formed, and the cooling liquid can flow back into the cooling liquid tank 1 through the second hose 38;
S8, after the refrigeration compressor is connected with the joint, the cooled gas can be conveyed into the condensation pipe 39, so that the cooling liquid after cooling the workpiece can be returned into the cooling liquid tank 1, and the returned cooling liquid can be cooled.
