Regarding the step S102: responding to an access request of the abnormal prompt information, and outputting an abnormal event prompt interaction interface corresponding to the abnormal prompt information; and displaying the abnormal description information corresponding to the abnormal environment data and/or the operation abnormal data in the abnormal event reminding interactive interface. The method and the device aim to output the abnormal event reminding interaction interface, so that merchants can conveniently view related abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data through the management page. Thus, the specific implementation procedure of step S102 may include:

The foregoing describes steps S101 to S102 in the method for processing abnormal data provided by the present application in combination with the specific embodiment, where the method can monitor the manufacturing environment and the manufacturing process of food and drink according to the angle of the merchant application end, send the monitored environmental data and/or operation data to the data processing platform end, receive the processing abnormal analysis result fed back by the data processing platform end, and perform abnormal reminding on the management page of the merchant application end according to the abnormal analysis result, and output an abnormal event reminding interactive interface including the abnormal description information through triggering the abnormal reminding, so that the merchant can timely learn whether the kitchen is abnormal or not, and when the abnormal condition exists, the specific content of the abnormal condition is provided. The first output unit 301 may specifically include: the device comprises an acquisition subunit, a sending subunit and a first output subunit; the acquisition subunit is used for acquiring the environment data and/or the operation data according to acquisition equipment for arranging scene layout in the resource data; the sending subunit is used for sending the acquired environment data and/or operation data to a data processing platform. The first output subunit is configured to identify, based on a static reference base image, a received image set extracted from video acquisition data by using the data processing platform, determine a data type of environmental data and/or operation data in the video acquisition data, and output, according to the environmental data and/or operation data with the data type being abnormal, determined abnormal prompt information at a resource data providing end.
The first output subunit may further include: an identification subunit, a first determination subunit, and a second determination subunit; the identification subunit is used for carrying out object identification on the images in the image set and obtaining identification images. The first determining subunit is configured to determine whether a difference image exists in the identification images according to a comparison between the identification images. The contour comparison and/or the comparison of the pixel values may be performed without limitation. And the second determining subunit is configured to determine, if not, the randomly selected image in the image set as the static reference substrate image. Or comprises: the method comprises the steps of selecting a subunit, identifying the subunit, updating the subunit and determining the subunit. The selecting subunit is used for randomly selecting an image in the image set to serve as a candidate static reference substrate image; the identification subunit is used for carrying out object identification on the images in the image set; the updating subunit is configured to update the candidate static reference base image according to an image, where the number of the object objects identified in the image set is smaller than the number of the object objects in the candidate static reference base image; and the determining subunit is used for determining whether the number of the object objects in the candidate static reference base images is the image with the least object objects in the image set, and if so, determining the updated candidate static reference base images as the static reference base images.
The first output unit 301 may include: a first determination subunit and a second output subunit; the first determining subunit is configured to determine a management category according to the received abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data. The management category may include store management, order management, and the like, as shown in fig. 2, because the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data are data generated in a scenario of arranging resource data for the resource data providing end, that is, abnormal data generated for a kitchen (or kitchen) of a restaurant merchant, and thus may belong to the store management category. The second output subunit is configured to output the abnormality prompt information under the management category corresponding to the management page; as shown in fig. 2, the management page may display the notification information of the environment and/or the operation abnormality corresponding to the store risk information. The second output unit 302 may be further specifically configured to respond to an access request for the anomaly prompt information, and display, in the anomaly event alert interactive interface output by the management page, the anomaly description information for describing the anomaly data type according to the anomaly environment data and/or the anomaly data type of the anomaly operation data in the anomaly prompt information. That is, the merchant application end receives the specific category of the abnormality obtained by analyzing the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data, for example, the abnormal operation data can be analyzed to be of smoking, spitting behavior abnormality, and the like, and the description of the specific abnormal behavior can be displayed in the abnormal event reminding interactive interface. Based on the foregoing, in some embodiments, it may further include: an exit unit or a feedback output unit, and a transmitting unit; the exit unit is used for responding to the trigger of the operation control determined in the display interaction interface and exiting the display interaction interface; the feedback output unit is used for responding to the trigger of the feedback operation control in the displayed interactive interface and outputting the feedback page aiming at the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data; the sending unit is used for responding to the feedback operation of the feedback page and sending feedback information. The feedback information may be a complaint link channel for abnormal environmental data and/or abnormal operation data, so as to avoid occurrence of erroneous judgment; or the feedback information can be a feedback link channel for processing abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data, so that the follow-up continuous monitoring for the current abnormal condition processing is facilitated, a complete closed loop management link can be formed under the kitchen range-lighting requirement scene, and the monitoring and abnormal processing integrity is improved.
Likewise, continuous monitoring of the monitored abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data may be further included in the formed monitoring closed loop management link to improve the processing efficiency for the occurring abnormal situation, and thus may further include:

The method and the device for processing the abnormal data provided by the application are mainly described from the perspective of a merchant end, and are described from the perspective of a data processing platform end.
As shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of an abnormal data processing method provided in the present application, where the method may include:
step S401: acquiring environment data and/or operation data in video acquisition data acquired in a resource data arrangement scene;
Step S402: identifying an image set extracted from the video acquisition data according to a static reference base image, and determining the data type of the environment data and/or the operation data;
Step S403: determining the data type as abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data;
Step S404: and storing and transmitting the abnormal environment data and/or the operation abnormal data according to the corresponding relation between the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data and the resource data providing end.
The steps S401 to S404 are mainly described by a data processing platform, and are aimed at performing data type analysis on the acquired environmental data and/or operation data to obtain abnormal data and normal data, determining the abnormal environmental data as abnormal environmental data, and determining the abnormal operation data as abnormal operation data. Because the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data need to be sent to the merchant end, the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data need to be sent and stored according to the corresponding relation between the abnormal data and the resource data providing end. Wherein the determining of the static reference base image may comprise: object recognition is carried out on the images in the image set, and a recognition image is obtained; determining whether there is a difference image of the identification images (by comparing contours and/or pixel values, particularly without limitation) based on the comparison between the identification images; if not, the image selected randomly in the image set is determined to be the static reference substrate image.
The environmental data and/or the operation data acquired in the step S401 may be video data and/or image data acquired by the acquisition device in the resource data arrangement scene; when the environmental data and/or the operation data are video data, the step S402 may be to slice the video, i.e. divide the video into image frames, identify the image content by AI identification technology, and determine the data type based on the static reference base image.
To improve the accurate localization of the abnormal environmental data and the abnormal operation data, it may further include:
Determining the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal data type to which the abnormal operation data belong according to an abnormal database established by the abnormal reference data in the resource data arrangement scene; the abnormal database may store different types of abnormal data in the resource data arrangement scene, and may also be classified into an environment abnormal category and an operation abnormal category, and the abnormal data type to which the abnormal environment data belongs is further determined by matching the identified abnormal environment data with the image data in the environment abnormal category in the abnormal database, for example: matching the images of the abnormal environment data with the images of the environment abnormal categories, wherein the matching result is that the garbage can is not cleaned, and the abnormal data type is garbage can abnormality; if the abnormal operation data is the abnormal operation data, the image of the abnormal operation data can be matched with the image under the abnormal operation category, the matching result is smoking, and the abnormal data type is smoking abnormality. The step S404 may specifically store and send the correspondence, the abnormal environment data, and/or the abnormal operation data and the abnormal data type; thus, more accurate abnormal data types can be sent to the merchant side.
The method can be used for combining the type of the abnormal data attribution with the abnormal database more accurately after carrying out AI identification on the environment data and/or the operation data so as to facilitate the follow-up reminding and processing more pertinence.
The foregoing is a specific description of an embodiment of an abnormal data processing method according to the present application, which corresponds to the foregoing embodiment of an abnormal data processing method, and the present application further discloses an embodiment of an abnormal data processing apparatus, please refer to fig. 5, and since the apparatus embodiment is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simpler, and the relevant points refer to part of the description of the method embodiment. 2. An abnormal data processing method, comprising:
responding to the received abnormal prompt information, and outputting the abnormal prompt information at a resource data providing end; the abnormal prompt information is determined according to abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data; the abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data is determined by: identifying an image set extracted from video acquisition data based on a static reference substrate image, determining the data type of environment data and/or operation data in the video acquisition data, and determining the data type as abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data;
Responding to an access request of the abnormal prompt information, and outputting an abnormal event prompt interaction interface corresponding to the abnormal prompt information; and displaying the abnormal description information corresponding to the abnormal environment data and/or the operation abnormal data in the abnormal event reminding interactive interface.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the outputting, in response to the access request for the abnormality notification, an abnormality notification interaction interface corresponding to the abnormality notification includes:
Responding to an access request of the abnormal prompt information in the resource data providing end management page, and outputting a data management list page comprising the abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data;
and responding to the trigger of the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data items in the data management list page, and outputting the abnormal event reminding interactive interface in the data management list page.
4. The abnormal data processing method according to claim 3, further comprising:
determining whether the outputted abnormal prompt information meets the elimination requirement;
if yes, canceling the outputted abnormal prompt information.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining whether the output abnormality notification meets an elimination requirement comprises:
Determining a reminding monitoring period of the abnormal prompt information according to the outputted reminding starting time of the abnormal prompt information;
Determining whether the abnormal environment data and/or the operation abnormal data are received again in the reminding monitoring period;
If not, determining that the abnormal prompt information meets the elimination requirement.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the outputting an abnormal event reminder interaction interface corresponding to the abnormal reminder information in response to an access request to the abnormal reminder information comprises:
and responding to an access request of the abnormal prompt information, and displaying the abnormal description information for describing the abnormal data type in the abnormal event prompt interactive interface output by the management page of the resource data providing end according to the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal data type of the abnormal operation data in the abnormal prompt information.
7. An abnormal data processing method, comprising:
Acquiring environment data and/or operation data in video acquisition data acquired in a resource data arrangement scene;
identifying an image set extracted from the video acquisition data according to a static reference base image, and determining the data type of the environment data and/or the operation data;
Determining the data type as abnormal environment data and/or abnormal operation data;
And storing and transmitting the abnormal environment data and/or the operation abnormal data according to the corresponding relation between the abnormal environment data and/or the abnormal operation data and the resource data providing end.
