Converting the volume change of the liquid in the liquid bag 24 in the cavity 51 into the liquid level change of the discharged liquid to determine whether foreign matters exist in the cavity; simple structure, reasonable design and convenient use.
As shown in fig. 5, when the work 5 is attached to the joint, the liquid bladder 24 is filled with a fixed volume of liquid V1 into the liquid bladder 24 by the liquid filling mechanism 1 in the cavity 51 of the work 5, the liquid bladder 24 is inflated to cover the entire cavity 51, the volume V2 of the liquid discharged from the liquid bladder 24 is detected by the liquid level detecting mechanism 4, and the volume V3 of the inflated liquid bladder 24 is expressed as: v2=v1-V3. V3 is used as the volume of the cavity, compared with the standard component, V3 of the workpiece is a fixed value, when foreign matters exist in the cavity, V3 is reduced, V2 is increased, and whether the foreign matters exist in the cavity can be judged by detecting the volume of discharged liquid; the qualitative or quantitative cavity foreign matter detection is convenient, and the automatic detection of the cavity foreign matter is facilitated.
More specifically, a connection board may be further disposed on the upper side of the tooling cover 23, and the connector 21 is fixed on the connection board. The liquid bag 24 is pressed on the connector 21 by the tool cover 23, the tool cover 23 presses the liquid bag 24, then the sealing ring is sleeved on the built-in connector, and then the fixing nut 22 is connected with the connector 21 to tightly seal the liquid bag 24.
As shown in fig. 4-5, the connector 21 is mounted in the tool cover 23 through the fixing nut 22, a vent hole leading to the cavity 51 of the workpiece 5 is arranged on the tool cover 23, and when the liquid bag 24 is inflated, the cavity 51 is exhausted; the workpiece 5 is detachably mounted at the joint part of the tool cover 23, and can be jointed in a threaded mode or a buckling mode, and the specific jointing mode can be designed according to the structure of the workpiece.
