Claims (10)

1. A broadband fieldbus-based health monitoring system, comprising:
the target control system comprises at least one device, and the at least one device is connected through a switch;
the main system is respectively in communication connection with each device through a broadband industrial field bus; the main system is used for monitoring the health state of each device.
2. The broadband fieldbus based health monitoring system of claim 1 further comprising:
a target computer, the target computer being a computer independent of the target control system; the main system is deployed on the target computer and is in communication connection with the target computer.
3. The broadband fieldbus based health monitoring system of claim 1 wherein the host system is deployed within a target device in the at least one device and the host system is communicatively connected to a computer within the target device.
4. A broadband fieldbus based health monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the broadband industrial fieldbus comprises an AUTBUS bus.
5. A broadband fieldbus based health monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the host system comprises a target chip, the target chip being matched to the broadband industrial fieldbus, the target chip being communicatively connected to each of the devices separately via the broadband industrial fieldbus.
6. A broadband fieldbus based health monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the at least one device comprises: at least one of a management computer, a PLC processor, a communication fusion module and an I/O device.
7. A broadband fieldbus based health monitoring system as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the host system monitors the health of each of the devices via a MaView programming platform.
8. A health monitoring method, characterized by being applied to the broadband fieldbus-based health monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 7; the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring monitoring data of equipment corresponding to the broadband industrial field buses transmitted by the broadband industrial field buses;
and determining health state information corresponding to the equipment based on the monitoring data.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the health status information comprises: at least one of equipment in-place information, equipment reset information, equipment working time information, power supply information, fan running state information, circuit board working state information, fault information and reliability information.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein, in the case where the health status information includes the reliability information, the determining, based on the monitoring data, health status information corresponding to the device includes:
the reliability information is predicted based on at least one of an electrical signal and a temperature signal included in the monitoring data.
