本发明公开了一种智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:结合光纤和、反光花式纱和普通纱线织造一体成型柔性光纤织物;步骤二:光纤织物作为外层面料,设计规格、裁剪缝制;步骤三:将步骤二得到的宠物夜行服内所有LED发光二极管进行串接,连接可拆卸充电式电源,即得到兼具发光、反光性能且手感柔软的智能发光宠物夜行服。本发明属于宠物服装技术领域,通过本发明制得的智能发光宠物夜行服,在夜晚无光源或暗光车灯照射下实现了宠物服发光、反光的效果,兼具美观性、实用性的功能,在有效保障饲养宠物者夜间遛宠时宠物、路人彼此共同的生命安全外,也迎合了宠物服装市场新型功能服装的需求。

技术领域
本发明属于宠物服装技术领域,具体是指一种智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法。
背景技术
全球宠物的数量逐年增加,年轻化养宠趋势加速了宠物市场的发展,而宠物服装是宠物市场中较重要的部分,近年来,宠物饲养者在关注宠物服美观性、便捷性之外,对宠物服的个性化、功能化需求也逐步提升。其中,夜间遛宠引起纠纷成为宠物饲养者较为头疼的问题,因此在夜间遛宠时保障路人、宠物双方的安全成为饲养者的核心诉求,然而市售宠物夜行安全装备大多为反光服、反光牵引绳、LED发光项圈,可选择种类较少。
智能纺织品是今后纺织品发展的重要方向,其中光纤发光织物因具有柔软舒适、电绝缘、不产热等特点成为一大研究热点,而目前对光纤发光织物的研究主要集中在组织结构与编织形式上,并未深入到产品应用方面,且光纤一般作为纬纱,对织机箭头的夹持力和储纬器都具有较高要求,不易织造且织物手感较差。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出的一种智能发光宠物夜行服的制备方法,通过本发明制得的智能发光宠物夜行服,在夜晚无光源或暗光车灯照射下实现了宠物服发光、反光的效果,兼具美观性、实用性的功能,在有效保障饲养宠物者夜间遛宠时宠物、路人彼此共同的生命安全外,也迎合了宠物服装市场新型功能服装的需求。
本发明采取的技术方案如下:本发明提出的一种智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:结合光纤和反光花式纱作为经纱,预留光纤的长度,将光纤和反光纱采用间隔排列的方式按照3:1的比例进行双经轴分条整经,纬纱采用摩擦系数较大的纱线,成分包括毛、棉、腈纶、涤纶中的一种及以上,织物主体采用缎纹组织,浮在表面的光纤比例大于80%,结合平纹、斜纹组织固边,织造出一体成型柔性光纤织物,呈现在织物表面的光纤部分为其发光区域;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的光纤织物作为外层面料,设计夜行服尺寸规格进行裁剪,将经向两端预留光纤分部集束,置于宠物夜行服的两层面料间,接上LED发光二极管,将其按平行排列包缝在光纤织物面料和里布间,并在里布表面缝制贴袋,得到外表面具有条状反光带的宠物夜行服;
步骤三:将步骤二得到的宠物夜行服内所有LED发光二极管进行串接,连接可拆卸充电式电源,即得到兼具发光、反光性能且手感柔软的智能发光宠物夜行服。
其中,所述步骤一中光纤为直径0.25mm-0.5mm的单芯侧发光光纤,所述光纤的主要成分为PMMA;所述反光纱为直径0.25mm-0.5mm的反光芯线与涤纶长丝加捻而成的花式纱线。
其中,所述步骤一中纬纱纱线细度为40tex-280tex,所述步骤一中纬纱纱线的成分包括毛、棉、腈纶、涤纶中的一种及以上;
其中,所述步骤一中光纤织物的经向两端各预留一段4cm-8cm光纤;
其中,所述步骤二中LED发光二极管采用可变换不同波长色光的多彩RGB灯珠,适用电流为450mA-2000mA。
优选地,为增加使用寿命,电源可拆卸,充电重复使用,宠物夜行服可手洗,洗后发光亮度仍保持80%以上。
优选的,所述光纤作为经纱,在织物中采用纬向排列的方式。
优选的,所述光纤织物组织结构主体采用缎纹组织,结合平纹、斜纹组织。
采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本方案提出的一种智能发光宠物夜行服的制备方法,增加光纤织物导光长度,加装经纱张力平衡装置使经纱张力趋于一致,减少光纤在织造中的损伤,实现光纤在织物中纬向排列,光纤织物导光长度突破织机幅宽限制,在光纤不受损情况时理论上可接近无限长度传导光;
进一步的,光纤织物组织结构主体采用缎纹组织可减少光纤弯折带来的影响,且保证织物柔软舒适性和发光亮度,同时减少侧光光纤的弯曲幅度与次数,避免了由于光纤曲率过大和弯曲次数过多造成的光纤弯折、损伤、导光距离缩短,使光纤织物更为柔软,提高穿着舒适性,浮在表面的光纤比例在80%以上,使得织物发光亮度好,同时结合平纹、斜纹组织,以固定光纤,使织物纱线不易脱散,便于剪裁成衣;
最后,本发明通过将光纤作为经纱并加装张力平衡装置来改善光纤因刚性大、张力不匀造成的织造困难和织造损伤问题,光纤织物导光长度突破织机幅宽限制,结合反光纱织造得到可调节光纤长度的一体成型柔性光纤织物,在夜晚无光源或暗光车灯照射下实现宠物夜行服发光、反光效果,发光效果易于调控,电源可拆卸,充电重复使用,有利于宠物饲养者及时知悉宠物行踪,以及路人、驾驶者更易发现宠物并采取措施,提升夜间宠物饲养者遛宠时的安全警示性,也迎合了宠物服装市场新型功能服装的需求,兼具美观性、实用性与功能性。

参考图2-3所示,服装主体经纱使用0.25mm单芯侧光光纤和0.25mm反光花式纱,纬纱使用196tex夹花马海毛,图案成条状排列,织物主要组织结构为8枚3飞经面缎纹,织造得到兼具发光、反光性能的一体成型柔性光纤织物,光纤织物经向两端预留的5cm光纤分部集束接上LED发光二极管,置于宠物夜行服的两层面料间,宠物夜行服尺寸规格为32cm*36cm,对夜行服加载2000mA可拆卸充电且可调控色光及闪烁频率电源,在夜晚无光源情况下打开电源开关实现宠物夜行服发光效果,或暗光车灯照射情况下实现宠物服反光效果,可根据实际外部环境亮度情况调整具体发光色彩和闪烁频率。
实施例2:
参考图2-3所示,服装主体经纱使用0.5mm单芯侧光光纤和0.5mm反光花式纱,纬纱使用277tex纯色棉纱,图案成条状排列,织物主要组织结构为10枚3飞经面缎纹,织造得到兼具发光、反光性能的一体成型柔性光纤织物,光纤织物经向两端预留的6cm光纤分部集束接上LED发光二极管,置于宠物夜行服的两层面料间,宠物夜行服尺寸规格为36cm*42cm,对夜行服加载450mA可拆卸充电且可调控色光及闪烁频率电源,在夜晚无光源情况下打开电源开关实现宠物夜行服发光效果,或暗光车灯照射情况下实现宠物服反光效果,可根据实际外部环境亮度情况调整具体发光色彩和闪烁频率。

Claims (8)

1.一种智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:结合光纤和反光花式纱作为经纱,预留光纤的长度,将光纤和反光纱采用间隔排列的方式按照3:1的比例进行双经轴分条整经,纬纱采用摩擦系数较大的纱线,成分包括毛、棉、腈纶、涤纶中的一种及以上,织物主体采用缎纹组织,浮在表面的光纤比例大于80%,结合平纹、斜纹组织固边,织造出一体成型柔性光纤织物,呈现在织物表面的光纤部分为其发光区域;
步骤二:将步骤一得到的光纤织物作为外层面料,设计夜行服尺寸规格进行裁剪,将经向两端预留光纤分部集束,置于宠物夜行服的两层面料间,接上LED发光二极管,将其按平行排列包缝在光纤织物面料和里布间,并在里布表面缝制贴袋,得到外表面具有条状反光带的宠物夜行服;
步骤三:将步骤二得到的宠物夜行服内所有LED发光二极管进行串接,连接可拆卸充电式电源,即得到兼具发光、反光性能且手感柔软的智能发光宠物夜行服。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中光纤为直径0.25mm-0.5mm的单芯侧发光光纤,所述光纤的主要成分为PMMA;所述反光纱为直径0.25mm-0.5mm的反光芯线与涤纶长丝加捻而成的花式纱线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中纬纱纱线细度为40tex-280tex,所述步骤一中纬纱纱线的成分包括毛、棉、腈纶、涤纶中的一种及以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中光纤织物的经向两端各预留一段4cm-8cm光纤。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能发光宠物夜行服的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中LED发光二极管采用可变换不同波长色光的多彩RGB灯珠,适用电流为450mA-2000mA。
