技术领域
本发明涉及面膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜及制备方法。
背景技术
硅素水具有超强的吸附能力,能够排出体内毒素。硅素是已知的唯一能够吸附并排出放射性元素的有益微量元素,硅素能够激活干细胞,促进机体自我修复。硅素,则能够激活成体干细胞,激发干细胞的修复能力,提高机体的修复能力。硅素是史上最强的抗氧化剂,能够增强身体抗氧化防卫***,延缓衰老。硅素水溶氧能力超强,对人体起到加速新陈代谢,排毒解毒,活化细胞。
随着年龄的增长,人体新陈代谢速度减慢,皮肤细胞的更新速度相应减慢,胶原蛋白合成减少、弹性减弱,出现皱纹和面皮松弛的现象。此外,环境污染,紫外照射等使皮肤内不断产生自由基,导致皮肤氧化过快,暗沉、无光泽。与此同时,不规律的生活作息也会影响皮肤细胞的正常代谢。另外,目前市面上的护肤品五花八门,产品质量良莠不齐,消费者常常因为选择了不合适的产品而使皮肤进一步受到损伤;且现有市场上以硅素水作为主要成分的紧致面膜较少,产品功能单一。因此,本发明提出一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜及制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足之处。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜及制备方法,通过以硅素水为面膜液的主要成分,硅素水能够细胞的修复能力硅素水还是高效的抗氧化剂,能够增强身体抗氧化防卫***,延缓衰老,硅素水具有超强溶氧能力,对人体起到加速新陈代谢,应用于面膜中可以促进皮肤紧致。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,按质量百分比计,由以下原料制成:硅素水5-20%、保湿剂10-20%、增稠剂0.2-0.5%、透明质酸0.05-0.3%、抗衰老组分0.005-1%、美白组分0.5-1%、紧致组分0.5-1%,其余量为去离子水;
所述硅素水浓度为8000-100000ppm,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇,所述抗衰老组分为蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素,所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定,所述紧致组分为褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物。
进一步改进在于:组成所述保湿剂的甘油和丙二醇比例为1-2:1-3,组成所述抗衰老组分的蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素比例为1-3:1-2。
进一步改进在于:组成所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定比例为1-2:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1。
进一步改进在于:组成所述紧致组分的褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物比例为0.5-1:1-2:2-3:1-2。
一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将去离子水与保湿剂、增稠剂进行混合,得到基础混合液;
步骤二:将硅素水等分四份,标记为硅素水A、硅素水B、硅素水C和硅素水D;
步骤三:将硅素水A与透明质酸进行混合,形成第一组合液,将硅素水B与抗衰老组分进行混合,形成第二组合液,将硅素水C与美白组分进行混合,形成第三组合液,将硅素水D与紧致组分进行混合,形成第四组合液;
步骤四:将第一组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T1周期,再将第二组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T2周期,再将第三组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T3周期,最后将第四组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T4周期,最后形成面膜液基础液;
步骤五:将面膜液基础液在50℃超声搅拌30min,超声功率1500W,然后以11000r/min速度均质3min,最后冷却至室温,再转至真空环境下,进行脱气处理20-30min,得到面膜液,然后将面膜液以规定量灌入到含有面膜载体的面膜袋内,真空封口,得到硅素水美肌紧致面膜。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤一中去离子水与保湿剂、增稠剂进行混合时,首先将去离子水与保湿剂进行混合15-20min,再将增稠剂加入进行混合15-20min,混合速度为300-400r/min。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤三中硅素水A与透明质酸进行混合时,混合时间为5-10min,混合速度为300-400r/min;硅素水B与抗衰老组分进行混合时,混合时间为8-15min,混合速度为600-800r/min;硅素水C与美白组分进行混合时,混合时间为10-12min,混合速度为500-700r/min;硅素水D与紧致组分进行混合时,混合时间为10-12min,混合速度为500-700r/min。
进一步改进在于:所述步骤四中第一组合液、第二组合液、第三组合液和第四组合液加入到础混合液时以滴加的形式进行,滴加过程中配合搅拌作业,搅拌转速控制位50-100r/min。
进一步改进在于:步骤四中T1周期时长为0.5-1h,T2周期时长为1-1.2h,T3周期时长为1-1.5h,T4周期时长为1-1.5h。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明通过以硅素水为面膜液的主要成分,硅素水能够细胞的修复能力硅素水还是高效的抗氧化剂,能够增强身体抗氧化防卫***,延缓衰老,硅素水具有超强溶氧能力,对人体起到加速新陈代谢,应用于面膜中可以促进皮肤紧致;
本发明抗衰老组分中的蛇毒肽含有多种活性成分,如蛋白质、酶类、多糖类等,可以抑制炎症介质的产生和释放,从而减轻组织损伤和炎症反应,起到抗炎的作用,蛇毒肽还能够帮助改善肤质,减少皱纹和色斑,使肌肤更加光滑细腻有弹性;芋螺毒素是高度折叠的胜肽,强力穿透,高稳定性,目标性的针对肌肉达到放松的作用,综合使用可实现皮肤的紧致抗衰老;
本发明美白组分的维生素c可以抗氧化,抗自由基;烟酰胺能够加速新陈代谢,加速含有黑色素细胞的角质脱落;熊果苷能够抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,从而阻断黑色素的合成;光甘草定具有多种生物活性,光甘草定是一种黄酮类物质,其中的类黄酮成分,具有抗炎活性,而在抗衰方面,光甘草定是天然的抗氧化剂,因此对皮肤起到延缓细胞衰老等作用;
本发明紧致组分的褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物均具有紧致皮肤、修复皮肤的功效。

实施例一
一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,按质量百分比计,由以下原料制成:硅素水5%、保湿剂10%、增稠剂0.2%、透明质酸0.05%、抗衰老组分0.005%、美白组分0.5%、紧致组分0.5%,其余量为去离子水;
所述硅素水浓度为100000ppm,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇,所述抗衰老组分为蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素,所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定,所述紧致组分为褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物。
组成所述保湿剂的甘油和丙二醇比例为1:1,组成所述抗衰老组分的蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素比例为1:1。
组成所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定比例为1:1:0.5:0.5。

实施例二
一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,按质量百分比计,由以下原料制成:硅素水12%、保湿剂15%、增稠剂0.3%、透明质酸0.15%、抗衰老组分0.5%、美白组分0.7%、紧致组分0.8%,其余量为去离子水;
所述硅素水浓度为50000ppm,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇,所述抗衰老组分为蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素,所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定,所述紧致组分为褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物。
组成所述保湿剂的甘油和丙二醇比例为1:1,组成所述抗衰老组分的蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素比例为1:1。
组成所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定比例为1:1:0.5:0.5。

实施例三
一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,按质量百分比计,由以下原料制成:硅素水20%、保湿剂20%、增稠剂0.5%、透明质酸0.3%、抗衰老组分1%、美白组分1%、紧致组分1%,其余量为去离子水;
所述硅素水浓度为8000ppm,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇,所述抗衰老组分为蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素,所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定,所述紧致组分为褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物。
组成所述保湿剂的甘油和丙二醇比例为1:1,组成所述抗衰老组分的蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素比例为1:1。
组成所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定比例为1:1:0.5:0.5。
组成所述紧致组分的褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物比例为0.5:1:2:1。
实施例四
一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:首先将去离子水与保湿剂进行混合15-20min,再将增稠剂加入进行混合15-20min,混合速度为300-400r/min,得到基础混合液;
步骤二:将硅素水等分四份,标记为硅素水A、硅素水B、硅素水C和硅素水D;
步骤三:将硅素水A与透明质酸进行混合,混合时间为5-10min,混合速度为300-400r/min,形成第一组合液,将硅素水B与抗衰老组分进行混合,混合时间为8-15min,混合速度为600-800r/min,形成第二组合液,将硅素水C与美白组分进行混合,混合时间为10-12min,混合速度为500-700r/min,形成第三组合液,将硅素水D与紧致组分进行混合,混合时间为10-12min,混合速度为500-700r/min,形成第四组合液;
步骤四:将第一组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合0.5-1h,再将第二组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合1-1.2h,再将第三组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合1-1.5h,最后将第四组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合1-1.5h,最后形成面膜液基础液,其中:第一组合液、第二组合液、第三组合液和第四组合液加入到础混合液时以滴加的形式进行,滴加过程中配合搅拌作业,搅拌转速控制位50-100r/min;
步骤五:将面膜液基础液在50℃超声搅拌30min,超声功率1500W,然后以11000r/min速度均质3min,最后冷却至室温,再转至真空环境下,进行脱气处理25min,得到面膜液,然后将面膜液以规定量灌入到含有面膜载体的面膜袋内,真空封口,得到硅素水美肌紧致面膜。
实验例
以实施例四中的制备方法将实施例一、实施例二、实施例三中的原料百质量百分比进行制备硅素水美肌紧致面膜,得到产品一、产品二和产品三,然后选用三组市场上不含有硅素水的面膜分别作为对比产品一、对比产品二和对比产品三。
抗衰性测试:
选用自然老龄12个月龄雌性小鼠60只,分6组,小鼠分笼饲养,在清洁、通风、干燥、室温(23±1℃)下正常喂食,适应性饲养后开始试验。实验前24h将所有动物脊柱两侧及靠臀部皮肤进行脱毛处理,之后取温水将脱毛膏残留物洗干净,暴露出3×3cm2范围的受试皮肤,然后每天以相同方法脱毛一次,以免影响测试效果。根据小鼠体重,将产品一、产品二和产品三以及对比产品一、对比产品二和对比产品三的面膜液以0.5g/100g的剂量涂抹于受试皮肤上,涂抹完成后以保鲜膜做局部覆盖,然后用医用纱布保护60min,每日1次。各组连续给药30d,于第31天对小鼠进行麻醉处理,迅速取受试皮肤0.5g(约0.5×0.5cm2),经生理盐水漂洗后进行生化指标测试。SOD测试结果见表1。
紧致性测试:
测试方法:选取年龄在30-45岁之间,有皱纹,但皮肤健康无损伤的志愿者60名,随机分为6组。分别取实施例产品一、产品二和产品三及对比产品一、对比产品二和对比产品三的面膜液25g滴于无纺布面膜贴上,制备面膜产品。受试者每晚洗脸后,分别使用产品一、产品二和产品三及对比产品一、对比产品二和对比产品三,连续使用4周,每周3次。实验期间,受试者不可涂任何其他化妆品。
使用皮肤弹性仪CutometerMPA580分别于未使用时和第4周时进行数据采集,测试部位为颧部,测量时探头在同一受测区域重复测量3次,取平均值。测试参数为R2(无负压时皮肤的回弹量Ua与有负压时的最大拉伸量Uf之比),R2越接近1,皮肤的弹性越好。R2平均变化率=(第4周R2值-第0周R2值)/第0周R2值。测试结果见表1。

由表1中可知,以实施例四中的制备方法将实施例一、实施例二、实施例三中的原料百质量百分比进行制备硅素水美肌紧致面膜,得到产品一、产品二和产品三相对于市场上不含有硅素水的面膜(对比产品一、对比产品二和对比产品三)具有较好的抗衰紧致效果,实施例中以实施例2综合性能最优,说明以实施例1所述配方进行配制得到的产品二各成分间具有最优的协同作用,以本发明提供的各成分配比配制的面膜液具有较好的抗衰紧致性。
本发明通过以硅素水为面膜液的主要成分,硅素水能够细胞的修复能力硅素水还是高效的抗氧化剂,能够增强身体抗氧化防卫***,延缓衰老,硅素水具有超强溶氧能力,对人体起到加速新陈代谢,应用于面膜中可以促进皮肤紧致;硅素水具有0.4纳米极小分子,对皮肤有极强的渗透性,也能快速渗透到细胞中,促进代谢,硅素水具有超强的再生力,可激活内在ips细胞,恢复细胞组织再生,可用于因细胞再生功能障碍引发的组织坏死和各种难治的慢性疾病,对被受损的细胞组织、皮肤组织进行修复再生,对皱纹、疤痕、伤口愈合有明显的改善作用,硅素水具有超强的抗氧化能力,能激活细胞内的线粒体,有效提高机体抗氧化能力,保护细胞免受自由基侵害;
本发明抗衰老组分中的蛇毒肽含有多种活性成分,如蛋白质、酶类、多糖类等,可以抑制炎症介质的产生和释放,从而减轻组织损伤和炎症反应,起到抗炎的作用,蛇毒肽还能够帮助改善肤质,减少皱纹和色斑,使肌肤更加光滑细腻有弹性;芋螺毒素是高度折叠的胜肽,强力穿透,高稳定性,目标性的针对肌肉达到放松的作用,综合使用可实现皮肤的紧致抗衰老;
本发明美白组分的维生素c可以抗氧化,抗自由基,抑制皮肤中的酪氨酸酶的形成以实现美白;烟酰胺能够加速新陈代谢,加速含有黑色素细胞的角质脱落,烟酰胺的分子量小,可以直接被表皮细胞吸收,激发一些已经衰微的细胞活力,促进胶原蛋白的合成,防止黑色素过度沉着,达到美白的效果;熊果苷是一种天然植物提取物,具有出色的美白效果,它能够抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,从而阻断黑色素的合成,减少黑斑和雀斑的形成,熊果苷还具有抗氧化作用,可以修复受损的肌肤细胞,使肌肤变得更加健康和光滑;光甘草定具有多种生物活性,通过抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,打通皮肤的美白通道,快速渗透、直达肌底淡化色素,达到美白的功效,光甘草定是一种黄酮类物质,其中的类黄酮成分,具有抗炎活性,而在抗衰方面,光甘草定是天然的抗氧化剂,因此对皮肤起到延缓细胞衰老等作用;
本发明紧致组分的褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物均具有紧致皮肤、修复皮肤的功效;其中沟鹿角菜提取物对皮肤具有多种益处,它富含多种维生素和矿物质,能够促进皮肤的新陈代谢,增强皮肤的免疫,预防皮肤疾病的发生;沟鹿角菜提取物具有抗氧化作用,可以去除自由基,减缓皮肤老化的过程;沟鹿角菜提取物还含有多种多酚类物质和黄酮类化合物,能够抑制黑色素的生成,淡化色斑和痘印等皮肤问题,使皮肤更加白皙明亮;它还具有抗肿和抗微生物的作用,对于痘痘和粉刺等皮肤问题也有很好的改善作用;沟鹿角菜提取物还能够收缩毛孔,使皮肤更加细腻光滑,它还能够帮助皮肤保持水分,缓解皮肤干燥和脱皮的问题;
印度楝花提取物来源于印度楝花蕾,主要包括三萜类、黄酮和多糖等物质,具有广泛的生物活性,能够消炎镇痛、抑制脂质过氧化反应,清除自由基,有效减慢肌肤衰老,维持肌肤年轻;
瑚藻提取物具有抗炎、修复皮肤、改善过敏性皮肤病、保湿、促进伤口愈合等作用,珊瑚藻提取物可以促进皮肤的新陈代谢,从而达到修复皮肤的效果,珊瑚藻提取物可以在皮肤表面形成一层保护膜,从而减少外界刺激,可以达到保湿的效果,在一定程度上还可以抑制皮肤水分蒸发,珊瑚藻提取物可以促进皮肤的新陈代谢,从而加速伤口的愈合,在一定程度上还可以预防伤口感染。

所述硅素水浓度为8000-100000ppm,所述保湿剂为甘油和丙二醇,所述抗衰老组分为蛇毒肽和芋螺毒素,所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定,所述紧致组分为褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,其特征在于:组成所述美白组分为维生素c、烟酰胺、熊果苷和光甘草定比例为1-2:1-2:0.5-1:0.5-1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,其特征在于:组成所述紧致组分的褐藻提取物、珊瑚藻提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和印度楝花提取物比例为0.5-1:1-2:2-3:1-2。
5.一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜制备方法,应用于上述权利要求1-4中任意一项,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将去离子水与保湿剂、增稠剂进行混合,得到基础混合液;
步骤二:将硅素水等分四份,标记为硅素水A、硅素水B、硅素水C和硅素水D;
步骤三:将硅素水A与透明质酸进行混合,形成第一组合液,将硅素水B与抗衰老组分进行混合,形成第二组合液,将硅素水C与美白组分进行混合,形成第三组合液,将硅素水D与紧致组分进行混合,形成第四组合液;
步骤四:将第一组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T1周期,再将第二组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T2周期,再将第三组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T3周期,最后将第四组合液加入到基础混合液内进行混合T4周期,最后形成面膜液基础液;
步骤五:将面膜液基础液在50℃超声搅拌30min,超声功率1500W,然后以11000r/min速度均质3min,最后冷却至室温,再转至真空环境下,进行脱气处理20-30min,得到面膜液,然后将面膜液以规定量灌入到含有面膜载体的面膜袋内,真空封口,得到硅素水美肌紧致面膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中去离子水与保湿剂、增稠剂进行混合时,首先将去离子水与保湿剂进行混合15-20min,再将增稠剂加入进行混合15-20min,混合速度为300-400r/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,其特征在于:所述步骤三中硅素水A与透明质酸进行混合时,混合时间为5-10min,混合速度为300-400r/min;硅素水B与抗衰老组分进行混合时,混合时间为8-15min,混合速度为600-800r/min;硅素水C与美白组分进行混合时,混合时间为10-12min,混合速度为500-700r/min;硅素水D与紧致组分进行混合时,混合时间为10-12min,混合速度为500-700r/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,其特征在于:所述步骤四中第一组合液、第二组合液、第三组合液和第四组合液加入到础混合液时以滴加的形式进行,滴加过程中配合搅拌作业,搅拌转速控制位50-100r/min。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种硅素水美肌紧致面膜,其特征在于:步骤四中T1周期时长为0.5-1h,T2周期时长为1-1.2h,T3周期时长为1-1.5h,T4周期时长为1-1.5h。
