Firstly, pouring raw materials required for producing pesticide herbicide into an inner cavity of a reaction kettle (2), stirring and heating the raw materials by using the reaction kettle (2), closing a valve (5) positioned at the left side, starting a first circulating pump (3), pumping the raw materials in the inner cavity of the reaction kettle (2) by using the first circulating pump (3), conveying the raw materials into the inner cavity of a three-way pipe (4), and promoting liquid raw materials to flow to the right side of the three-way pipe (4) and conveying the liquid raw materials into the inner cavity of a centrifugal frame (67) by using the three-way pipe (4) because the valve (5) positioned at the left side is in a closed state;
Step two, starting a motor (10), driving a first gear (12) to rotate by using an output end of the motor (10) through a rotary rod (11), enabling the first gear (12) to rotate and driving a centrifugal frame (67) to rotate through a second gear (611), enabling the centrifugal frame (67) to rotate and driving a second conical gear (613) to reversely rotate with the first conical gear (612) through a first conical gear (612) and a third conical gear (615), and further driving a filter frame (65) to reversely rotate with the centrifugal frame (67) by using the second conical gear (613);
Step three, after the liquid raw material is conveyed into the inner cavity of the centrifugal frame (67) through the three-way pipe (4), the liquid raw material is promoted to flow to the periphery of the inner cavity of the centrifugal frame (67) by utilizing the flow dividing head (63), meanwhile, the centrifugal frame (67) drives the centrifugal scraping plate (69) to rotate, the liquid raw material is promoted to rotate by utilizing the centrifugal scraping plate (69), the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the liquid raw material promotes the liquid raw material to flow into the outer wall of the centrifugal frame (67), namely the inner cavity of the filter frame (65), the liquid raw material is promoted to flow to the inner wall of the filter frame (65) due to the centrifugal force of the rotating liquid raw material, then the liquid pesticide in the liquid raw material flows into the inner cavity of the screening box (61) through the filter holes (66), insoluble substances or byproducts in the liquid raw material are blocked by the filter holes (66) and remain in the inner cavity of the filter frame (65), the rotation of the centrifugal frame (67) can drive the spiral conveying plate (610) to rotate, the spiral conveying plate (610) is promoted to rotate to promote the residual insoluble substances or move leftwards until the inner cavity of the filter frame (67) is moved to the inner cavity (66) to the left side, the inner cavity (64) can be blocked by the filter box (64) to be screened by the filter box (64) and the inner cavity (61) can be prevented from falling down, starting a second circulating pump (8), pumping out pesticide herbicide in the inner cavity of a screening box (61) through the first circulating pipe (7) by using the second circulating pump (8), conveying the pesticide herbicide back to the inner cavity of the reaction kettle (2) by using the second circulating pipe (9), further realizing the circulating mixing reaction of the pesticide herbicide, closing the second circulating pump (8) and a motor (10) after the reaction is finished, closing a valve (5) positioned on the right side, opening the left valve (5), and pumping out the pesticide herbicide reacted in the inner cavity of the reaction kettle (2) by using the first circulating pump (3) and discharging the pesticide herbicide through the left end of a three-way pipe (4).
