An operator pulls the stop limiting plate 66 upwards to enable the stop vertical rod 63 to move in a limiting mode on the stop base plate 64, the stop spring 65 is in a buffering state, so that the stop vertical rod 63 is not connected with the stop groove 62 any more, limiting setting of the stop sliding block 54 is released, the stop vertical rod is enabled to move in a limiting mode on the stop round rod 56 and the stop sliding groove 55, the stop spring 57 is in a buffering state, the driven sliding wheel 53 is driven to move, the distance between the driven sliding wheel 53 and the driving sliding wheel 5 is adjusted, limiting distances of the device in mounting of the flat plate are set timely according to different types of flat plates, dislocation of the flat plate in the mounting process is avoided, mounting efficiency and effect are improved, the stop limiting plate 66 is loosened after the position of the driven sliding wheel 53 is adjusted, the stop vertical rod 63 is driven to move in a resetting mode through resetting of the stop spring 65, the stop sliding block 54 is connected with the stop groove 62, and therefore the stop sliding block 54 is prevented from moving due to non-human factors, and limitations of the device in use are reduced; besides some parts contacting with the flat plate, other parts of the device can be hidden in the cover plate 2, and all parts do not affect the use effect of the cover plate 2 and the body 1.

The driving racks (16) are symmetrically provided with driving plates (17), the two driving plates (17) are connected with a driving square rod (18) together, and the driving square rod (18) is in sliding connection with a driving base (19) arranged on the cover plate (2); a driving spring (20) is sleeved on the driving square rod (18), one end of the driving spring (20) is connected with the driving base (19), and the other end of the driving spring is connected with the driving plate (17); the special-shaped long rod (21) is arranged on the side surfaces of the driving plate (17) and the driving rack (16), the special-shaped long rod (21) is connected with the locking transverse plate (22), and the locking transverse plate (22) is provided with a close-fitting blocking assembly.
