Referring to fig. 20, by way of example, the rear housing assembly 2 includes a second frame 201, where the second frame 201 includes a first bottom plate and a first side plate surrounding the first bottom plate, the other end of the supporting rod 249 is fixed on the first side plate, a plurality of reinforcing members are disposed on the first side plate, and/or a plurality of reinforcing beams 2013 are disposed on the first bottom plate, and the reinforcing beams 2013 are disposed between two opposite first side plates.
The reinforcement member may be provided to enhance the strength of the second frame 201, and the reinforcement member may have various specific structural shapes, for example, may be L-shaped or shaped like a Chinese character 'ji'.
The number and the arrangement positions of the reinforcing members may be various, for example, a plurality of reinforcing members in a shape of a Chinese character 'ji' are arranged on each of the first side plates at intervals, and a reinforcing beam 2013 in a strip-shaped structure extending in a horizontal direction is arranged between two opposite first side plates when the wall-mounted display device is in a wall-mounted state.
In some embodiments, the first side plate is provided with a zigzag reinforcement 2011, and a horizontal bar-shaped reinforcement beam is disposed between the two opposite first side plates, two opposite ends of the bar-shaped reinforcement beam are fixed on the corresponding zigzag reinforcement 2011, and an L-shaped reinforcement 2012 is further disposed on the first side plate.
Illustratively, the first side plate is provided with a zigzag reinforcement, and two outward turned edges 20011 of the zigzag reinforcement extending away from each other are fixedly connected with the first side plate, referring to fig. 40.
Referring to fig. 18-21, for example, a second fixing beam 202 is disposed on the inner side surface of the first base plate, the wall hanging assembly 3 is fixed on the outer side surface of the first base plate, and the wall hanging assembly 3, the first base plate, and the second fixing beam 202 are fixed together by bolts.
When the wall-mounted display device is in a wall-mounted state, the second fixing beam 202 is disposed along a vertical direction, and a plurality of bolt holes through which bolts pass are disposed at intervals in an extending direction of the second fixing beam 202. The second fixing beam 202, the rear shell component 2 and the wall hanging component 3 form a sandwich structure, so that the wall hanging strength of the wall hanging component 3 is enhanced, the second fixing beam 202 extends along the vertical direction, and the second fixing beam 202 is matched with the first fixing beam 113 which is horizontally arranged, so that the strength of the rear shell component 2 is further enhanced.
Illustratively, the opposite ends of the first bottom plate are respectively provided with an air inlet 221 and an air outlet 222, the first bottom plate is provided with a first fan assembly 204, and the orthographic projection of the first fan assembly 204 on the first bottom plate is located at one side of the air outlet 222.
The orthographic projection of the first fan assembly 204 on the first bottom plate is located at one side of the air outlet 222, that is, the first fan assembly 204 and the air outlet 222 are arranged in a staggered manner, which can play a role in preventing the water from flowing through the air outlet 222 and prevent rainwater from splashing into the air outlet.
For example, when the wall-mounted display device is in a wall-mounted state, the air inlet 221 is disposed near the bottom end of the first bottom plate, and the air outlet 222 is disposed near the top end of the first bottom plate. The first fan assembly 204 is configured to dissipate heat, and the flow direction of the air flow from the air inlet 221 is shown in fig. 23.
Illustratively, the first fan assembly 204 includes a first fan mount 218, a first fan 219 secured to the first fan mount 218 at a fan port 217 thereof, and a first shield 220 disposed on a side of the first fan 219 remote from the first fan mount 218.
The orthographic projection of the fan opening 217 on the first bottom plate is located at one side of the air outlet 222, that is, the first fan 219 and the air outlet 222 are arranged in a staggered manner, so as to play a role in water resistance.
The first protection cover 220 is configured to prevent the fan from being touched by mistake or touching the circuit during maintenance, thereby causing a fault.
When the wall-mounted display device is in a wall-mounted state, a plurality of the first fans 219 may be disposed in a horizontal direction to improve a heat dissipation effect.
Referring to fig. 22 and 39, the first fan assembly 204 illustratively includes a plurality of the first fans 219 disposed side-by-side in a first direction in which a damper 234 is disposed between two opposing first side panels, the damper 234 being suspended above the first fans 219, and an orthographic projection of the damper 234 on the first floor being located within an orthographic projection of the first fans 219 on the first floor.
When the wall-mounted display device is in a wall-mounted state, the first direction is a horizontal direction, the air-blocking plate 234 divides the first fan 219 into two parts, one part is used for heat dissipation between the display module 112 and the glass cover plate 101, the other part is used for heat dissipation between the back board card and the power supply, and the other parts are used for heat dissipation, the flow direction of the air flow used for heat dissipation between the display module 112 and the glass cover plate 101 is shown in fig. 25, the air flow enters from the first air vent on the outer frame 104, then enters between the display module and the glass cover plate through the second air vent on the support member 100, and then is discharged from the air outlet 222 of the back shell assembly.
Referring to fig. 22 and 37, illustratively, the first base plate is further disposed on the filter assembly 203, and the inlet of the filter assembly 203 is offset from the air inlet 221.
When the wall-mounted display device is applied to wall-mounted digital signage, the wall-mounted digital signage is generally used for outdoor wall-mounted, the inlet of the filter assembly 203 is arranged in a staggered mode with the air inlet 221, the first fan assembly 204 is arranged in a staggered mode with the air outlet 222, rainwater is prevented from splashing into the interior, and the heat dissipation of the whole machine is guaranteed due to the design, and rainwater cannot enter a machine case.
Illustratively, the filter assembly 203 includes an air cartridge storage compartment 233, an air cartridge dust screen 232, an air cartridge 231, and an air cartridge guard 230 disposed in sequence in a direction away from the air inlet 221.
The effect of the air filter 231 is in order to effectively filter dust and impurities in the air, so that the air entering the wall-mounted display device is cleaner, the impurities in the air are prevented from corroding the circuit board 246 and internal electrical equipment, the air filter dust screen 232 can filter a part of air impurities with larger particles, and the air filter protection plate plays a role in protecting the structures such as the air filter.
For example, referring to fig. 37, the air filter dust screen 32 includes a support outer frame 2322, a support inner frame 2321, and a dust screen 2323, the dust screen 2323 is fixed on the support inner frame 2321, and the support outer frame 2322 is enclosed on the support inner frame 3221 to integrally fix the air filter dust screen on the air filter storage compartment 233.
Referring to fig. 22 and 38, illustratively, a second fan assembly 205 is further disposed on the first base plate, and the second fan assembly 205 is disposed on a side of the filter assembly 203 near the air outlet 222.
The second fan assembly 205 accelerates the flow of the air and improves the heat dissipation effect.
The second fan assembly 205 includes a second fan holder 224, a second fan 225 disposed on the second fan holder 224, and a second shield disposed on a side of the second fan 225 away from the second fan holder 224.
The second fan assembly 205 includes a plurality of the second fans 225 in a horizontal direction when the wall-mounted display device is in a wall-mounted state.
Illustratively, a power source is disposed on the first base plate, the power source is located between the first fan assembly 204 and the second fan assembly 205, and an outer shroud of the power source is provided with a protective shroud 236.
The protective cover 236 protects the power supply from false bumps.
Illustratively, the shroud 236 has a heat sink aperture disposed therein.
It should be noted that, other electronic components such as the speaker 238 are further disposed on the first bottom plate, which is not described herein.
Referring to fig. 31 and 32, illustratively, the first side plate of the second frame 201 includes a first sub-side plate located at the bottom of the second frame 201, and the first sub-side plate is provided with a through hole;
The first base plate is provided with an infrared sensor 247, the infrared remote controller is disposed on one side of the filter assembly 203 away from the air outlet 222, and the infrared sensor 247 is used for sensing remote control infrared light incident from the through hole so as to perform corresponding remote control operation through the remote controller.
When the wall-mounted display device is applied to a wall-mounted digital signage, the hanging position is higher, and for convenience in operation, the photosensitive area of the infrared sensor 247 for being matched with the remote controller is arranged downwards, namely, the through hole for exposing the infrared sensor 247 is arranged at the bottom of the second frame 201.
The infrared sensor 247 is arranged on a circuit board 246, the circuit board 246 is fixedly arranged on the first bottom plate of the second frame 201 through a fixing bracket 248, and an opening is formed in the fixing bracket 248, so that the infrared sensor 247 is exposed, and the orthographic projection of the opening on the first sub-side plate is positioned in the through hole on the first sub-side plate, so that the infrared sensor 247 can receive infrared light emitted by the remote controller.
26-29, each of the first side plates is folded inward a plurality of times and extends away from the first bottom plate to form a sealing plate 20011 parallel to the first side plate, and the rear housing assembly 2 further includes a sealing ring 239, and one side of the sealing ring 239 has an insertion port into which the sealing plate 20011 can be inserted.
After the front shell component 1 and the rear shell component 2 are assembled, particularly, when the front shell component 1 and the rear shell component 2 are in a locking state, the backlight side of the display module 112 is in sealing and pressing connection with the sealing ring 239, so that a sealing waterproof effect is achieved, and the waterproof problem of an outdoor installation scene is solved.
Referring to fig. 30 and 31, illustratively, the second frame 201 is provided with a hanging ring 240 at the top thereof, or two first side plates of the second frame 201 adjacent to the top thereof are provided with hanging rings 240.
The whole machine of the general wall-mounted display device is heavier than 150kg, the installation scene is also hoisting, the hoisting ring 240 is added, the hanging device is convenient to hoist and use, the purpose of convenient installation is achieved, and the problem that the wall-mounted of a large-size product is not easy to install is solved.
Illustratively, the wall-mounted assembly 3 includes a third frame body, the third frame body includes a second bottom plate and a second side plate surrounding the second bottom plate, the second side plate is folded inwards to form a fixing plate for fixedly connecting with the rear shell assembly 2, and a wall-mounted hole is formed in the middle of the bottom plate.
Illustratively, the side edges of the wall hanging holes are turned inwards to form a wall hanging plate. This increases the wall-mount contact area, thereby enhancing connection stability.
The embodiment also provides an assembling method of the wall-mounted display device, which comprises the following steps:
assembling the front housing assembly 1;
assembling the second frame 201 of the rear case assembly 2 and the wall hanging assembly 3 together;
assembling the rear housing assembly 2;
the front shell component 1 and the rear shell component 2 assembled by the assembled wall hanging component 3 are assembled together.
The assembly of the front shell assembly 1 specifically comprises the following steps:
providing the outer frame 104, the middle frame 103 and the support 100;
attaching the middle frame 103 and the outer frame 104 together by a bolt lock, refer to fig. 2 and 3;
fixing a glass cover plate 101 on the middle frame 103, referring to fig. 5 and 6;
assembling the support 100 and the middle frame 103, wherein a second ventilation hole 10011 on the support 100 is disposed corresponding to the first ventilation hole 1041 on the outer frame 104, referring to fig. 9-11;
fixing the photosensor 102 to the middle frame 103, refer to fig. 9;
mounting a display module 112 on the rear housing assembly 2: first fixing a first fixing base for fixing a first fixing beam 113 to the middle frame 103, then installing a display module 112 in the second frame 201, and then fixing the first fixing beam 113 to the first fixing base to lock the display module 112 in the second frame 201, referring to fig. 12 and 13;
The first sub-rotating part 105 of the rotating member is mounted on top of the outer frame 104, and referring to fig. 14 to 15, fig. 16 is an assembled front case assembly 1, and fig. 17 is an exploded view of the front case assembly.
The wall hanging assembly 3 and the second frame 201 of the rear case assembly 2 are fixed together by the second fixing beam 202, referring to fig. 18 and 19;
assembling the rear housing assembly 2 comprises the steps of:
fixing a plurality of reinforcing members in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji' and L-shaped reinforcing members to a first side plate of the second frame 201;
fixing the strip-shaped reinforcement between the two opposite zigzagged reinforcements, see fig. 20 and 21;
mounting the first fan assembly 204, the second fan assembly 205 and the filter assembly 203 on the second frame 201, referring to fig. 22 and 23;
mounting a baffle 234 at the first fan assembly 204, see fig. 24 and 25;
mounting a horn 238, a power supply, etc., refer to fig. 24;
mounting a weather strip on a first side plate of the second frame 201, refer to fig. 26 to 29;
a second sub-rotating part 106 of the rotating member is mounted on the top of the second frame 201, referring to fig. 30 and 31;
a hanging ring 240 is installed on the top of the second frame 201, refer to fig. 30 and 31;
mounting a safety lock base (i.e., a second portion 244) on the bottom of the second frame 201, referring to fig. 30 and 31;
The infrared sensor 247 is mounted on the circuit board 246, and then the circuit board 246 is mounted on the second frame 201 through the fixing bracket 248, referring to fig. 32;
the front case assembly 1 and the rear case assembly 2 are connected by a support bar 249, and the first frame 201 of the front case assembly 1 and the second frame 201 of the rear case assembly 2 are locked by a safety lock.
The following points need to be described:

Various modifications and improvements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and substance of the disclosure, and are also considered to be within the scope of the disclosure.

Claims (23)

1. The wall-mounted display device is characterized by comprising a front shell component, a rear shell component and a wall-mounted component;
the front shell component comprises a display module, and is pivoted with the rear shell component through a rotating structure;
the wall hanging assembly is arranged on one side, away from the front shell assembly, of the rear shell assembly;
the rotary structure comprises a rotary part and a support rod, wherein the rotary part is connected between the front shell assembly and the rear shell assembly, so that the front shell assembly can be rotated and unfolded relative to the rear shell assembly, and the support rod is arranged between the front shell assembly and the rear shell assembly and used for enabling the front shell assembly and the rear shell assembly to be converted between an unfolded state and a buckled state.
2. The wall-mounted display device of claim 1, wherein the support bar comprises a first sub-rotating portion disposed at a top of the front housing assembly and a second sub-rotating portion disposed at a top of the rear housing assembly, the front housing assembly comprises a first side and a second side adjacent to a top thereof, the rear housing assembly comprises a third side and a fourth side adjacent to a top thereof, the support bar is disposed between the first side and the third side, and the support bar is disposed between the second side and the fourth side.
3. The wall mounted display device of claim 1, further comprising a safety lock comprising a first portion at a bottom of the front housing assembly and a second portion at a bottom of the rear housing assembly, the first and second portions being opened or locked by an unlocking member.
4. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 2, wherein the front case assembly comprises a first frame body, the first frame body comprises an outer frame and a middle frame, the middle frame comprises a plurality of first side frames, the outer frame is arranged outside the middle frame in a surrounding mode, the inner side wall of the outer frame is connected with the first side wall of the first side frame, and one end of the supporting rod is fixed to the middle frame.
5. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 4, wherein the first bottom wall of the middle frame comprises a first connecting surface and a second connecting surface which are oppositely arranged, a supporting piece for supporting and fixing the display module is arranged on the first connecting surface, a glass cover plate is fixedly connected on the second connecting surface, and the light-emitting surface of the display module is arranged towards the glass cover plate;
a first vent hole is formed in one second side wall of the outer frame;
The opposite ends of the supporting piece are respectively provided with a second vent hole, one of the second vent holes is correspondingly arranged with the first vent hole, and the first vent hole is matched with the second vent hole, so that air flow entering from the first vent hole enters the rear shell assembly through the light emitting side of the display module and is discharged through the air outlet of the rear shell assembly.

The wall-mounted display device according to claim 5, wherein the supporting member comprises a plurality of second rims, the second rims comprise a third side wall, a fourth side wall and a second bottom wall, wherein the third side wall and the first bottom wall of the middle frame are oppositely arranged, the second bottom wall is positioned between the third side wall and the fourth side wall, the third side wall is connected with the first bottom wall of the middle frame, and one surface of the fourth side wall away from the third side wall is used for being connected with the display module;
the second through holes are arranged on the second bottom wall of the second frame at the two opposite ends of the supporting piece.

The wall-mounted display device according to claim 5, wherein a light sensor is disposed on the first connection surface of the first bottom wall of the middle frame, the light sensor is used for sensing the intensity of external light to adjust the display state of the display module, a light sensing area exposing the light sensor is disposed on the first bottom wall except for a first light sensing hole, and a second light sensing hole corresponding to the first light sensing hole is disposed on the edge of the glass cover plate, so that external light enters the light sensor.
8. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 4, wherein the front case assembly further comprises a first fixing beam fixed to the middle frame by a fixing member, and the first fixing beam is positioned at a backlight side of the display module after the display module is mounted on the front case assembly, so as to lock the display module to the front case assembly.
9. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 2, wherein the rear housing assembly comprises a second frame body, the second frame body comprises a first bottom plate and a first side plate surrounding the first bottom plate, the other end of the supporting rod is fixed on the first side plate, a plurality of reinforcing pieces are arranged on the first side plate, and/or a plurality of reinforcing beams are arranged on the first bottom plate, and the reinforcing beams are arranged between two opposite first side plates.
10. The wall-mounted display device of claim 9, wherein a second fixing beam is disposed on an inner side surface of the first base plate, the wall-mounted assembly is fixed on an outer side surface of the first base plate, and the wall-mounted assembly, the first base plate, and the second fixing beam are fixed together by bolts.
11. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 9, wherein the first base plate is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet at opposite ends thereof, the first base plate is provided with a first fan assembly, and an orthographic projection of the first fan assembly on the first base plate is located at one side of the air outlet.
12. The wall-mounted display device of claim 11, wherein the first fan assembly comprises a first fan mount, a first fan secured to a fan port of the first fan mount, and a first protective cover disposed on a side of the first fan remote from the first fan mount.
13. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 11, wherein a filter assembly is further disposed on the first bottom plate, and an inlet of the filter assembly is offset from the air inlet.
14. The wall-mounted display device of claim 13, wherein the filter assembly comprises an air cartridge storage compartment, an air cartridge dust screen, an air cartridge, and an air cartridge guard plate disposed in sequence in a direction away from the air inlet.
15. The wall-mounted display device of claim 11, wherein a second fan assembly is further disposed on the first base plate, and the second fan assembly is disposed on a side of the filter assembly adjacent to the air outlet.
16. The wall-mounted display device of claim 15, wherein the second fan assembly comprises a second fan mount, a second fan disposed on the second fan mount, and a second shield disposed on a side of the second fan remote from the second fan mount.
17. The wall-mounted display device of claim 11, wherein the first fan assembly comprises a plurality of the first fans arranged side by side in a first direction, wherein a wind shielding plate is arranged between two opposite first side plates in the first direction, the wind shielding plate is suspended above the first fans, and the orthographic projection of the wind shielding plate on the first bottom plate is positioned in the orthographic projection of the first fans on the first bottom plate.
18. The wall-mounted display device of claim 15, wherein a power source is disposed on the first base plate, the power source is located between the first fan assembly and the second fan assembly, and an outer cover of the power source is provided with a protective cover.
19. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 15, wherein the first side plate of the second frame includes a first sub-first side plate located at the bottom of the second frame, and the first sub-first side plate is provided with a through hole;
The first bottom plate is provided with an infrared sensor, the infrared remote controller is arranged on one side, far away from the air outlet, of the filtering assembly, and the infrared sensor is used for sensing remote control infrared light incident from the through hole so as to perform corresponding remote control operation through the remote controller.

The wall-mounted display device of claim 9, wherein each of the first side panels is folded inwardly a plurality of times and extends away from the first bottom panel to form a sealing plate parallel to the first side panels, and wherein the rear housing assembly further comprises a sealing ring having an insertion opening on one side thereof into which the sealing plate is inserted.
21. The wall-mounted display device according to claim 9, wherein a hanging ring is provided on the top of the second frame, or two of the first side plates of the second frame adjacent to the top thereof are provided with hanging rings.

The wall-mounted display device according to claim 1, wherein the wall-mounted assembly comprises a third frame body, the third frame body comprises a second bottom plate and a second side plate surrounding the second bottom plate, the second side plate is folded inwards to form a fixing plate fixedly connected with the rear shell assembly, and a wall-mounted hole is formed in the middle of the bottom plate.
23. The wall-mounted display device of claim 22, wherein the side edges of the wall-mounted aperture are folded inwardly to form a wall-mounted panel.
