Washing machines are common household appliances, and the washing machine main body is limited to be used in a fixed position due to the need of connecting a water inlet and a water outlet pipe. In a home laundry scenario, a user needs to manually place laundry to be cleaned in a washing tub of a washing machine and then manually select a desired washing program, which is not intelligent.
Based on the problems in the related art described above, the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a laundry cleaning apparatus and an apparatus control method, which aim to improve the intelligence degree of the apparatus, simplify the laundry cleaning operation, and improve the cleaning effect.
In a first aspect, the disclosed embodiments provide a laundry cleaning apparatus comprising a carrying apparatus and a cleaning apparatus.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cleaning device 100 and the carrying device 200 may establish a communicable connection directly, for example, both may establish a communicable connection by way of a wired connection; for another example, the two may establish a communication connection through a wireless connection, and the wireless connection may include, for example, bluetooth, wiFi, UWB (Ultra Wide Band), zigBee, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In other embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 100 and the carrying apparatus 200 may also establish a wireless communication connection through the network 300, where the network 300 may be a local area communication network or a wide area communication network. For example, in one example, the network 300 may be a home WiFi network through which the cleaning device 100 and the carrying device 200 establish a communicable connection.
In some embodiments, the carrying apparatus 200 is mainly used to carry laundry to be cleaned and collect laundry information of the laundry to be cleaned. For example, in one example scenario, a user puts changed dirty clothes in a bedroom into the carrying device 200, and the carrying device 200 collects one or more pieces of clothes information of the clothes to be cleaned through the information collecting device. The carrying device 200 then automatically carries and places the laundry to be cleaned in the cleaning device 100 of the bathroom, and simultaneously transmits the laundry information to the cleaning device 100 by wireless communication. The cleaning apparatus 100 determines a corresponding target cleaning program according to the received laundry information, and completes cleaning of the laundry to be cleaned based on the target cleaning program.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the conveying of the clothes to be cleaned is automatically realized by using the carrying device, the clothes are not required to be manually placed by a user, the user operation is simplified, and the intelligent degree of the device is improved. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the carrying apparatus includes a first processor 210, a first memory 220, a first communication module 240, an information acquisition device 250, a movement device 260, and a driving device 270.
The first processor 210, the first memory 220, the first communication module 240, the information collecting device 250, the mobile device 260, the driving device 270 establish a communicable connection between any two via the first bus 230.
The first processor 210 may be any type of processor having one or more processing cores. It may perform single-threaded or multi-threaded operations for parsing instructions to perform operations such as fetching data, performing logical operation functions, and delivering operational processing results.
The first communication module 240 is a functional module for establishing a communication connection with the cleaning apparatus 100, providing a physical channel. In the present disclosure, the first communication module 240 may be any type of wireless module, including, but not limited to, bluetooth, wiFi, UWB (Ultra Wide Band), zigBee module, etc., to which the present disclosure is not limited.
The moving device 260 is a mechanical structure for driving the carrying apparatus 200 to autonomously move, and in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a specific structure of the moving device 260 is not limited, and may be any structure suitable for realizing a moving function. For example, in fig. 3, the moving device 260 includes a roller disposed at the bottom of the carrying device 200, and a motor system for driving the roller to rotate, which will be understood by those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail in this disclosure.
The driving means 270 is a mechanical structure for driving the laundry to be cleaned in the loading chamber to be placed in the cleaning apparatus 100. It will be appreciated that clothing items are often made of flexible material and therefore tend to fold when placed in the carrying chamber 201, and that clothing items placed therein may be subject to differences in illumination at different angles due to the depth of the carrying chamber 201. If the fixed position camera 252 is used to collect the image of the laundry, the quality of the collected image may be poor, and it is difficult to identify the information such as the type or color of the laundry.
Therefore, in the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the first guide rail 251 is disposed at the open end of the carrying cavity 201, and the camera 252 may slide along the first guide rail 251, so that image data with clean clothes at different angles may be collected, interference of shooting angles and folding of clothes is reduced, and recognition accuracy is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the information acquisition device 250 of the disclosed examples further includes a spectral sensor 253. The spectrum (spectrum) is known as the optical spectrum, which is one of the properties of substances, each substance having its own unique spectrum, the substances being different, the spectra also differing. With the development of MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System ) technology, the miniaturization of the spectrum sensor is possible, and the spectrum sensor 253 is a miniaturized spectrum sensor, so that spectrum data of different substances can be effectively collected by using the spectrum sensor 253.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after obtaining the weight information, the material information, the type information, and the color information, for example, as described above, the cleaning apparatus 100 may determine the corresponding target cleaning program according to the laundry information.
In some embodiments, a plurality of different cleaning programs may be stored in the second memory 120 of the cleaning apparatus 100 in advance, so that the cleaning apparatus 100 determines one cleaning program, i.e., a target cleaning program, from among the plurality of cleaning programs according to laundry information. Then, the second processor 110 of the cleaning apparatus 100 may perform the target cleaning process to clean the laundry to be cleaned.
In other embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 100 may determine respective cleaning parameters according to the laundry information, and then determine a target cleaning program according to the respective cleaning parameters.
For example, the cleaning apparatus 100 is exemplified by a washing machine, and the cleaning parameters of the washing machine for washing laundry mainly include water amount, water temperature, rotation speed, rotation stop ratio, time, etc., so that in the embodiment of the disclosure, the cleaning apparatus 100 may determine the parameter value corresponding to each cleaning parameter according to one or more pieces of laundry information described above. For example, in the above example, according to the clothes information of the "sweater" of the clothes to be cleaned, the parameter values such as the water quantity, the water temperature, the rotating speed, the rotation stop ratio, the time and the like are determined, and the corresponding target cleaning program is obtained. Then, the second processor 110 of the cleaning apparatus 100 may perform the target cleaning process to clean the laundry to be cleaned.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a user does not need to manually put clothes into the cleaning device or manually select the cleaning program, so that the user operation is greatly simplified, the user experience is improved, the cleaning device determines the optimal cleaning program according to the clothes information, the cleaning effect is improved, and the damage risk of the clothes is reduced.
On the basis of the clothes cleaning apparatus described above, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides an apparatus control method, and the method of the embodiment of the present disclosure is described below.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the device control method of the present disclosure may be applied to the carrying device 200 described above, and executed by the first processor 210 of the carrying device 200, and includes:
s510, in response to detection of the fact that clothes to be cleaned are put into the bearing cavity of the carrying device, acquiring clothes information of the clothes to be cleaned.
S520, placing the clothes to be cleaned in the cleaning device, and sending clothes information to the cleaning device.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the carrying apparatus 200 may detect laundry information of laundry to be cleaned when it is detected that the laundry to be cleaned is put into the carrying chamber.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the manner of detecting whether the laundry to be cleaned is put into the carrying chamber is not limited, and may be any detection manner suitable for implementation.
For example, in some embodiments, a weight sensor may be utilized to detect whether laundry is placed in the load bearing cavity. It will be appreciated that the weight sensor provided at the bottom of the load-bearing chamber may detect a change in weight before and after the laundry is put in, so that it is possible to determine that the laundry is put in the load-bearing chamber when a change in weight is detected.
For example, in still other embodiments, an image capture device may be used to detect whether laundry is placed in the load bearing cavity. It will be appreciated that in the process of putting in the laundry to be cleaned, there is a movement change in the field of view of the image acquisition device, so that the image acquisition device can be used to detect a moving object, and when the moving object is detected to be present, the laundry to be cleaned is determined to be put in the carrying cavity.
Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that there are many ways of detecting whether or not laundry is to be cleaned into the carrying chamber, such as by an infrared sensor or the like, which is not enumerated by the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, when it is determined that the laundry to be cleaned is put into the carrying cavity of the carrying device 200, each information acquisition device may be started to acquire each item of laundry information of the laundry to be cleaned.
For example, in the example of fig. 3, image data of the laundry to be cleaned may be acquired by the camera 252, spectrum data of the laundry to be cleaned may be acquired by the spectrum sensor 253, and weight information of the laundry to be cleaned may be acquired by the weight sensor 255, where the information data are all laundry information of the laundry to be cleaned.
After obtaining the laundry information of the laundry to be cleaned, the carrying device 200 may autonomously move to the cleaning device 100 position based on the preset position of the cleaning device 100, and place the laundry to be cleaned in the cleaning device 100 by the driving means. Meanwhile, the carrying device 200 transmits the laundry information acquired as described above to the cleaning device 100 through wireless communication.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the device control method of the examples of the present disclosure may be applied to the cleaning device 100 described above, and executed by the second processor 110 of the cleaning device 100, including:
s610, receiving clothes information of clothes to be cleaned sent by the carrying device, and determining a corresponding target cleaning program according to the clothes information.
S620, in response to detecting that the clothes to be cleaned are placed in the cleaning device, the clothes to be cleaned are cleaned based on the target cleaning program.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cleaning apparatus 100 may process the laundry information after receiving the laundry information transmitted from the carrying apparatus 200. For example, in one example, the cleaning apparatus 100 performs image detection based on the received image data, resulting in type information and/or color information of laundry to be cleaned. For another example, the cleaning apparatus 100 performs data processing based on the received spectrum data to obtain material information of the laundry to be cleaned. For example, in still another example, the cleaning apparatus 100 receives weight information of laundry to be cleaned.
After obtaining the weight information, the material information, the type information, and the color information, for example, the cleaning apparatus 100 can determine the corresponding target cleaning program according to the laundry information.
In some embodiments, a plurality of different cleaning programs may be stored in the second memory 120 of the cleaning apparatus 100 in advance, so that the cleaning apparatus 100 determines one cleaning program, i.e., a target cleaning program, from among the plurality of cleaning programs according to laundry information. The following table one shows the cleaning procedure corresponding to different laundry information:

Of course, it is understood that the foregoing table is merely an example of an embodiment of the disclosure, and the cleaning procedure may be performed on equipment according to specific scene requirements, and is not limited to the example of the table, which is not repeated in the disclosure.
In other embodiments, the cleaning apparatus 100 may determine respective cleaning parameters according to the laundry information, and then determine a target cleaning program according to the respective cleaning parameters.
For example, in some examples, the cleaning parameters of the cleaning apparatus 100 include water volume, water temperature, rotation speed, rotation stop ratio, time, etc., so that in the embodiment of the disclosure, the cleaning apparatus 100 may determine a parameter value corresponding to each cleaning parameter according to one or more pieces of laundry information described above. For example, the cleaning apparatus may determine parameter values such as water amount, water temperature, rotation speed, rotation stop ratio, time, etc. according to laundry information of laundry to be cleaned, thereby obtaining a corresponding target cleaning program.
After determining the target cleaning program for the laundry, the cleaning apparatus 100 may control the washing device to operate based on the target cleaning program by detecting whether the laundry is placed in the cleaning apparatus, and after the laundry is placed in the cleaning apparatus, to achieve cleaning of the laundry.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the manner of detecting whether the laundry to be cleaned is placed on the cleaning device is not limited, and may be any detection manner suitable for implementation, such as weight detection, infrared detection, etc., which will be understood and fully implemented by those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail in this disclosure.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user does not need to manually put clothes into the cleaning device or manually select the cleaning program, so that the user operation is greatly simplified, the user experience is improved, the cleaning device determines the optimal cleaning program according to the clothes information, the cleaning effect is improved, and the damage risk of the clothes is reduced.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the present disclosure provides an apparatus control device, which may be applied to the above-described carrying apparatus 200, including:
an information acquisition module 10 configured to acquire laundry information of laundry to be cleaned in response to detection of laundry to be cleaned being put into a carrying chamber of a carrying device;
an information transmitting module 20 configured to put the laundry to be cleaned in the cleaning apparatus and transmit the laundry information to the cleaning apparatus.
As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the present disclosure provides an apparatus control device that may be applied to the cleaning apparatus 100 described above, including:
a program determining module 30 configured to receive laundry information of laundry to be cleaned transmitted from the carrying device and determine a corresponding target cleaning program according to the laundry information;
the cleaning module 40 is configured to clean laundry based on a target cleaning program in response to detecting that the laundry is placed in the cleaning apparatus.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the user does not need to manually put clothes into the cleaning device or manually select the cleaning program, so that the user operation is greatly simplified, the user experience is improved, the cleaning device determines the optimal cleaning program according to the clothes information, the cleaning effect is improved, and the damage risk of the clothes is reduced.
It should be apparent that the above embodiments are merely examples for clarity of illustration and are not limiting of the embodiments. Claims (10)

1. A laundry cleaning appliance comprising:
the carrying device is provided with a carrying cavity for placing clothes to be cleaned; the carrying device further comprises an information acquisition device and a moving device, wherein the information acquisition device is used for acquiring the clothes information of the clothes to be cleaned, and the moving device is used for driving the carrying device to move;
and the cleaning equipment is in communication connection with the carrying equipment, receives the clothes information sent by the carrying equipment, determines a corresponding target cleaning program according to the clothes information, and cleans the clothes to be cleaned based on the target cleaning program.
2. The clothes cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the information acquisition device comprises an image acquisition device, wherein the image acquisition device is arranged at the open end of the bearing cavity and is used for acquiring image data of the clothes to be cleaned in the bearing cavity;
and the cleaning equipment determines type information and/or color information of the clothes to be cleaned according to the image data sent by the carrying equipment.
3. The clothes cleaning apparatus of claim 2, wherein,
the image acquisition device comprises a guide rail arranged at the open end of the bearing cavity and a camera arranged on the guide rail, and the camera can be driven to slide along the guide rail.
4. The clothes cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the information acquisition device comprises a spectrum sensor, wherein the spectrum sensor is arranged in the bearing cavity and is used for acquiring spectrum data of the clothes to be cleaned in the bearing cavity;
and the cleaning equipment determines the material information of the clothes to be cleaned according to the spectral data sent by the carrying equipment.
5. The clothes cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the information acquisition device comprises a weight sensor, wherein the weight sensor is arranged at the bottom of the bearing cavity and is used for acquiring weight information of the clothes to be cleaned in the bearing cavity.
6. The clothes cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the carrying device further comprises a driving device for driving the clothes to be cleaned to be placed in the cleaning device.
7. The clothes cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the cleaning device determines at least one cleaning parameter according to the clothes information, and determines the target cleaning program according to the at least one cleaning parameter; the cleaning parameters include one or more of water volume, water temperature, rotational speed, turn-to-stop ratio, time.
8. A device control method, characterized by being applied to a cleaning device, the method comprising:
receiving clothes information of clothes to be cleaned sent by carrying equipment, and determining a corresponding target cleaning program according to the clothes information;
in response to detecting that the laundry is placed in the cleaning apparatus, the laundry is cleaned based on the target cleaning program.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the determining a corresponding target cleaning program from the laundry information comprises:
determining at least one cleaning parameter according to the clothes information, and determining the target cleaning program according to the at least one cleaning parameter; the cleaning parameters include one or more of water volume, water temperature, rotational speed, turn-to-stop ratio, time.
10. An apparatus control method, characterized by being applied to a carrying apparatus, comprising:
in response to detecting that clothes to be cleaned are put into a bearing cavity of the carrying device, acquiring clothes information of the clothes to be cleaned;
and placing the clothes to be cleaned in the cleaning equipment, and sending the clothes information to the cleaning equipment.
