Abstract

Description

带有电池匣的电气用具
本发明涉及一种带有电池匣的电气用具,该电池匣具有一可容纳至少一个电池并可***电气用具机壳内的电池匣壳,以及用来将该电池匣锁定在该电气用具中的锁定件。
例如,这样的可拆卸的电池匣,也叫做电源组,可用于可充电用具,如电钻中。这种例子被描述于DE-A1-39 02 442中。将这样的电池匣锁定在该电气用具的构造常常包括很多通常由塑料制造的部件。
本发明的目的在于提供一种供电气用具用的可拆卸的电池匣,这种电池匣具有较少的用来锁定该电池匣的部件,而且它还具有一可靠的能长时间运行的锁定机构。
为此,按照本发明的电气用具的特征在于,该锁定装置是由两个有一间距而且其每个上还具有一突起的弹性塑料片和至少一个用来与该弹性片的突起配合的圆形凸头所构成,其弹性片和圆形凸头分别设置在该电池匣壳和电气用具机壳上,或相反,而且该弹性塑料片在它们的弹性作用方向上被一弹性臂支撑,这弹性臂由比该弹性塑料片刚性大的材料所构成。该塑料片和该圆形凸头就分别与电池匣壳和电气用具机壳模铸在一起。在将该电池匣装进该电气用具时,该圆形凸头就在该两弹性片之间滑动,在这过程中,该两突起就被分开,而且在该圆形凸头通过之后就随即合拢。其刚性比该弹性片大的该弹性臂对该塑料片的弹性起补充作用,因此可实现对该电池匣的可靠操作和锁定。为了从电气用具取出该电池匣,并不象在DE-A1-39 02 442中那样需要松开按钮。移动塑料部件常常产生蠕变。蠕变就会使电池匣锁定在电气用具中的力减小。该弹性臂就可防止该锁定机构经受蠕变带来的不利影响。虽然该弹性臂形成了一额外的部件,但它们却显著延长了该锁定机构的寿命。此外,该弹性臂还具有一另外的优点,这将在下文加以说明。
该弹性臂的材料最好为导电金属。
一个优选实施例的特征在于安装有圆形凸头的机壳具有导电臂,在将电池匣***电气用具时这导电臂能自动与该用来支撑弹性塑料片的弹性金属臂接触。该金属臂能与该电池(电池组)的电极接触。依次地,这导电臂又与该电气用具的供电部件相连接。
现参考附图所示的例子来详细介绍本发明。在这些附图中:
图1是一电动剃须刀的平面视图,所画的电池匣已从该电气用具中被取出。
图2画出的是图1所示的电池匣,但现在它是处于上面朝下的位置。
示于图1的电动剃须刀1具有一机壳2和一剃须刀头3,该机壳由两塑料机壳部件2a,2b构成。在该电动剃须刀的下部这两机壳部件2a,2b形成一凹槽4。该电池匣5具有一能容纳电池70的塑料匣壳6,在本情形中为三个电池。该电池匣壳6具有一端盖7。该电池匣的这匣壳6可以滑进该电动剃须刀的凹槽4中,端盖7正頂在两机壳部件2a,2b的端面上。为了将该电池匣锁定在该电动剃须刀1中,设置了一锁定机构8。该电池匣的锁定机构的部件被设置于电池匣5的下部,如图1所示。图2画出了该电池匣的下部。本锁定机构包括两隔开的弹性塑料片9,10,其相应端11和12被固定在该电池匣的匣壳6上。这两弹性塑料片的远离端部11,12的自由端,每个都带有相应的突起13和14。这两突起彼此相向伸出。该弹性塑料片9,10就可简单地在电池匣壳6的注入模制过程中模铸成形。该锁定机构还包括一安置在该电动剃须刀机壳部件2b里面的圆形凸头15。这个圆形凸头也可在该机壳部件的注入模制过程中简单模铸成形。当这电池匣的匣壳6滑进电动剃须刀的凹槽4时,该圆形凸头就撞击在突起13,14上并迫使两突起分开。当滑动继续时,该圆形凸头15就触及两突起的后面。那时端盖7的边缘部分16就触及机壳部件2a和2b的相应边缘部分17,18,而且由于塑料片9,10的弹性作用再加上圆形凸头的配合作用,该端盖7的边缘部分16就被拉紧贴靠在这些边缘部分上。这样,该电池匣就被锁定在该电动剃须刀中。为了便于该电池匣的***和取出,分别在该突起13,14上设置了倾斜的导入面19,20和导出面21,22,且导入角小于导出角。这使得电池匣的***变得容易,而电池匣的取出却变得稍微更困难一些。由于该圆形凸头上做有一引导肋鳍而使电池匣的***更加容易。这种导向肋鳍逐渐变成圆形凸头15。当该电池匣***时,首先是导向肋鳍23,然后是圆形凸头15在弹性塑料片9,10的突起13,14之间滑动。
借助刚性大于塑料片的弹性臂来有利影响弹性塑料片9,10的弹性闭合力。为此,就在各弹性塑料片的外侧和电池匣壳6的相应的隔板24或25之间安置一U-形金属片簧26或27。该片簧将两弹性塑料片彼此相向推压。该金属片簧的主要功能是抵消弹性塑料片9,10的蠕变效应。这就产生了该机构的一更加确定的闭合力,即由它将电池匣5保持在电动剃须刀1中的那个力。由于该弹性塑料片现在是被片簧支撑而且又是由塑料制成,因此该突起13,14的导入面和导出面19-22的角度就可更加精确地被实现,因此制造的电池匣的闭合力的离散度是很小的。
该金属片簧26,27是导电材料,而且是分别与电接触片28和29相连的,这两电接触片又依次与该电池70的相应电极30和31接触。该片簧和接触片之间的连接可以用简单的电线32,33来完成。在电动剃须刀的机壳部件2b上设置有两个弹性金属翼34,35,它们也是导电的。这两金属翼34,35是与该电动剃须刀的电路,特别是电机驱动线路相连的。但是,这并没被详细表示出来。当该电池匣5***电动剃须刀1的凹槽4中时,腿26a,27a就自动分别与金属翼34,35接触。这样该金属片簧26,27具有双重功能,即支撑该锁定机构8的弹性塑料片9,10和从电池70向驱动装置供电。
在本例子中,该弹性塑料片(9,10)的突起(13,14)彼此相向伸出。但是,很显然,这两突起另外也可取彼此离开的方向。在这种情形,在该电气用具(1)的机壳(2)中就应设置两个圆形凸头(15)。
在本例子中,该电池组的电极30,31分别通过接触片28和29分别与片簧26和27相连。另外也可能只将电极31通过接触片29与片簧27相连,并确保在该电池匣***该电气用具之后,另一电极30就立即与该电气用具的接触片36接触而不是通过金属翼34。
在本例子中,该电气用具1的金属臂32,33都是弹性的,而片簧的腿26a,27b则是非弹性的。但是,显然这种结构也可以正好相反。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有电池匣(5)的电气用具(1),该电池匣具有一可容纳至少一个电池(70)的电池匣壳(6),并可被***电气用具机壳(2)内还具有来将该电池匣(5)锁定在该电气用具中的锁定件(8),其特征在于:该锁定装置(8)是由两个有一间距而且其每个上还具有一突起(13,14)的弹性塑料片(9,10)和至少一个用来与该弹性片(9,10)的突起(13,14)配合的圆形凸头(15)所构成,该弹性片和圆形凸头分别设置在该电池匣(5)的匣壳(6)和电气用具(1)的机壳(2)上,或相反,而且该弹性塑料片(9,10)在它们的弹性作用方向上被一弹性臂(26,27)支撑,该弹性臂由比该弹性塑料片的刚性大的材料所构成。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电气用具,其特征在于:臂(26,27)的材料是一种导电金属。
3.按照权利要求2所述的电气用具,其特征在于:至少有一个金属臂(26,27)与电池(70)的电极电接触。
4.按照权利要求3所述的电气用具,其特征在于:在设置有凸头的壳体(2或6)上具有导电臂(32,33),在将电池匣(5)***电气用具(1)时,该臂自动与用来支撑弹性塑料片(9,10)的弹性金属臂(26,27)接触。
5.按照权利要求1所述的电气用具,其特征在于:突起(13,14)的导入角(19,20)小于该突起的导出角(21,22)。
6.按照权利要求1所述的电气用具,其特征在于:该凸头(15)具有一引导肋(23),在电池匣(5)***电气用具(1)时,它就在该弹性塑料片(9,10)之间滑动。
