s2, drilling: screwing the rod part of the bolt 18 to be processed into the internal thread of the adjusted positioning sleeve 5, enabling the rod end surface of the bolt 18 to be processed to contact the end surface of the positioning plate 4, enabling the positioning locking mechanism to act for locking the bolt 18 to be processed, and enabling the supporting mechanism to support the bolt 18 to be processed; a drill bit 19 on the drilling machine penetrates through a drill bit hole on the drill plate 8, the drill point of the drill bit 19 acts on a thread trough of a bolt 18 to be processed to drill a hole, and after the hole is drilled, the bolt after the hole is drilled is taken down after the positioning and locking mechanism acts;
s3, repeating the step S2 until all the bolts 18 to be processed are processed.

The positioning device can be directly used on drilling machines such as radial drilling machines and bench drills, the position of the positioning sleeve 5 is adjusted according to a bolt 18 to be drilled, specifically, one bolt is selected from the bolts 18 to be drilled to serve as an adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt is screwed into the positioning sleeve 5, the end face of the adjusting bolt contacts the end face of the positioning plate 4, an adjusting drill bit is inserted into a drill bit hole of the drill plate 8, the adjusting drill bit is consistent with a drill bit 19 on the drilling machine, a long rod is inserted into a rotation adjusting hole 51 of the positioning sleeve 5, the positioning sleeve 5 is made to rotate in a rotation positioning groove 41 of the positioning plate 4, the position of a thread trough of the adjusting bolt is observed to be aligned with the drill point position of the adjusting drill bit, the fastening bolt 7 is screwed to fix the positioning sleeve 5 on the positioning plate 4 by using a pressing plate 6, then the adjusting bolt and the adjusting drill bit are withdrawn respectively, and the adjusted positioning sleeve 5 meets the function that the thread trough of the same bolt 18 to be machined can be aligned with the drill point of the drill bit 19; the bolt 18 to be processed can be screwed into the positioning sleeve 5 of the device, the end face of the bolt contacts the end face of the positioning plate 4, and a drill bit 19 on the drilling machine passes through a drill bit hole on the drill plate 8, and the drill point of the drill bit just corresponds to the thread trough of the bolt 18 to be processed; the lifting adjustment of the V-shaped block 12 can be realized by rotating the adjusting nut 13 for supporting the bolt 18 to be processed, so that the bolt 18 to be processed is supported; the positioning and locking mechanism specifically operates the rotary locking nut 10, the locking bolt 9 moves towards the direction of the bolt 18 to be processed to clamp the bolt 18 to be processed, and the drilling processing can be carried out on the threads of the bolt 18 to be processed through the drill bit 19; after the drilling is completed, the locking nut 10 is reversely rotated, and the locking bolt 9 moves in a direction away from the bolt, so that the drilled bolt can be taken down; the bolt after drilling can also use the polishing pen to utilize the T-shaped polishing head to remove burrs and flanging on the threaded surface after drilling, so that the drilling quality of the bolt is ensured.
