the sliding rail 305, the stability of the movement of the bottom of the supporting seat 301 is improved, shaking is prevented, then two second motors 505 are started through the PLC 2, the output ends of the two second motors 505 drive two rotating shafts 503 to rotate and drive two thread rolling cutter bodies 504 to rotate, so that a fastener is processed, a centrifugal pump 401 is started to work during processing, one end of a liquid suction pipe 402 is connected with an external cooling liquid tank, under the pressurizing effect of the centrifugal pump 401, cooling liquid in the cooling liquid tank is pumped out through the liquid suction pipe 402 and conveyed into a connecting pipe 407, then the cooling liquid flows through a flowmeter 406 and is conveyed into an infusion pipe 403, finally, the cooling liquid is sprayed to the joint of the thread rolling cutter bodies 504 and the fastener through a plurality of liquid outlet pipes 404, the liquid outlet pipes 404 are respectively positioned on two sides of the infusion pipe 403, cooling liquid can be sprayed at two sides of the fastener simultaneously, the cooling speed of the fastener is accelerated, the two thread rolling cutter bodies 504 are lubricated simultaneously, abrasion is reduced, when the cooling liquid is conveyed, the cooling liquid is calculated through the flowmeter 406 through the measuring unit time, the cooling liquid flow rate in unit time, and the cooling liquid can not be cooled down, and if the cooling liquid cannot be cooled down effectively, and the cooling effect cannot be judged; if the flow rate is too slow, which may cause excessive heat generated during the machining process to damage the workpiece and the tool, the worker can correspondingly adjust the supply speed of the cooling liquid through the flowmeter 406 to ensure that the flow rate of the cooling liquid is in a proper range, thereby ensuring the machining quality and efficiency, the flow rate detection can also help monitor whether the cooling liquid supply is normal, if the flow rate is abnormally low, the worker can timely detect and solve the problem due to the blockage of a supply pipeline or the failure of a cooling system, the loss caused by the interruption of the cooling liquid supply during the machining process is avoided, the sprayed cooling liquid and the chips generated by the fastener machining fall into the inclined liquid collecting box 601 below together, the bottom surface inside the inclined liquid collecting box 601 is obliquely arranged, so that the cooling liquid is convenient for driving the chips to flow towards the liquid discharging hole 606, and when passing through the triangular guide plate 605, the cooling liquid can be divided into two flows and respectively and intensively flows to the liquid discharge holes 606 on the two sides, so that the cooling liquid and chips can be conveniently and better discharged, the cooling liquid and chips are prevented from being accumulated at dead corners of the inclined liquid collecting box 601, the cooling liquid and the chips downwards flow into the liquid storing box 603 through the liquid discharge holes 606 and the conical liquid discharge pipeline 602, the chips are left in the filter frame 604 under the filtering action of the filter frame 604, the cooling liquid flows into the liquid storing box 603 to separate the chips from the cooling liquid, the effect of separate collection is achieved under the action of the liquid discharging assembly 6, the cooling liquid is prevented from falling onto the manufacturing table 1, the manufacturing table 1 is messy, workers need to clean again, the workload is increased, the two U-shaped clamping plates 703 are pulled to reset by starting the two electric pushing rods 702 again, the liquid storing box 603 is lost to be fixed at the moment, the liquid storing box 603 is pulled outwards, then the filter frame 604 can be taken out by pulling the two clamping rods 607, the device is convenient for workers to collect chips and cooling liquid separately and can be reused subsequently.
The PLC controller 2, the laser rangefinder 302, the first motor 310, the centrifugal pump 401, the second motor 505, and the electric push rod 702 are all related art, and the components and the use principle thereof are all disclosed technologies, which are not explained herein too much.
