Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The inventor finds that when the position of the supporting member for supporting the tableware is fixed, even if the position of the supporting member is designed in advance, a plurality of spaces with different specifications are planned in the dining basket to place the tableware with different sizes, but in the actual use process, the sizes of the tableware are various, and the situation that the proper space for placing the tableware is difficult to find still exists, for example, the space for placing the tableware is slightly larger, so that the tableware placed in the space shakes or skews, and the like. Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides a tableware supporting structure, a dining basket and tableware cleaning equipment.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, which are schematic views of a cutlery support structure 10 according to an embodiment of the present application, the cutlery support structure 10 comprises a guide rod assembly 100 and a plurality of support members 200.
The guide bar assembly 100 includes a first guide bar 110, the first guide bar 110 having a guide direction H. Each supporting member 200 has a guiding hole 210a, the supporting members 200 are sleeved on the first guide rod 110 through the guiding holes 210a, and the supporting members 200 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the guiding direction H, so that a clamping space for accommodating tableware is formed between the two supporting members 200, and the supporting members 200 can provide support for the tableware placed in the clamping space, so that the tableware can be placed in the clamping space at a proper angle.
Wherein, each supporting member 200 is in interference fit with the first guide rod 110 to fix the position of the supporting member 200 relative to the first guide rod 110. Meanwhile, each supporting piece 200 can slide relative to the first guide rod 110, that is, when an acting force is applied to the supporting piece 200, the supporting piece 200 can slide relative to the first guide rod 110, and the size of the clamping space in the guiding direction H is adjusted, so that the size of the clamping space in the guiding direction H can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the tableware, and the placing requirements of tableware with different sizes can be met. It should be noted that, the force for moving the support member 200 relative to the first guide bar 110 should be greater than the force for interference fit between the support member 200 and the first guide bar 110, so that the support member 200 can be moved relative to the first guide bar 110; and, the force of the interference fit of the supporting member 200 with the first guide bar 110 should be greater than the force of the tableware on the supporting member 200 when the tableware is supported against the supporting member 200, so as to prevent the supporting member 200 from being pushed by the tableware when the tableware is supported against the supporting member 200.
As shown in fig. 2, each support 200 includes a support base 210 and a support body 220, wherein a guide hole 210a is formed in the support base 210, that is, the support base 210 is sleeved on the first guide rod 110 through the guide hole 210a, and the support body 220 is used for supporting tableware, or the support body 220 and a part of the support base 210 are used for supporting tableware. The supporting body 220 is integrally formed with the supporting base 210, or the supporting body 220 is detachably disposed on the supporting base 210. During use, optionally, acting on the support 200 adjusts the adjacent two supports 200 away from or towards each other in the guiding direction H to adjust the size of the detent space between the two supports 200; alternatively, when the supporting body 220 is detachably disposed on the supporting seat 210, the supporting body 220 of at least one supporting member 200 can be detached from the supporting seat 210 to adjust the size of the clamping space between the two supporting members 200.
The support base 210 includes a first mounting portion 211 and a second mounting portion 212, the guide hole 210a is formed in the first mounting portion 211, that is, the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the periphery of the first guide rod 110 through the guide hole 210a, the second mounting portion 212 is connected to the first mounting portion 211, the support body 220 is disposed on the second mounting portion 212, for example, the support body 220 is integrally disposed with the second mounting portion 212, or the support body 220 is detachably disposed on the second mounting portion 212.
Optionally, the supporting seat 210 further includes an abutting portion 213, the outer surface of the first mounting portion 211 is provided with a first opening 211a, the first opening 211a extends to be communicated with the guiding hole 210a, the abutting portion 213 is disposed at the first opening 211a and is connected to the first mounting portion 211, and the abutting portion 213 abuts against the first guide rod 110, and at the same time, a portion of the first guide rod 110 accommodated in the guiding hole 210a abuts against the first mounting portion 211, so as to fix a position of the supporting seat 210 relative to the first guide rod 110.
Optionally, at least a portion of the abutting portion 213 may be deformed, so that the force for restoring the deformation of the abutting portion 213 may enable the abutting portion 213 to abut against the first guide rod 110, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the abutting portion 213 has a connecting arm 2135, the connecting arm 2135 is connected to the first mounting portion 211, and the connecting arm 2135 may be deformed, so that when the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the periphery of the first guide rod 110 through the guide hole 210a, the connecting arm 2135 is deformed to enable one end of the abutting portion 213 to abut against the first guide rod 110.
As shown in fig. 3, the second mounting portion 212 is retracted into the first opening 211a, so that the second mounting portion 212 can be retracted into the abutting portion 213 while being provided in the first mounting portion 211, and the abutting effect of the abutting portion 213 on the first guide bar 110 is prevented from being affected by the second mounting portion 212. Wherein, the first mounting portion 211, the second mounting portion 212 and the abutting portion 213 are integrally injection molded.
In the guiding direction H, the first opening 211a has a width so as to reserve a space for disposing the abutting portion 213, and by designing the shape of the abutting portion 213, the abutting portion 213 has a larger area to be connected with the first guide rod 110, so as to improve the stability of the abutting portion 213 abutting against the first guide rod 110. Alternatively, in the guide direction H, the first opening 211a penetrates the first mounting portion 211. Preferably, in the guiding direction H, the first opening 211a is formed in a middle portion of the first mounting portion 211, so that when the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the first guide rod 110 through the guiding hole 210a, the abutting portion 213 abuts against the first guide rod 110, and at the same time, portions of the first mounting portion 211 located at two ends of the abutting portion 213 can also contact with the first guide rod 110, so as to improve the stability of the first mounting portion 211 sleeved on the first guide rod 110.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the abutment portion 213 has a protrusion 2134, and in the guiding direction H, the protrusion 2134 at least partially overlaps the guiding hole 210a, so that when the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the first guide rod 110 through the guiding hole 210a, the protrusion 2134 can abut against the first guide rod 110 to fix the position of the supporting seat 210 relative to the first guide rod 110.
Optionally, the abutting portion 213 includes a first end 2131, a second end 2132, and an intermediate section 2133 connected between the first end 2131 and the second end 2132, the intermediate section 2133 is connected to the first mounting portion 211, the first end 2131 abuts against the first guide bar 110 at the first opening 211a, and when the abutting portion 213 has a protrusion 2134, the protrusion 2134 is formed at the first end 2131. The second end 2132 extends away from the first opening 211a and is spaced apart from the second mounting portion 212, and the second end 2132 is acted upon by a force to rotate the second end 2132 and the first end 2131 about the middle segment 2133, thereby moving the first end 2131 away from or toward the first guide bar 110 based on the principle of leverage. When the first end 2131 is away from the first guide rod 110 and separated from the first guide rod 110, the contact of the contact portion 213 to the first guide rod 110 can be released, so that the support base 210 can move relative to the first guide rod 110. When the first end 2131 approaches the first guide rod 110 and abuts against the first guide rod 110, the position of the supporting seat 210 relative to the first guide rod 110 can be fixed.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the first end 2131 and the second end 2132 extend in the same straight direction, and the intermediate section 2133 is formed with a connection arm 2135, and the connection arm 2135 extends around the guide hole 210a to be connected to the first mounting portion 211. The connecting arm 2135 is deformable, so that the first end 2131 of the abutment 213 can be moved away from or toward the first guide bar 110 during the movement of the first guide bar 110 into or out of the guide hole 210a. Of course, the portion of the abutment 213 that can be deformed is not limited to the connecting arm 2135, for example, the first end 2131 of the abutment 213 may be deformed, so that the first end 2131 can be deformed to abut against the first guide 110 during the process of sleeving the first mounting portion 211 on the outer periphery of the first guide 110.
As shown in fig. 3, a second opening 213a is formed at the connection between the abutting portion 213 and the first mounting portion 211, the second mounting portion 212 is away from the second opening 213a, and the structural strength of the connection between the abutting portion 213 and the first mounting portion 211 is convenient to be adjusted by providing the second opening 213a, so that the first guide rod 110 can enter and exit the guide hole 210a. When the abutting portion 213 has the connecting arm 2135, the connecting arm 2135 is connected to the first mounting portion 211, and the connecting arm 2135 and the first mounting portion 211 define the second opening 213a.
Optionally, the aperture of the guide hole 210a is larger than the outer diameter of the first guide rod 110, when the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the first guide rod 110 through the guide hole 210a, the abutting portion 213 abuts against the first guide rod 110, and the first guide rod 110 abuts against the first mounting portion 211 again, so as to achieve an interference fit to fix the position of the first mounting portion 211 relative to the first guide rod 110, so that after the abutting portion 213 is released from abutting against the first guide rod 110, the first mounting portion 211 can flexibly move in the guiding direction H relative to the first guide rod 110.
Optionally, the hole diameter of the guiding hole 210a is smaller than the outer diameter of the first guide rod 110, and when the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the first guide rod 110 through the guiding hole 210a, the first mounting portion 211 is directly in interference fit with the first guide rod 110 so as to fix the position of the first mounting portion 211 relative to the first guide rod 110. At this time, the abutting portion 213 is further disposed to abut against the first guide rod 110, so that the force of interference fit between the supporting seat 210 and the first guide rod 110 can be further increased, and the supporting member 200 can be more stably sleeved on the first guide rod 110.
As shown in fig. 5, alternatively, the first mounting portion 211 is hollow and cylindrical, and the guide hole 210a of the first mounting portion 211 corresponds to one end of the first guide rod 110, and the first mounting portion 211 is moved along the guiding direction H, so that the first guide rod 110 passes through the guide hole 210a of the first mounting portion 211. When the diameter of the guide hole 210a is smaller than the outer diameter of the first guide bar 110, the first mounting portion 211 is directly interference-fitted with the first guide bar 110, and the first mounting portion 211 can be moved in the guide direction H relative to the first guide bar 110 when an external force acts on the first mounting portion 211. When the first mounting portion 211 has the first opening 211a and the first opening 211a has the abutting portion 213, the abutting portion 213 abuts against the first guide rod 110 to fix the position of the support base 210 relative to the first guide rod 110 by interference fit, and after the abutting portion 213 is released from abutting against the first guide rod 110, the support base 210 acts on the support base 210 to move the support base 210 relative to the first guide rod 110 in the guiding direction H.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 again, a portion of the outer surface of the first mounting portion 211 away from the second mounting portion 212 is provided with a clamping opening 211b, the clamping opening 211b is communicated with the guide hole 210a, the clamping opening 211b penetrates through the first mounting portion 211 along the axial direction of the guide hole 210a, the first guide rod 110 enters the guide hole 210a through the clamping opening 211b, and when the first mounting portion 211 is sleeved on the first guide rod 110 through the guide hole 210a, the guide hole 210a and the first guide rod 110 are coaxially arranged. Preferably, in a direction perpendicular to the guiding direction H, the width of the clamping opening 211b is smaller than the outer diameter of the first guide bar 110, and the first mounting portion 211 is also configured to be capable of being deformed so that the first guide bar 110 enters and exits the guiding hole 210a through the clamping opening 211b, and the first mounting portion 211 is prevented from being easily separated from the first guide bar 110. When the first mounting portion 211 has the first opening 211a and the first opening 211a is provided with the abutment portion 213, the first opening 211a may be provided to extend to communicate with the clamping opening 211b, and the protrusion 2134 of the abutment portion 213 is provided adjacent to the clamping opening 211b, so that the abutment portion 213 is abutted to the first guide bar 110 at a position adjacent to the clamping opening 211b, and further preventing the first mounting portion 211 from being easily separated from the first guide bar 110.
The second mounting portion 212 has a mounting groove 212a formed on a surface thereof, the mounting groove 212a extends along a direction forming an angle with the guiding direction H, and the supporting body 220 is inserted into the mounting groove 212a along an extending direction of the mounting groove 212a, so that the supporting body 220 is mounted to and dismounted from the first mounting portion 211.
