One ends of the upper U-shaped magnetic core and the lower U-shaped magnetic core are directly attached after being insulated by an insulating tetrafluoro sheet, and the other ends of the upper U-shaped magnetic core and the lower U-shaped magnetic core are inserted into the upper induction coil module and the lower induction coil module for magnetism gathering.

The magnetic shielding of the inductor module shell integrally carries out magnetic field shielding and protection on the upper U-shaped magnetic core, the lower U-shaped magnetic core, the upper magnetic induction coil and the lower magnetic induction coil, and the inductor module shell specifically adopts a double-layer shielding structure, wherein the inner layer is a copper shielding of a welding water-cooling copper pipe, and the outer layer is a non-magnetic stainless steel shielding cover.
The inductor opening protection plate realizes the integral encapsulation and protection of the band steel passing through the area inductor, and is formed by combining insulating silk plates.
In the sensor module, independent closed-loop compressed air inlet and exhaust channels are arranged in consideration of factors such as moisture removal, internal cooling maintenance and the like, the specific air inlet channels are supplied through compressed air pipelines, and exhaust is realized through a side circulating exhaust device.
