9. The method of claim 8, wherein the recording key usage information and uploading to a background or notifying a person of interest, further comprises:
recording the use information of each key, including the taking-out time, the returning time and the requester information;
and uploading the use information of each key to the background or notifying related personnel by adopting a Bluetooth, wireless WIFI or short message mode.
