the skin pre-anesthesia device is suitable for identifying blood vessels before intravenous infusion puncture and fixing surface anesthesia medicines.
The following method is specifically followed when in use:
the package is torn open and the fixture 2 is removed.
Before venipuncture, medical staff identify the pre-puncture part, and use the positioning device 1 to position and mark, and inform a patient or guardian to fix the fixing device 2 according to the mark about 1.5 hours before puncture.
About 1.5 hours before puncturing, the release paper 22 is peeled off, and the medicine region 211 of the fixing device 2 is aligned with the pre-marked part and stuck on the skin.
The fixture 2 is smoothed.
Prior to puncturing, the fixation device 2 is removed by the healthcare staff: gently pinching the edge of the fixing device 2, tearing off slowly according to the hair growth direction, cleaning and disinfecting the skin at the puncture part, and completing the puncture.
Notice that:
before use, the intravenous infusion site, the blood drawing site or the pre-marked site for skin pre-anesthesia is cleaned and should be ensured to be completely dry.
The skin was kept dry and free of surface tingling paste residues prior to puncturing.
When the fixing device 2 is used, unnecessary pulling during pasting and tearing should be avoided, so that inaccuracy of the dosage of the medicine area 211 and mechanical damage of the skin are avoided.
The skin pre-anesthesia device is independently packaged, and if the skin pre-anesthesia device is broken or opened, a brand new and intact product should be replaced.
Products with different specifications are selected according to different patients so as to ensure that the products are attached to the skin and the dosage is not excessive, and the best use effect is obtained.
The skin pre-anesthetic device should be frequently observed for signs of abnormality in the site of attachment, and should be immediately stopped and the medical staff be called for as soon as abnormality occurs (common symptoms include pain, redness, swelling, itching, etc.).
The skin pre-anesthesia device should be stored below 15-30 deg.C at room temperature, and has a service life of 3 years.
Clinical test results:
to verify the effectiveness of the device according to the relevant principles, a skin pre-anesthetic device was clinically prepared according to the protocol described in the present invention, and the effectiveness, comfort and side effects of the device were evaluated, with 15 clinical patient effect evaluations.
The age and sex statistics of 15 clinical patients are shown in Table 1.
A total of 15 patients participated in the trial, 10 men, 5 women, and an average age of 15.6 years.

Effectiveness, comfort and side effects are shown in Table 2.
Device validity evaluation: the 15 cases of gunpowder positions are not moved, so the effectiveness of the device is ideal, and normal dressing activities are not affected. Of which 14 (93.3%) did not affect motion at all.
Comfort and side effect evaluation: the skin has no edema, 1 (6.7%) has burning sensation, 2 (13.3%) has itching sensation, and part of the skin appears reddish or whitish, and the overall comfort is good without obvious side effect.
Evaluation of device applicability: because the device is temporarily combined, the applicability is poor, 5 cases of falling off of different reasons and different degrees occur, but the fixing of the gunpowder is not changed, namely the position of the medicine area 211 is not moved.

The evaluation of the effect of pain upon puncture is shown in Table 3.
The 13 persons completed the effect evaluation with an average pain score of 1.65 score, with the vast majority (92.3%) being mild pain.

A skin pre-anesthetic device, characterized by: the device comprises a positioning device and a fixing device, wherein the positioning device comprises an anesthesia positioning ring and a puncture positioning point located in the covered area of the anesthesia positioning ring, the anesthesia positioning ring and the puncture positioning point are provided with dyes, an anesthesia area and a puncture point are determined on the skin through the dyes, the fixing device comprises a medicine area and a pasting area connected with the edge of the medicine area, the medicine area is matched with the anesthesia positioning ring, and the pasting area is used for fixing the medicine area in the anesthesia area.
