技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑剂组合物,尤其是用于齿轮、轴承和传动装置的润滑剂组合物,尤其是用于汽车齿轮和传动装置的润滑剂组合物,例如用于电动汽车减速器和工业齿轮和轴承的润滑剂组合物,更尤其是用于手动变速箱的润滑剂组合物。
背景技术
齿轮,尤其是工业齿轮,面临着极端的工作条件,可能导致损坏,例如齿轮内部组件的磨损。这种损坏会缩短齿轮(例如工业齿轮)的使用寿命,并可能导致昂贵而漫长的维护、修理费用,以及包含齿轮的设备的计划外停机时间。
润滑剂可用于工业齿轮以解决部分问题,也可用于驱动元件,如汽车齿轮和传动装置、滚动轴承、滑动轴承或旋转轴上的密封件。润滑剂通常以矿物油或合成碳氢化合物为基础,但也可以是水基润滑剂。尤其是在滚动轴承和滑动轴承中,润滑剂会在相互滑动或滚动的部件之间形成一层分离的、可传递负荷的润滑膜。因此,金属表面就不会接触,从而减少了摩擦。
对为齿轮和轴承提供更好的性能和保护,由此延长齿轮、轴承以及包含它们的设备的使用寿命的改良润滑剂有持续不断的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供具有改进的耐磨性以及稳定性也良好的新型润滑剂组合物。
本发明涉及一种润滑剂组合物,其包括:
-水,尤其是纯净水,例如超纯水、去矿物质水、渗透水、去离子水;
-甘油;
-h-MoS2纳米片,其中基于润滑剂组合物总重量,h-MoS2纳米片的活性含量为0.01~0.07wt%,优选为0.02~0.06wt%,
其中,h-MoS2纳米片是通过块状MoS2颗粒的液相剥离在润滑剂组合物中原位获得的。
在h-MoS2中,"h"是指MoS2的六方相。因此,在本发明中,MoS2的晶体结构为六方相。
具体实施方式
所得到的h-MoS2(h表示六方相)纳米片水分散液的紫外-可见吸收光谱在660nm和603nm处分别显示出特征带A和B,它们与六方相MoS2纳米片的激子跃迁相对应。这些特征波长处的吸光率可用于估算MoS2纳米片的浓度。
优选地,分散在水中的h-MoS2纳米片的平均颗粒流体力学尺寸为25~65nm,优选在30到60nm之间,更优选在45±5nm左右。纳米片的平均粒径可通过本领域技术人员已知的技术进行测量,优选是通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)测量横向尺寸,原子力显微镜(AFM)测量厚度或动态光散射(DLS)测量流体力学尺寸。
流体力学尺寸是指带有溶解层的分散颗粒的尺寸,它取决于溶剂(介电常数),可能大于显微镜测量的干颗粒尺寸。
有利的是,甘油可作为h-MoS2纳米片的稳定剂。甘油是由三个游离羟基组成的有机分子,分子式如下:
优选地,根据所述润滑剂组合物的总重量,本发明的润滑剂组合物包含至少20wt%,优选20至75wt%,更优选30至50wt%的甘油。
根据另一实施方式,可以用一种或多种多元醇类化合物(例如乙二醇、聚亚烷基二醇)代替甘油。也可以将乙二醇或聚亚烷基二醇与甘油组合使用。
本发明中使用的水优选是纯净水。纯净水可以选自超纯水、去矿物质水、渗透水、去离子水。根据润滑剂的总重量,润滑剂组合物中的水量大于35wt%,优选在35至80wt%之间,优选在35至75wt%之间。
在本发明中,水的纯度达到了非常严格的规格。在超纯水中,水的纯度达到了所有污染物类型的最高水平,污染物类型包括:有机和无机化合物;溶解和颗粒物质;挥发性和非挥发性;活性和惰性;亲水性和疏水性;以及溶解性气体。
有利的是,原位处理可以直接获得分散在水溶液中并用甘油稳定的h-MoS2纳米片。
液相剥离可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法进行,优选使用大功率尖端超声器或高剪切转子。
优选地,液相剥离在较短时间内进行,优选是4到8小时。
液相剥离后优选进行离心步骤,离心步骤可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法进行,优选使用可高速旋转的离心机,例如Thermo Scientific Sorvall Legend XT。优选地,离心时间为1到4小时,转速为1000到10000rpm。转速越高,纳米片的尺寸和浓度就越小。
优选地,在本发明中,块状MoS2没有进行官能化(functionalized)。块状原料为微米级(1-10μm)MoS2粉末(纯度大于98.5%),产自Acros Organics公司(CAS号:1317-33-5)。
h-MoS2纳米片的原位制备实现了单步制备(无需对在预剥离液体介质中生产的h-MoS2纳米片进行干燥和分离步骤)。更有利的是,原位处理需要较低浓度的h-MoS2纳米片(与文献中的方法相比),以获得改善的性能、改善的稳定性并减少磨损和摩擦。
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物还可以包含聚亚烷基二醇。
聚亚烷基二醇(表示"PAG")可选自水溶性聚亚烷基二醇。
术语"水溶性"是指在环境温度(约25℃)下,聚亚烷基二醇在水中的溶解度至少为10g/L,优选至少为500g/L。
聚亚烷基二醇尤其可以由C1-C4,优选是C1-C3,尤其是C2-C3环氧烷单元组成。
有利的是,用于根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物中的聚亚烷基二醇优选包含至少50%(按重量计),尤其是至少80%(按重量计),更优选至少90%(按重量计)的环氧丙烷和/或环氧乙烷单元。它可以是环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷无规共聚物。
优选地,根据ASTMD445标准,用于根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物中的聚亚烷基二醇在100℃时测得的运动粘度(KV100)在100至5000mm2/s之间,尤其是在150至3000mm2/s之间。
优选地,根据ASTMD445标准,用于根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物中的聚亚烷基二醇在40℃时的运动粘度(KV40)在500至30,000mm2/s之间,尤其是在1,000至25,000mm2/s之间。
用于根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物中的聚亚烷基二醇的闪点优选大于或等于160℃,尤其是大于或等于220℃。闪点可根据ISO 2592或ASTM D92测量。优选地,根据ASTMD2270标准测量的用于根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物中的聚亚烷基二醇的粘度指数优选在100到800之间,优选在250到550之间。
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物还可以包含与水溶液相容的各种添加剂。
有利的是,添加剂以可溶于水或可乳化于水的形式使用,例如以盐或离子液体的形式。
当然,所述添加剂应根据水性润滑剂的预期用途进行选择。
当然,本领域技术人员在选择可选添加剂和/或其用量时应注意,根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物的有利特性,尤其是摩擦学特性,尤其是减少摩擦和保护部件免受磨损的特性,不会因所设想的添加剂而改变。
这些添加剂尤其可选自消泡剂、杀菌剂、pH值调节剂、腐蚀抑制剂、抗磨损和/或极压剂、螯合剂、金属钝化剂、着色剂、分散剂、乳化剂及其混合物。有利的是,根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含一种或多种添加剂,这些添加剂选自消泡剂、极压剂、腐蚀抑制剂、pH值调节剂、金属钝化剂、着色剂及其混合物。
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物,相对于组合物的总重量而言,尤其可包含0.1至10%(按重量计)的添加剂,尤其是1.0至8.0%(按重量计)的添加剂。
腐蚀抑制剂
根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物可以包含至少一种腐蚀抑制剂。腐蚀抑制剂可有利地减少甚至防止金属部件的腐蚀。所述腐蚀抑制剂的性质可根据需要防止腐蚀的金属(如铝、钢、镀锌钢、黄色金属,例如铜或黄铜)来选择。
在无机腐蚀抑制剂中,可提及亚硝酸盐、亚硫酸盐、硅酸盐、硼酸盐、钠、钾、钙或镁磷酸盐、碱金属磷酸盐、氢氧化物、钼酸盐、硫酸锌、镁或镍。
在有机腐蚀抑制剂中,可提及烷醇胺(如三乙醇胺)、脂肪族一元羧酸,尤其是具有4至15个碳原子(如辛酸)、具有4至15个碳原子的脂肪族二元羧酸(如癸二酸、十一烷二酸、十二烷二酸或其混合物)、可用三乙醇胺中和的多元羧酸,如1,3,5-三嗪-2,4,6-三(6-氨基己酸)、烷酰氨基羧酸,尤其是异壬酰氨基己酸,以及它们的混合物。也可以使用硼酸酰胺、胺或氨基醇与硼酸反应的产物。
相对于组合物总重量,根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物可尤其包括0.1%至5.0%(按重量计)的腐蚀抑制剂,优选为0.5%至4.0%(按重量计),更优选为1.0%至2.5%(按重量计)。
抗磨损/极压剂
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可包含至少一种抗磨损和/或极压剂。它们的作用是降低磨损和摩擦系数,或通过在金属表面形成一层吸附在这些表面的保护膜来防止金属与金属之间的接触。
抗磨损添加剂种类繁多,其中可提及的有磷硫添加剂,如金属烷基硫代磷酸盐或其盐类。胺磷酸盐也是抗磨添加剂,可用于本发明的组合物中。
不提供磷的添加剂也可适用,例如多硫化物,尤其是含硫烯烃。
在适用于本发明的极压剂中,可提及水溶性极压剂,如2,5-二巯基-1,3,4-噻二唑(DMTD)或其盐类之一,尤其是二钠盐(NaDMTD)。
相对于组合物总质量,根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物可包含0.01%至10%(按重量计)的抗磨损和/或极压剂,优选为0.5%至5.0%(按重量计)。
消泡剂
根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物可包含至少一种消泡剂。消泡剂有助于防止润滑油起泡。例如,它可以是一种基于聚硅氧烷或丙烯酸酯聚合物的消泡剂。
优选地,消泡剂选自三维硅氧烷。消泡剂也可以是极性聚合物,如聚甲基硅氧烷或聚丙烯酸酯。
尤其是,相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量,根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可包含0.001%至3.0%(按重量计)的消泡剂,优选0.005%至1.5%(按重量计),更优选0.01%至1.0%(按重量计)。
pH调节剂
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含至少一种pH值调节剂,尤其是碱性缓冲剂。pH值调节剂可以使润滑剂组合物保持所需的pH值,尤其是为了保持碱性pH值(优选在8-11之间),尤其是为了防止金属表面腐蚀。pH值调节剂可以选自胺,尤其是烷醇胺和氨基醇。
pH值调节剂尤其可以是一种选自乙醇胺,如单乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA);二甘醇胺(DGA)异丙醇胺,如单异丙醇胺(MIPA)、二异丙醇胺(DIPA)和三异丙醇胺(TIPA);乙烯胺,如乙二胺(EDA)、二乙烯三胺(DETA)、三乙烯四胺(TETA)和四乙烯五胺(TEPA);链烷醇胺,如甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA);环胺,如环己胺、2-氨基-2-乙基-1,3-丙二醇、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇及其混合物的pH值调节剂。
相对于所述组合物的总重量,根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物尤其可包含0.1%至10%(按重量计)的pH值调节剂,优选0.5%至5.0%(按重量计)。
金属钝化剂
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含至少一种金属钝化剂。金属钝化剂通过促进金属零件表面金属氧化物的形成来保护金属零件。

染料
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含一种或多种染料。染料可以是天然染料或合成染料,一般为有机染料。
可用于水性润滑剂组合物的染料尤其可以选自天然或合成的水溶性染料,例如染料FDC红4、DC红6、DC红22、DC红28、DC红30、DC红33、DC橙4、DC黄5、DC黄6、DC黄8、FDC绿3、DC绿5、FDC蓝1、甜菜苷(甜菜)、胭脂红、叶绿素、亚甲基蓝、花青素(鹅掌楸苷、黑胡萝卜苷和芙蓉苷)、焦糖和核黄素。
相对于所述组合物的总重量,根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物可包含0.01%至2.0%(按重量计)的染料,优选0.01%至1.5%(按重量计),更优选0.02%至1.0%(按重量计)。
乳化剂
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含一种或多种乳化剂,也称为乳化剂。它们的作用是在水中生成稳定的乳状液。乳化剂尤其可以是非离子型的,例如乙氧基化脂肪醇、乙氧基化脂肪酸、乙氧基化脂肪酰胺;阴离子型的,例如KOH皂、NaOH皂;磺酸盐;阳离子型的乳化剂,例如季铵化合物;或者是水溶性或可乳化的羧酸酯。
尤其是,相对于润滑剂组合物的总重量,根据本发明的水性润滑剂组合物可包含0.01%至10%(按重量计)的乳化剂,优选0.1%至5.0%(按重量计)。
螯合剂
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含至少一种螯合剂。螯合剂也称为螯合剂,可以限制组合物中金属离子的结垢。
作为螯合剂的实例,可提及那些从膦酸和膦酸盐中提取的螯合剂,如二亚乙基三胺五甲基膦酸(DTPMPA)、氨基三(亚甲基膦酸)(ATMP)、酸性羟乙基二膦酸(HEDP)、1-羟基亚乙基1,1-二膦酸盐、2-羟基乙胺二(亚甲基膦酸)(HEAMBP)、二亚乙基三氨基五(亚甲基膦酸)(DTMP),多功能有机酸和羟基酸,如乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、蝶酰-L-谷氨酸(PGLU),有机多元酸,如马来酸和聚天冬氨酸、多糖和碳水化合物,如菊粉、羧甲基菊粉和羧甲基壳聚糖。
相对于所述组合物的总重量,根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可包含0.001%至2.0%(按重量计)的螯合剂,优选0.01%至1.0%(按重量计)。
杀菌剂和杀真菌剂
根据本发明的润滑剂组合物可以包含至少一种杀菌剂和/或杀真菌剂。杀菌剂和杀真菌剂可用于限制润滑油中细菌、真菌和酵母菌的繁殖,从而提高组合物的生物稳定性。
这些杀菌剂可选自对羟基苯甲酸酯、醛类、活性乙酰丙酮化合物、异噻唑啉酮类、酚类化合物、酸盐、卤化化合物、季铵盐、某些醇类及其混合物。

优选地,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量,根据本发明的润滑剂组合物包含小于5wt%的非水溶性油,优选小于2wt%,更优选小于1wt%。优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物不包含非水溶性油。
非水溶性油是指在室温(约25℃)下基本不溶于水的油。尤其是非水溶性油在室温(约25℃)下的水溶性小于0.2g/L。这种油例如是API分类(或ATIEL分类中的等效分类)中I至V组的润滑基础油及其混合物。
本发明还涉及一种用于制备根据本发明润滑剂组合物的方法,包括以下步骤:
-在含有甘油的水溶液中加入块状MoS2颗粒;
-对块状MoS2颗粒进行液相剥离;
-离心去除未剥离的块状MoS2颗粒。
本发明还涉及一种在水溶液中制备h-MoS2纳米片的方法,包括以下步骤:
-在含有甘油的水溶液中加入块状MoS2颗粒;
-对块状MoS2颗粒进行液相剥离;
-离心去除未剥离的块状MoS2颗粒。
水、甘油和h-MoS2纳米片为如上所述的。
有利的是,原位处理可以直接获得分散在水溶液中并用甘油稳定的h-MoS2纳米片。
液相剥离可以通过技术人员已知的任何方法进行,优选使用大功率尖端超声器或高剪切转子。
优选地,液相剥离在较短时间内进行,优选是4到8小时。
离心步骤可以通过本领域技术人员已知的任何方法进行,优选使用高速旋转的离心机,例如Thermo Scientific Sorvall Legend XT。
优选地,离心时间为1到4小时,转速为1000到10000rpm。
本发明还涉及一种根据本发明的润滑剂组合物在机械***的机械部件润滑中的用途,所述机械部件优选是齿轮、轴承和传动装置,尤其是汽车齿轮和传动装置,例如电动汽车减速器和工业齿轮和轴承,尤其是手动变速箱。优选地,使用本发明的组合物能减少磨损和摩擦。
本发明还涉及一种用于润滑机械***的机械部件的方法,所述机械部件优选是齿轮、轴承和传动装置,尤其是汽车齿轮和传动装置,例如电动汽车减速器和工业齿轮和轴承,尤其是手动变速箱,包括将机械***的机械部件,优选是汽车传动装置,尤其是手动变速箱,与根据本发明的润滑剂组合物接触。

实施例
针盘摩擦仪测量
使用针盘高温摩擦仪(CSM Instruments THT)对配方的润滑性能进行了研究。
该测量在以下条件下进行:
-负载值:5-10N;
-滑动速度:1-4cm/s;
-温度:在室温(25℃)下进行测量;
-圆盘表面:润滑剂在Optimal Instruments的100Cr6钢盘(直径24mm×厚度7.9mm)上进行测试,供应商提供的洛氏硬度C为60±2HRC,平均粗糙度Ra=0.046μm±0.003μm,实测硬度为66±1HRC,高于供应商提供的数值。
-钢球特性:用于针盘摩擦学测量的钢球为100Cr6(直径6mm),购自Anton Paar,供应商提供的硬度值为60-66HRC,平均粗糙度Ra<0.032μm。测量的硬度为68±1HRC,高于供应商提供的硬度值。
磨损分析
通过光学显微镜(Leica DM4000M)和共聚焦显微镜(Leica DCM3D)对针盘摩擦学测量后的100Cr6钢盘和钢球表面进行检查,以评估不同配方润滑的两个接触面的磨损情况。根据磨损痕迹的半径,利用计算球形盖体积的公式估算出球的磨损体积损失。
稳定性
稳定性是指没有观测到沉积并保持摩擦学性能的时间。
实施例1:制备润滑剂组合物
在一定体积的甘油水溶液中,使用大功率尖端超声器(Dr.Hielscher UP 400S,在最高振幅和频率下)对微米级MoS2粉末(4mg/mL)(99%,Acros Organics)进行液相剥离4至8小时,从而制得MoS2纳米片的水溶液。使用的体积从30mL至100mL不等。通过离心(ThermoScientific Sorvall Legend XT,1至4小时,3500rpm)将未剥离的MoS2作为沉淀物除去后,纳米级MoS2纳米片作为剥离过程的产物直接分散在水性润滑剂中。可以通过改变超声时间和离心速度及时间的方式来调整MoS2纳米片的最终浓度,即超声时间越长、离心速度和时间越短,浓度越高。
实施例2:摩擦学测量
使用65mL样品中的1mL样品进行上述摩擦学测量。在66HRC 100CR6钢盘上进行针盘试验,试验条件如下:温度为60℃,载荷为10N,滑动速度为1cm/s,滑动距离为72m。
测试结果表明,本发明的组合物具有显著的抗磨损能力。
Claims (12)
1.一种润滑剂组合物,包括:
-水,尤其是纯净水,例如超纯水、去矿物质水、渗透水、去离子水;
-甘油;
-h-MoS2纳米片,"h"是指MoS2的六方相,其中,基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量,h-MoS2纳米片的活性含量为0.01至0.07wt%,优选0.02至0.06wt%;
其中,h-MoS2纳米片是通过块状MoS2颗粒的液相剥离在润滑剂组合物中原位获得的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中,基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量,h-MoS2纳米片的活性含量在0.02至0.06wt%之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中,基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量,包含至少20wt%的甘油,优选20至75wt%,更优选30至50wt%的甘油。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的组合物,其中,所述水为纯净水,优选超纯水、去矿物质水、渗透水、去离子水。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的组合物,基于所述润滑剂组合物的总重量,包含超过35wt%的水,优选35至80wt%,更优选35至75wt%的水。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的组合物,其中,液相剥离在4至8小时的较短时间内进行。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的组合物,其中,液相剥离后以1000至10000rpm的转速离心1至4小时。
8.用于制备根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的润滑剂组合物的方法,包括以下步骤:
-在含有甘油的水溶液中加入块状MoS2颗粒;
-对块状MoS2颗粒进行液相剥离;
-离心去除未剥离的块状MoS2颗粒。
9.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的润滑剂组合物用于机械***的机械部件的润滑,优选是用于减少磨损和摩擦中的用途。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用途,用于齿轮、轴承和传动装置,尤其是汽车齿轮和传动装置,例如电动汽车减速器和工业齿轮和轴承的润滑。
11.用于减少机械***的机械部件的磨损和摩擦的方法,包括使机械***的机械部件与权利要求1至7中任一项所述的润滑剂组合物接触。
12.根据权利要求11的方法,用于减少齿轮、轴承和传动装置,尤其是汽车齿轮和传动装置,例如电动汽车减速器和工业齿轮和轴承的磨损和摩擦。
