Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous technical effects to be solved by the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and a plurality of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples are intended for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
First, the description of the background section of the invention may be recalled or recalled for ease of understanding. In order to be able to dynamically adjust the illumination time of the illumination lamp and to better match the actual situation, the invention provides a method for controlling the illumination in a washing care room of a washing care device. Before beginning the description, it is noted that for convenience, directional terms or directional terms may be used herein with respect to the state of normal use of the laundry care device, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art from the description of the present invention, without confusion. In this case, the azimuth term and the direction term should not be interpreted simply as azimuth or direction in any state.
Fig. 1 schematically shows a perspective view of a washing care apparatus, for example a drum washing machine, the washing care apparatus 1 comprising a washing care chamber 11, for example a drum. For simplicity, the door for closing the washing care chamber 11 is not shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 2 shows a flow chart of a method for controlling the illumination within the washing care room 11 of the washing care device 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method at least comprises the following steps: s1) based on the trigger signal, initially setting the illumination residual time and starting the illumination in the washing care room 11; s2) judging whether the illumination residual time needs to be prolonged or not when the illumination residual time is smaller than the residual time threshold value; and S3) in the case that the illumination residual time needs to be prolonged, the illumination residual time is prolonged. In this way, the illumination time in the washing care room 11 can be dynamically adjusted to meet the actual needs. Meanwhile, by adopting the mode of initially setting the illumination remaining time (countdown), unnecessary waste and loss of the illumination lamp per se caused by unnecessary normally-on illumination in the washing and nursing chamber 11 are avoided. In other words, the washing care device of the present invention can "adherently" extend the illumination time when needed by the user, and eventually end when not needed.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the initial setting of the illumination remaining time is performed within the respective controller, which may be implemented by a timer, for example. Upon a trigger signal, the timer is reset to an initial value and begins counting down. In particular, the initial value of the illumination remaining time may be fixed, for example 300 seconds.
The basic idea of the invention is described above. To more clearly or more fully present the invention, fig. 3 shows a flow chart of a method according to a more specific exemplary embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 3, at step S0, the trigger signal is generated as a start, for example, opening a door. It is generally only necessary when the door is opened from the closed state that means that the illumination lamp needs to be turned on. In particular, the trigger signal may be generated by providing a sensor to detect the opening motion of the door. It will of course be appreciated that the generation of the trigger signal is not limited thereto, as desired.
At step S1-1, the illumination remaining time T is initially set based on the trigger signal, and at step S1-2, the illumination lamp is turned on and the countdown of the illumination remaining time T is started. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that although steps S1-1 and S1-2 are shown separately in fig. 3, they may actually occur simultaneously, as may other steps, which are not described in detail below.
Then, at step S2-1, it may be determined whether the illumination remaining time is equal to or less than a remaining time threshold T0, for example, 10 seconds. If the illumination remaining time is still greater than the remaining time threshold T0, the process returns to step S1-2 while the illumination lamp remains on and the countdown continues. Otherwise, the process proceeds to step S2-2 to start a process of judging whether or not the illumination remaining time needs to be prolonged. Specifically, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is determined whether the illumination remaining time needs to be extended by detecting at least one parameter, which is automatically performed by the controller, and the determination is automatically performed by the controller. In particular, such parameter detection is mainly used for determining whether a user is facing and/or is about to operate the washing care device 1. In other words, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is determined whether the illumination remaining time needs to be prolonged based on the possibility that the user is facing and/or is about to operate the washing care device 1, in particular the washing care room 11.
In order to improve reliability and accuracy of the determination, as shown in fig. 3, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, at steps S2-3-S2-9, a plurality of detections are performed, respectively.
For example, at step S2-3, it is detected by the radar sensor whether the user is within the operation area of the washing care device 1. If the user is washing the care device 1 in front of (i.e. in the operating area) this will normally be active, which can be detected by means of the radar sensor. The specific boundaries of the operating region may be preset, for example, the detection capability of the radar sensor itself may be taken into account in the setting.
For example, at step S2-4, it is detected by the ultrasonic sensor whether the user is within the operation region of the washing care device 1.
For example, at step S2-5, it is detected by the infrared sensor whether the user is within the operation area of the washing care device 1.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the three steps S2-3, S2-4, S2-5 are all for detecting whether the user is washing the care appliance 1. If none of the users is in front of the washing and care device 1, it is stated that a high probability that the user may not be operating the washing and care device 1. For example, the laundry in the drum has been taken out and the user leaves the laundry care device 1.
For example, at step S2-6, it is judged whether the washing care room 11 is being operated by the user by an acceleration sensor for detecting vibration of the washing care room 11. When the user operates the washing care chamber 11, for example, when taking laundry from the inside of the washing care chamber 11, vibration of the washing care chamber 11 is necessarily touched.
For example, at step S2-7, it is judged whether the washing care room 11 is being operated by the user by a displacement sensor for detecting the movement (rotation) of the washing care room 11. It will be appreciated that when the user operates the washing and care compartment 11, the washing and care compartment 11 will also tend to be moved.
For example, at step S2-8, it is judged whether the washing care chamber 11 is being operated by the user by a back electromotive force sensor for detecting the back electromotive force of the driving motor of the washing care chamber 11. Due to the principle of the rotating electric machine, if the washing care room 11 is rotated by the user's operation in the power-off shutdown state of the rotating electric machine, a counter electromotive force is generated, which can be detected by the corresponding sensor.
For example, at step S2-9, it is judged whether the washing care room 11 is being operated or is to be operated by the user by an optical sensor for detecting a change in light characteristics within the washing care room 11. It will be appreciated that when the user operates the washing care chamber 11, the arm, hand, other part of the body or the laundry taken at least temporarily affects, for example, the light of the illumination lamp, thereby changing the light characteristics in the washing care chamber 11.
It can be seen that steps S2-6, S2-7, S2-8, S2-9 utilize different sensors to determine from multiple angles or aspects whether the laundry care chamber 11 is being operated or is to be operated by a user. Of course, the invention is not limited thereto. For example, it is also possible to determine whether the user is to operate the washing care room 11 by a laundry detection sensor for detecting whether laundry is present in the washing care room 11. When laundry remains, the user operates the laundry care chamber 11 again with a high probability. The laundry detecting sensor may be, for example, a weight sensor, an optical sensor, or the like.
In addition, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the light condition of the environment in which the washing and care device 1 is located can be used to assist in determining whether the illumination of the illumination lamp needs to be prolonged, and even to assist in determining whether the illumination lamp needs to be turned on. For example, in principle, if the environment in which the washing care device 1 is located is very bright, it is even possible to not illuminate the illumination lamp, or to not extend the illumination of the illumination lamp. This further improves the intelligence of the washing care device.
In the above, how to determine whether or not to lengthen the illumination of the illumination lamp is described by way of a plurality of examples, but the present invention is obviously not limited thereto, and any other suitable manner may be adopted. Advantageously, however, the washing care device 1 is generally itself equipped with sensors of the type described above, so that no additional cost effort is required.
Theoretically, although it is possible to determine whether or not the illumination of the illumination lamp needs to be prolonged by means of one sensor alone or one sensor, this may not be reliable. For example, when it is detected by the radar sensor that the user is within the operating area of the washing and care device 1, it does not mean that the user has to operate the washing and care device 1, in particular its washing and care chamber 11, perhaps only has to pass in front of the washing and care device 1.
Thus, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of sensors and/or a plurality of different types of sensors detect a plurality of parameters and/or a plurality of parameters are integrated to determine whether an extended illumination residual time is required. In other words, it is determined whether or not it is necessary to lengthen the illumination remaining time while considering the detection results of a plurality of sensors, particularly, a plurality of different types of sensors, so that the reliability of the determination can be greatly improved.
For this purpose, as shown in fig. 3, at step S2-10, the detection results of the plurality of sensors and/or the plurality of sensors are comprehensively analyzed, i.e., fusion processed. After step S2-10, the process proceeds to step S2-11 to determine whether the illumination remaining time needs to be prolonged according to the fusion result. If yes, go to step S3 to lengthen the illumination remaining time. If not, returning to the step S1-2, enabling the illuminating lamp to be continuously lightened at the current residual time, and then entering the next cycle. For this reason, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to cyclically detect whether or not the illumination remaining time needs to be extended within the remaining time even though the illumination remaining time is not extended, to extend the illumination remaining time in time when needed. In other words, the detection is repeated a plurality of times within the last remaining time, for example, the last 10 seconds, to determine whether or not it is necessary to lengthen the illumination remaining time.
If the illumination remaining time is prolonged, when the illumination remaining time is less than or equal to the remaining time threshold T0 again, a detection may be performed to determine whether the illumination remaining time needs to be prolonged. For this reason, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, it is determined whether or not the illumination remaining time needs to be extended and the illumination remaining time is extended in the case where the illumination remaining time needs to be extended every time the illumination remaining time is smaller than the remaining time threshold.
In the above, it is described that the reliability of judgment is improved by comprehensively analyzing the detection results of a plurality of and/or a plurality of sensors. When it is judged that the lighting remaining time needs to be prolonged, the lighting remaining time is prolonged for a predetermined period of time. However, the time period of each extension may also be correlated with the reliability of the determination that the illumination remaining time needs to be extended, that is, the higher the reliability is, the higher the possibility that the illumination remaining time does need to be extended is, in which case the longer the extension is, the lower the reliability is, the possibility that erroneous determination is made, and a relatively shorter extension may be given. To this end, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, an extended period of time is determined based on reliability that determines that an extended illumination remaining time is required.
The judgment reliability is related to the detection results of the plurality of sensors and also to the characteristics of the output signals of the respective sensors. For example, when the infrared sensor outputs a stronger detection signal, the possibility of erroneous judgment is low and it is explained that the user is closer to the washing care device 1, and therefore, the signal characteristics output by the respective sensors reflect not only the presence or absence but also the reliability of the presence or absence, and for this reason, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the reliability of judging that the illumination remaining time needs to be prolonged is determined at least in combination with the signal characteristics output at the time of detection of the sensor, for example, the signal intensity, and whether or how much the illumination remaining time is prolonged is determined based on the reliability. As described above, the lower the reliability, the shorter the illumination remaining time is prolonged. Reliability may be characterized by a confidence level.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that a model may be established for determining whether or not the illumination remaining time needs to be extended, the input parameter of the model being the output parameter of the sensor, the model may output the determination result of whether or not the illumination remaining time needs to be extended and/or how long the illumination time needs to be extended based on the output parameter of the sensor.
The above has discussed the possibility that detection may be made by some sensors to determine that the user is operating or is about to operate the washing care device 1. Their placement is also a consideration in order to improve the accuracy of the detection.
For example, according to one exemplary embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the radar sensor, the ultrasonic sensor, and the infrared sensor may be provided in the front surface of the washing care apparatus 1 or in or on the washing care room 11. Furthermore, the optical sensor may be provided in or on the washing care room 11.
Although the illumination of the lamp may need to be prolonged, it is also necessary to ensure that it is turned off when appropriate. For this reason, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, when a predetermined lighting termination condition is satisfied, lighting within the washing care room 11 is terminated.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the predetermined lighting termination condition includes at least one of: the illumination remaining time is decremented to zero, the door is closed, the total extension time has reached a predetermined upper limit and the corresponding closing switch is actively triggered. For example, a turn-off switch may be provided to enable the user to actively turn off the illumination of the illumination lamp according to the situation.
Turning back to fig. 1, the washing care device 1 may further comprise a controller 12, said controller 12 being configured to be able to at least assist in performing the method described in any of the embodiments described above.
The invention also relates to a computer program product, e.g. a computer readable program carrier, comprising or storing computer program instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, are capable of at least assisting in performing the method according to any of the embodiments described above.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure, even where only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The characteristic examples provided in the present disclosure are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless a different expression is explicitly made. In a specific implementation, the features may be combined with each other where technically feasible according to actual requirements. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
