when the positioning rod (12) moves, the positioning rod (12) can move along the correction guide rod (22) by utilizing the inclined structure of the driven groove (27) and carrying the driven plate (26) and the correction piece (23); when the correcting piece (23) moves along the correcting guide rod (22), the correcting piece (23) can push the two ends of the saw blade (28).
9. A method of operating an automatic tooth divider for saw blades according to any one of claims 1-8, comprising the steps of:
firstly, placing a saw blade (28) in a tooth separating holder (20), and then starting a tooth separating cylinder (2), so that the tooth separating cylinder (2) moves along a guide chute (16) with a connecting plate (19) and a connecting piece (17), wherein a transmission column (18) on the connecting piece (17) can move inwards along a tooth separating chute (4) by utilizing an inclined structure of a transmission groove (7);
in the process that the tooth dividing sliding seat (5) moves inwards along the tooth dividing sliding groove (4), the positioning rod (12) can drive the driven plate (26), the fixing rod (25) and the correcting piece (23) to move inwards along the correcting guide rod (22) by utilizing the inclined structure of the driven groove (27), so that the correcting piece (23) pushes the saw blade (28) to the central position, and then the positioning disc (15) at the inner end of the positioning rod (12) can penetrate through the penetrating groove (21) to clamp the saw blade (28);
thirdly, after the saw blade (28) is clamped by the positioning disc (15), when the tooth dividing sliding seat (5) moves inwards continuously, the tooth dividing piece (11) on the tooth dividing sliding seat (5) can realize staggered tooth dividing on teeth of the saw blade (28), after tooth dividing is finished, the corresponding structure is restored through the tooth dividing cylinder (2), then the saw blade (28) with the tooth dividing is removed, a new saw blade (28) is replaced, and repeated work is continued.
