The intelligent recognition system for the regional license plate is characterized by comprising a base, a lane machine body, a barrier gate rod, a first camera, a second camera, a mounting rod and a self-checking mechanism, wherein the lane machine body, the barrier gate body and the mounting rod are arranged on the top surface of the base, the mounting rod is positioned on two sides of the base, the lane machine body and the barrier gate body are positioned between the mounting rods, the first camera and the second camera are respectively arranged on the mounting rod, the first camera and the second camera are respectively oriented in the direction far away from the lane machine body, the barrier gate rod is arranged on the side wall of the barrier gate body and extends to the outer side of the base, the first camera is used for collecting license plate images in front of a vehicle, the second camera is used for collecting license plate images behind the vehicle, and the lane machine body judges the region according to the colors of the license plate images collected by the first camera and the second camera; the self-checking mechanism comprises an electric sliding table, a reciprocating plate, a moving main body, a displacement mechanism, bearing plates, mounting plates, a display screen, a shielding curtain, supporting rods and electric push rods, wherein the electric sliding table is arranged on the top surface of a base, a rotor of the electric sliding table is connected with the middle of the bottom surface of the reciprocating plate, the moving main body moves on the top surface of the reciprocating plate, the displacement mechanism is arranged on the top surface of the moving main body and is used for driving the bearing plates to move in multiple directions, the mounting plates are arranged on the bearing plates, the display screen is arranged on two sides of the mounting plates and is used for displaying license plate pictures with different colors, the electric push rods are oppositely arranged on the mounting plates and are positioned on two sides of the display screen, an output shaft of the electric sliding table is connected with the bottom surfaces of two ends of the supporting rods, and the shielding curtain is arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting rods; the lane machine main body is electrically connected with the barrier gate main body, the first camera, the second camera, the electric sliding table, the moving main body, the displacement mechanism, the display screen and the electric push rod respectively.

The regional license plate intelligent recognition system according to claim 1, wherein the moving body comprises a moving box, a double-shaft motor and a driving wheel, the top surface of the reciprocating plate is provided with a track groove, the bottom surface of the moving box is located in the track groove, the driving wheel is arranged on two sides of the moving box, the bottom surface of the driving wheel is in butt joint with the bottom surface of the track groove, the double-shaft motor is arranged inside the moving box, an output shaft of the double-shaft motor extends out of the moving box and is connected with the driving wheel, the lane machine body is electrically connected with the double-shaft motor, and the displacement mechanism is arranged on the top surface of the moving box.
