Specifically, the receiving time information in the encoded information refers to time information of receiving user data by the storage system, and the time required from the receiving of the user data by the storage system to the completion of encoding of the user data is short, so that the time is ignored, the timing of the encoding of the user data is started, the timing duration corresponding to each encoded information is obtained, namely, the waiting time for waiting for customer service to reply is indicated, the waiting time is compared with a preset reply time threshold in real time, and if the waiting time is greater than the preset reply time threshold, the user data corresponding to the waiting time is cached in a time threshold storage space.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, in step S50, based on the customer service reply instruction, a user data elimination instruction is triggered, which specifically includes:

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of when executing the computer program:
acquiring storage capacity information of a storage system for storing user data and coding rule information for coding the user data;
dividing a storage space of a storage system according to the storage capacity information to obtain a first-level storage space, wherein the first-level storage space comprises a user data storage space, a time threshold storage space and a code storage space;
acquiring user data, encoding the user data according to encoding rule information, and acquiring corresponding encoding information of each user data, wherein the encoding information is used for ordering the user data;
storing the coded information in a corresponding coded storage space, and triggering a customer service reply instruction according to the coded information and preset coded storage logic information;
and triggering a user data elimination instruction based on the customer service reply instruction.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
Acquiring storage capacity information of a storage system for storing user data and coding rule information for coding the user data;
dividing a storage space of a storage system according to the storage capacity information to obtain a first-level storage space, wherein the first-level storage space comprises a user data storage space, a time threshold storage space and a code storage space;
acquiring user data, encoding the user data according to encoding rule information, and acquiring corresponding encoding information of each user data, wherein the encoding information is used for ordering the user data;
storing the coded information in a corresponding coded storage space, and triggering a customer service reply instruction according to the coded information and preset coded storage logic information;
and triggering a user data elimination instruction based on the customer service reply instruction.

user data are obtained, the user data are encoded according to the encoding rule information, and corresponding encoding information for ordering the user data of each user data is obtained;
storing the coded information in the corresponding coded storage space, and triggering a customer service reply instruction according to the coded information and preset coded storage logic information;
and triggering a user data elimination instruction based on the customer service reply instruction.
2. The customer service reply data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the dividing the storage space of the storage system according to the storage capacity information to obtain a first-level storage space for storing different information comprises:
unit information representing the basic unit data size of the user data is obtained, and the storage space of the storage system is divided according to the storage capacity information and the unit information to obtain a first-level storage space for storing different information.

The customer service reply data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining user data encodes the user data according to the encoding rule information to obtain corresponding encoding information for ordering the user data for each piece of user data, and specifically comprises:
acquiring user data, and encoding the user data according to the user data and the encoding rule information to acquire corresponding feature tag information of each piece of user data;
acquiring a user data type of the user data, and acquiring type label information of each user data according to the user data type;
and associating the characteristic tag information corresponding to each piece of user data with the type tag information to obtain corresponding coding information for ordering the user data of each piece of user data.
4. A customer service reply data processing method according to claim 3, wherein the obtaining user data, encoding the user data according to the encoding rule information, and obtaining corresponding feature tag information of each user data specifically includes:
Acquiring user data, and acquiring receiving time information and occupied space size information of the user data according to the user data;
and encoding the user data according to the occupied space size information and the encoding rule information to obtain corresponding characteristic tag information of each piece of user data, and associating the corresponding characteristic tag information of each piece of user data with the corresponding receiving time information.

The customer service reply data processing method according to claim 1, wherein the storing the encoded information in the corresponding encoded storage space, and triggering a customer service reply command according to the encoded information and a preset encoded storage logic information, specifically comprises:
storing the coding information in the corresponding coding storage space, and buffering the corresponding user data in the user data storage space according to the coding information and preset coding storage logic information;
and triggering a customer service reply instruction based on the user data cached in the user data storage space.
6. The customer service reply data processing method according to claim 5, further comprising, before the triggering of a customer service reply instruction based on the user data cached in the user data storage space:
Triggering a timing instruction according to the coding information;
based on the timing instruction, obtaining waiting time corresponding to each piece of coding information, comparing the waiting time with a preset recovery time threshold, and if the waiting time is larger than the preset recovery time threshold, buffering the user data corresponding to the waiting time in the time threshold storage space.
