In the manufacturing process, the first printing transparent layer 4 and the second printing transparent layer 5 are subjected to offset printing, common information printing, silk-screen anti-counterfeiting ink and gravure anti-counterfeiting patterns; the NFC chip is wound and butt-welded on the card substrate layer 1, and inlaid is formed through lamination; punching a first through groove 10 on the first printing transparent layer 4, punching a second through groove 11 on the second printing transparent layer 5, and mutually corresponding to the first through groove 10 on the first printing transparent layer 4 and the second through groove 11 on the second printing transparent layer 5; backfilling transparent materials in the first through groove 10 and the second through groove 11, and sequentially overlapping and fixing the first protective interlayer 8, the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer 6, the first printing transparent layer 4, the first perforation interlayer 2, the card substrate layer 1, the second perforation interlayer 3, the second printing transparent layer 5, the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer 7 and the second protective interlayer 9 together by using glue or a welding machine; laminating and fixing the first protective interlayer 8, the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer 6, the first printing transparent layer 4, the first perforation interlayer 2, the card substrate layer 1, the second perforation interlayer 3, the second printing transparent layer 5, the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer 7 and the second protective interlayer 9 together through a steel plate; punching the whole card obtained after lamination according to a preset size to obtain a single card; printing anti-counterfeiting ink and card basic information on the first printing transparent layer 4 and the second printing transparent layer 5 by using laser etching, and carrying out laser etching on the positions of the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer 6 and the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer 7 corresponding to the first through groove 10 and the second through groove 11; finally, pattern information is designated on the first protective interlayer 8 and the second protective interlayer 9 by color UV printing. According to the invention, the transparent materials are arranged in the first through groove 10 and the second through groove 11, so that when the positions of the anti-counterfeiting marks I on the cards are not uniform, the positions of the anti-counterfeiting marks I on the cards can be intuitively observed, and the detection efficiency of detection personnel on the anti-counterfeiting marks I on different cards is improved; the first protective interlayer 8 and the second protective interlayer 9 enable the card to have the functions of wear resistance and tamper resistance; the anti-counterfeiting ink is adopted to improve the anti-counterfeiting capacity of the card.

Claims (9)

1. The card convenient for anti-counterfeiting inspection is characterized by comprising a card substrate layer (1), a first perforation interlayer (2), a second perforation interlayer (3), a first printing transparent layer (4), a second printing transparent layer (5), a first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6), a second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7), a first protection interlayer (8) and a second protection interlayer (9);
the first perforation interlayer (2) is pressed on one side of the card substrate layer (1), and the first perforation interlayer (2) is provided with a first through groove (10); the second perforation interlayer (3) is pressed on the other side of the card substrate layer (1), and the second perforation interlayer (3) is provided with a second through groove (11);
the first printed transparent layer (4) is pressed on one side of the first perforated interlayer (2) far away from the card substrate layer (1), and the second printed transparent layer (5) is pressed on one side of the second perforated interlayer (3) far away from the card substrate layer (1);
the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6) is pressed on one side of the first printing transparent layer (4) far away from the first perforation interlayer (2); the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) is pressed on one side of the second printing transparent layer (5) far away from the second perforation interlayer (3); the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6) and/or the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) are/is etched with an anti-counterfeiting mark (I) by using laser; the anti-counterfeiting mark (I), the first through groove (10) and the second through groove (11) correspond to each other;
the first protection interlayer (8) is pressed on one side of the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6) far away from the first printing transparent layer (4), and the second protection interlayer (9) is pressed on one side of the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) far away from the second printing transparent layer (5).

The card convenient for anti-counterfeiting inspection according to claim 1, wherein the first perforation interlayer (2) and the second perforation interlayer (3) are respectively made of PC white films; the thickness of the first perforation interlayer (2) and the thickness of the second perforation interlayer (3) after lamination are 0.05mm;
the first through grooves (10) and the second through grooves (11) are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the card substrate layer (1);
the first through groove (10) is filled with transparent materials; the second through groove (11) is filled with transparent materials; the transparent material is made of acrylic material.

A card for facilitating anti-counterfeit inspection according to claim 2, characterized in that the card substrate layer (1) is formed with a third through slot (12), the first through slot (10) being conducted through the third through slot (12) and the second through slot (11); the third through groove (12) is also filled with transparent materials.
4. A card for facilitating security inspection according to claim 1, characterized in that the thickness of the card substrate layer (1) is 0.3mm; and the NFC chip is used for storing card identity information.

A card for facilitating anti-counterfeit inspection according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the first printed transparent layer (4) and the second printed transparent layer (5) are both 0.1mm, and the first printed transparent layer (4) and the second printed transparent layer (5) are both PC transparent films;
the first printing transparent layer (4) and the second printing transparent layer (5) are printed with appointed card public information and anti-counterfeiting ink.
6. The card convenient for anti-counterfeiting inspection according to claim 5, wherein the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6) and the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) are both made of PC white films.
7. A card for facilitating anti-counterfeit inspection according to claim 1, characterized in that the surfaces of the first protective barrier (8) and the second protective barrier (9) are printed with a specified pattern of information using colored UV.
8. A method of manufacturing a card for facilitating security inspection, comprising:
firstly, carrying out offset printing, common information printing, silk-screen anti-counterfeiting ink and gravure anti-counterfeiting patterns on a first printing transparent layer (4) and a second printing transparent layer (5);
the NFC chip is wound and butt-welded on the card substrate layer (1), and inlaid is formed through lamination;
punching a first through groove (10) on the first printing transparent layer (4), punching a second through groove (11) on the second printing transparent layer (5), and mutually corresponding to the first through groove (10) on the first printing transparent layer (4) and the second through groove (11) on the second printing transparent layer (5);
backfilling transparent materials in the first through groove (10) and the second through groove (11), and sequentially overlapping and fixing the first protective interlayer (8), the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6), the first printing transparent layer (4), the first perforation interlayer (2), the card substrate layer (1), the second perforation interlayer (3), the second printing transparent layer (5), the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) and the second protective interlayer (9) together;
laminating and fixing the first protective interlayer (8), the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6), the first printing transparent layer (4), the first perforation interlayer (2), the card substrate layer (1), the second perforation interlayer (3), the second printing transparent layer (5), the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) and the second protective interlayer (9) together through a steel plate;
punching the whole card obtained after lamination according to a preset size to obtain a single card;
printing anti-counterfeiting ink and card basic information on the first printing transparent layer (4) and the second printing transparent layer (5) by using laser etching, and carrying out laser etching on anti-counterfeiting marks (I) at positions of the first anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (6) and the second anti-counterfeiting mark seal cutting layer (7) corresponding to the first through groove (10) and the second through groove (11);
finally, the pattern information is designated on the first protective interlayer (8) and the second protective interlayer (9) through color UV printing.

The method for manufacturing a card for facilitating counterfeit detection according to claim 8, further comprising: punching a third through groove (12) on the card substrate layer (1), wherein the positions of the first through groove (10) on the first printing transparent layer (4), the third through groove (12) on the card substrate layer (1) and the second through groove (11) on the second printing transparent layer (5) are corresponding to each other; and backfilling transparent materials in the first through groove (10), the second through groove (11) and the third through groove (12).
