In the related art, when the battery power of the intelligent watch is exhausted, the intelligent watch is directly powered off; in some emergency situations, if the user cannot charge in time, the use of the user is affected.
Based on this, this application embodiment provides a technical scheme, and this technical scheme can realize the automatic charging of intelligent wrist-watch battery zero volt, promotes the performance of battery, and then guarantees the operating stability of intelligent wrist-watch.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a power supply system of a smart watch is shown in fig. 1, and the power supply system includes: battery, pre-charge module, charge control module and power supply control module. The battery is electrically connected with the pre-charging module, the charging control module and the power supply control module respectively, and the charging control module is electrically connected with the pre-charging module.
In some embodiments, when the battery is powered, the current output by the battery is output to each power module of the smart watch by the power control module.
In some embodiments, the charge control module may control the precharge module to output current to the battery while the battery is being charged. The charging control module can be electrically connected with an external power supply and controls the external power supply to output corresponding current to the battery, or the charging control module is a pre-charging module.
In some embodiments, the smart watch may adopt two charging modes, wired or wireless, and if wired charging is performed, connection between an external power supply and a battery is achieved through a wired charging module; the intelligent watch is provided with a charging connection port through the charging connection port and a corresponding charging connection line, and is connected with an external power supply. If the wireless charging is performed, the connection between the external power supply and the battery is realized through the wireless charging module, and the wireless charging module corresponds to the receiving coil and the transmitting coil so as to realize wireless charging. The specific charging connection modes involved can refer to the mature technology in the field, and are not described in detail herein.
In this embodiment of the present application, the pre-charging module may include a backup battery and a control module corresponding to the backup battery, where the control module corresponding to the backup battery may control the backup battery to output a corresponding current to charge the battery that is mainly used. The power of the backup battery is also limited, and the initial state of the backup battery can be full power, and after multiple uses, the backup battery can not provide a charging function, so that timely energy storage is also needed.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a method for automatically charging a battery of a smart watch at zero voltage is shown, which can be applied to the power supply system shown in fig. 1, for example, a charging control module therein. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 201, in response to detecting that the voltage of the battery of the smart watch is zero volt, the pre-charging module is controlled to charge the battery, and the first prompt message is displayed. The first prompt message is used for reminding a user to charge the intelligent watch.
In some embodiments, when the voltage of the battery of the smart watch is detected to be infinitely close to zero volt, the pre-charging module can be controlled to charge the battery, so that the smart watch is prevented from being directly powered off.
In some embodiments, the battery and the pre-charging module may be connected through a corresponding connection switch, and the pre-charging module may be controlled to charge the battery, which may be understood as closing the connection switch, and then the pre-charging module may start charging the battery. The connection switch may be in an off state when the precharge module is not required to charge the battery.
In some embodiments, the first prompt may be a vibration prompt, a voice prompt, a pop-up prompt, etc., and specifically what prompt form may be configured by the user.
After the first prompt message is displayed, the user may connect the smart watch to an external power source; it may be impossible to connect the smart watch to an external power source for various reasons. Therefore, there are a number of possible charging situations.
Therefore, the real-time electric quantity of the battery can be detected, whether the intelligent watch is connected with an external power supply or not can be detected, and the charging logic of the battery is reasonably configured according to two detection results. The real-time electric quantity of the battery can be detected by a corresponding sensor, for example: and detecting the output current of the battery and determining the electric quantity of the battery. Whether the intelligent watch is connected with an external power supply or not can be detected through corresponding detection modes of different charging modes, and the intelligent watch can be specifically referred to the mature technology in the field and is not described in detail herein.
Step 202, in response to detecting that the electric quantity of the battery reaches a preset electric quantity value and detecting that the intelligent watch is connected to an external power supply, determining a charging strategy according to a charging mode of the intelligent watch, charging information of the pre-charging module and charging information of the external power supply.
In some embodiments, the preset power value may be a low battery threshold of the smart watch, such as: 10 percent, 20 percent, etc.
The charging strategy comprises a first charging strategy of the battery and a second charging strategy of the pre-charging module, the charging information of the pre-charging module comprises information of at least two times of pre-charging of the battery by the pre-charging module, and the charging information of the external power supply comprises information of at least two times of charging of the battery by the external power supply.
In some embodiments, the charging information may include: charge amount, charge duration, output voltage, etc. At least two times, and may be the last two times; or more times.
In the embodiment of the present application, the output voltage may be understood as a voltage that is finally output to the battery when the external power source charges the battery, rather than an output voltage directly from the external power source. In the following embodiments, where the output voltage is referred to, unless otherwise specifically explained, it is understood that the voltage output from the external power source to the battery is understood.
The charging information of the pre-charging module can represent the condition that the pre-charging module charges the battery; the charging information of the external power supply can represent the condition that the external power supply charges the battery.
The first charging strategy, which may be understood as a strategy for charging the battery, includes an output voltage of an external power source, etc., which may be implemented by the charging control module. For example: and dividing the direct output voltage of the external power supply to obtain the output voltage of the external power supply for charging the battery.
The second charging strategy may be understood as a strategy for charging the pre-charging module or a strategy for charging the battery by the pre-charging module. The charging strategy may be implemented by a charging control module.
In this embodiment of the present application, the charging modes include a wired charging mode and a wireless charging mode, where the wired charging mode corresponds to a wired charging mode, and the wireless charging mode corresponds to a wireless charging mode.
As an alternative embodiment, step 202 includes: if the charging mode is a wired charging mode, determining whether an external power supply needs to charge the pre-charging module according to the charging information of the pre-charging module; if the external power supply needs to charge the pre-charging module, determining a first charging strategy according to charging information of the external power supply, wherein the first charging strategy comprises: the charging stage of the battery is divided into a first charging stage and a second charging stage, wherein in the first charging stage, the external power supply charges the battery by taking a first output voltage until the battery reaches a first target electric quantity, in the second charging stage, the external power supply charges the battery by taking a second output voltage until the battery reaches a full electric quantity, the second output voltage is smaller than the first output voltage, and the first output voltage is determined according to charging information of the external power supply; determining a second charging strategy according to the first charging strategy, wherein the second charging strategy comprises: in the second charging stage, the external power supply charges the precharge module with a third output voltage, which is determined according to the first output voltage and the second output voltage.
In some embodiments, if the charge amount reaches a preset maximum charge amount when the battery is charged last time in the charge information of the pre-charge module, it is determined that the external power supply needs to charge the pre-charge module. If the charge quantity does not reach the preset maximum charge quantity when the battery is charged for the last time, judging whether the accumulated charge quantity for charging the battery for the last time is larger than the maximum charge quantity, and if so, determining that the pre-charging module needs to be charged; otherwise, it is determined that no charging of the precharge module is required.
In some embodiments, the first target charge may be a demarcation charge value that initiates a safe charge, such as the aforementioned 90 percent.
In some embodiments, the second output voltage is less than the first output voltage, and the first output voltage is determined according to charging information of the external power source. In order to ensure the safety of the smart watch during charging, the first output voltage may be an average output voltage determined according to charging information of an external power supply, or a maximum output voltage determined according to charging information of the external power supply.
In some embodiments, the second output voltage may be determined according to a pre-configured safe charging policy in the smart watch and the first output voltage. By way of example, in smartwatches, secure charging policies are typically preconfigured, such as: after the smart watch is charged to 90 percent of its power, the charging speed is reduced. Therefore, before 90 percent of the electric quantity and after 90 percent of the electric quantity, the corresponding output voltages are different, and a preset proportional relation exists. Thus, the second output voltage can be determined based on the preset proportional relationship and the first output voltage.
In some embodiments, the first output voltage may be a sum of the third output voltage and the second output voltage. Therefore, the third output voltage can be determined by subtracting the second output voltage from the first output voltage.
In some embodiments, during the second charging phase, the external power source may charge the precharge module with the third output voltage at all times, or may charge only a portion of the time.
In some embodiments, in the second charging stage, to implement a corresponding charging strategy, the overall output voltage of the external power supply may be divided, then the second output voltage may be output to the battery, and the third output voltage may be output to the precharge module.
In some embodiments, if the external power source is not required to charge the pre-charging module, determining a first charging policy according to charging information of the external power source, the first charging policy includes: the external power supply charges the battery by taking the first output voltage until the battery reaches a second target electric quantity, wherein the second target electric quantity is larger than the first target electric quantity; determining a second charging strategy according to the first charging strategy, wherein the second charging strategy comprises: after the battery reaches the second target electric quantity, the pre-charging module charges the battery with an output voltage smaller than the second output voltage until the battery reaches the full electric quantity.
In this embodiment, since the precharge module does not need to be charged, the charging of the remaining amount of the battery can also be completed by the precharge module at a later stage.
In some embodiments, the second target power amount is greater than the first target power amount, for example: the first target electric quantity is 90 percent, and the second target electric quantity is 98 percent.
In some embodiments, the output voltage that is less than the second output voltage may be an output voltage that is capable of charging the battery from the second target charge to a full charge for a period of time. The certain time is, for example, 10 minutes, 5 minutes, or the like.
As another embodiment, step 202 includes: if the charging mode is a wireless charging mode, determining whether an external power supply needs to charge the pre-charging module according to the charging information of the pre-charging module; if the external power supply needs to charge the pre-charging module, determining a first charging strategy according to charging information of the external power supply, wherein the first charging strategy comprises: the external power supply charges the battery by taking the fourth output voltage until the battery reaches full capacity, and the fourth output voltage is determined according to charging information of the external power supply; determining a second charging strategy according to the first charging strategy, wherein the second charging strategy comprises: when the electric quantity of the battery reaches at least two intermediate electric quantities, the external power supply charges the pre-charging module for a first preset time period by taking a fifth output voltage, and the fifth output voltage is determined according to the fourth output voltage and the maximum output voltage of the external power supply.
In some embodiments, the implementation of determining whether the external power source needs to charge the pre-charge module may refer to the foregoing embodiments, and the description is not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the determination manner of the fourth output voltage may refer to the foregoing determination manner of the first output voltage, and will not be repeated herein.
It will be appreciated that since the charging rate of wireless charging is slower than that of wired charging, the battery may always be charged with the fourth output voltage. And, the external power supply of precharge module is shunted as little as possible.
In some embodiments, at least two intermediate amounts of electricity, for example: 20 percent, 40 percent, 60 percent, etc.
In some embodiments, the fifth output voltage may be the maximum output voltage minus the fourth output voltage.
In some embodiments, the first preset time period may be: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.
