In addition, it should be noted that, fig. 1 is only one application environment provided by the present disclosure, and in practical application, other application environments may also be included, which is not limited in this specification.
Specifically, the embodiment of the specification provides a supply chain financial warehouse goods registration method, which realizes warehousing and ex-warehouse of goods of a goods right person around a unique identifier of a goods management unit, and improves warehouse goods warehouse-in and warehouse-out efficiency. Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for registering goods in a financial warehouse of a supply chain according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The registration process by which the server 102 performs warehousing and processing of goods is described in this figure. The order of steps recited in the embodiments is merely one way of performing the order of steps and does not represent a unique order of execution. When a system or apparatus product in practice is executed, it may be executed sequentially or in parallel according to the method shown in the embodiments or the drawings. As shown in fig. 2 in particular, the method may be performed by the server 102, and may include:
step 201: after a warehouse-in person places goods in a goods management unit, acquiring goods right person information, and generating warehouse-in information according to the goods right person information and a warehouse-in mark;
Step 202: receiving goods information obtained by scanning the goods by the warehouse operator operation terminal, and adding the goods information into the warehouse information;
step 203: after the warehouse-in personnel scans all cargoes stacked on the cargo management unit, receiving unique identifiers of the cargo management unit scanned by the terminal operated by the warehouse-in personnel, finishing adding the cargo information in the warehouse-in information, and generating key values of the warehouse-in information according to the unique identifiers;
step 204: and storing the warehouse-in information and the key value.
When the ex-warehouse operator performs ex-warehouse on the goods, receiving the unique identifier scanned by the operation of the ex-warehouse operator by the terminal, generating a key value corresponding to the unique identifier, determining the warehouse-in information corresponding to the key value, checking the goods information of the goods ex-warehouse by the ex-warehouse operator and the corresponding goods right person information according to the warehouse-in information, and allowing the ex-warehouse operator to ex-warehouse the goods under the condition that the checking result is passed.
By using the embodiment of the specification, after goods are stacked on the goods management unit, a warehouse-in person can input goods right person information of the stacked goods to a system in charge of goods registration, and the system generates warehouse-in information according to the goods right person information and warehouse-in identification; then, the warehouse operator can operate the terminal to scan the goods stacked on the goods management unit to obtain goods information, and the system adds the obtained goods information into the warehouse information; after the warehousing personnel scans all the goods stacked on the goods management unit, the unique identification on the goods management unit is scanned again, after the system receives the scanned unique identification, the system indicates that the stacked goods on the goods management unit are packaged, so that the addition of the goods information in the warehousing information is finished, the key value of the warehousing information is generated according to the unique identification, and the warehousing information and the corresponding key value are stored. When the goods are delivered, a delivery person can scan the unique identifier of the goods management unit delivered through the terminal, and the system determines the warehousing information of the goods management unit delivered according to the key value generated by the unique identifier, so that the goods to be delivered on the goods management unit are checked.
In this embodiment of the present disclosure, the cargo management unit may also be a boarding box in a warehouse or the like, for storing warehoused cargo, or may be other devices in the warehouse, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present disclosure.
Before the method of the embodiments of the present description can be implemented, modifications to the cargo management unit are required. The financing unit of the supply chain financial financing business is set as a goods management unit, such as a tray, a coaming box and the like, and then a tag carrying a unique identification, such as a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code or RFID and the like is fixed on the goods management unit by means of gluing, screws or punching and the like. For a fixed location of the tag, it is required that the tag information can be read normally by the terminal of the warehouse-in person (e.g. PDA device) after the code is completed. The tag codes of the goods management units in the same warehouse are to be unique.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, taking a wooden pallet carrying an RFID tag as an example, the step of rebuilding the wooden pallet is completed by punching holes to drive and fix the RFID tag into the pallet at the edge side of the pallet.
Before shipping to a warehouse, the right of the cargo person needs to provide data such as right of the cargo person information, the cargo name, the lot number, the total weight of the cargo, the total number of the cargo, the production date, the shelf life, the cargo value, and the like. Specifically, the cargo weight person can record the information in the form of one-dimensional codes or two-dimensional codes and the like, paste the one-dimensional codes or the two-dimensional codes and the like on the cargo, so that a warehouse-in person can scan the one-dimensional codes or the two-dimensional codes and the like on the cargo through the PDA equipment to obtain the information of the cargo, and record the information of the cargo in the warehouse-in information.
Illustratively, the data structure of the binning information may be as shown in fig. 4. It should be noted that, the specific content of the warehouse-in information may be set according to the actual service requirement, and the embodiment of the present disclosure is not limited.
Since the goods are subjected to warehouse entry registration around the goods management unit in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the total number, total value, etc. of the goods on the goods management unit may be recorded, and at the time of shipment, the goods management unit for shipment may be determined according to the amount of money or the number of goods actually required. And then the ex-warehouse operator carries out ex-warehouse on the determined goods on the goods management unit.
During ex-warehouse, the ex-warehouse operator can scan the unique identifier of the goods management unit through the PDA equipment, the PDA equipment sends the unique identifier of the goods management unit to the server, and the server determines the warehouse-in information corresponding to the unique identifier of the goods management unit, so that the ex-warehouse operator can conveniently check the ex-warehouse according to the warehouse-in information on the goods management unit and the goods actually stacked on the goods management unit.
After verification passes and the shipment, the shipment personnel is allowed to shipment the goods. Meanwhile, the server can also generate ex-warehouse information according to the goods right person information and the ex-warehouse identification; and associating and storing the ex-warehouse information and the key value.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the shipment information may also be recorded around a unique identifier of the cargo management unit. Therefore, when searching for the warehouse-in information before the shipment, the warehouse-in information of the cargo management unit stored in the server 102 for the last time needs to be searched.
For example, the data structure of the outbound information may be as shown in fig. 5, and it should be noted that the specific content of the outbound information may also be set according to the actual service requirement, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In order to ensure the authenticity of the goods and to enable backtracking, according to one embodiment of the present description, the method further comprises, before the warehouse entry personnel place the goods on the goods management unit, as shown in fig. 6:
step 601: receiving checking information of the goods recorded by the warehouse-in personnel through the terminal;
step 602: and storing the checking information so as to facilitate the staff to trace back the warehousing process of the goods according to the checking information.
In the embodiment of the specification, after the warehouse receives the goods, a warehouse operator or other staff needs to check the received goods in a box opening manner, so that the authenticity of the goods is ensured. To record the results of the verification, the present embodiment also stores verification information for the good in server 102. So as to facilitate the backtracking of the staff.
Preferably, the verification information of the goods in the embodiment of the present disclosure is an open-box photograph of the goods.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the PDA photographs key nodes during the unpacking process and uploads the key nodes to the server 102 for registration between shipping the container to the warehouse and unpacking the code. The key nodes in the opening process can be determined according to the types of cargo entities, taking a cold chain scene as an example, wherein the key nodes in the process are set to comprise the appearance of a container containing a container number or the delivery evidence of a supervision bin, the lead seal which is not completely disassembled, the whole cargo after the container is opened and each cargo object plane list.
Aiming at key nodes in the box opening process, the PDA respectively shoots to obtain photos of each key node.
The PDA calculates photo Hash values for each key node photo, respectively, and registers information in the server 102, the registration information mainly including: warehouse manager unique representation, operator unique identification, photo name and photo Hash value. As shown in fig. 7, the photo name is composed of three elements, namely a cabinet number, a shooting time and a type number. The type number is defined according to the service scene, taking a cold chain scene as an example, defining '1' as container appearance or supervision warehouse delivery evidence and the like, and '2' as complete undetached lead seal and the like.
In some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the checking information of the goods may also be stored in the blockchain, and security of the checking information is ensured by utilizing the advantage that the data in the blockchain cannot be tampered. For example, the PDA registers photo Hash information through a blockchain system Hash data registration module. When checking the consistency of the photos, the server 102 obtains the photo Hash value on the blockchain system through the photo name when receiving the out-of-box photos uploaded by the PDA, compares the photo Hash value with the received photo Hash value, ensures that the photos are not tampered in the transmission process, and carries out abnormal warning on inconsistent photos.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to improve convenience of checking goods when the goods are delivered, the checking information of the goods may be further added to the warehousing information. Optionally, the storage address of the checking information of the goods may be added to the warehouse-in information, so that when the ex-warehouse operator ex-warehouse the goods, the checking information is determined according to the storage address, and the goods are checked.
In the embodiment of the present specification, for the characteristics of the code and the goods, the step of receiving the PDA to input the goods information and adding the goods information to the warehouse-in information is composed of the following two sub-branches:
Branch 1:
when the goods stacked on the goods management unit are different, receiving goods information obtained by scanning each goods by the terminal operated by the warehouse-in personnel and the quantity of the goods stacked on the goods management unit;
and adding the cargo quantity and scanned cargo information to the warehouse-in information.
In the embodiment of the specification, the cargo information on the cargo management unit can be acquired and recorded by means of PDA code scanning, OCR recognition or manual PDA recording. Taking the code and weight information of the goods as examples, the code and weight information of the upper bill of the goods container are recorded by using the modes of PDA code scanning, OCR recognition and manual recording and are incorporated under the goods management unit.
Branch 2:
under a cold chain scene, receiving SKU face single pictures shot by the warehouse operator operating the terminal, the goods-stacking completed pictures of the goods management unit and the quantity of goods stacked on the goods management unit which are input by the warehouse operator operating the terminal, wherein the goods, the batches and the weights of the goods stacked on the goods management unit are the same;
and adding the SKU face sheet photo, the goods stacking completion photo and the goods quantity into the warehouse-in information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, because the cargo is registered around the cargo management unit, after the cargo is delivered, the cargo management unit may register other cargos, so in order to avoid registration conflicts, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8, before the warehouse-in person places the cargo on the cargo management unit, the method further includes:
step 801: receiving a unique identifier of the goods management unit scanned by the warehouse operator operating the terminal;
step 802: generating a key value of the warehouse-in information according to the unique identifier;
step 803: searching the latest warehouse-in or warehouse-out information corresponding to the key value as idle check information of the goods management unit;
step 804: judging whether the goods management unit idle check information comprises the warehouse-in identification or not;
step 805: if yes, the idle test result of the goods management unit is that the goods does not pass, and the warehouse entry personnel is prompted through the terminal.
Further, after determining the warehouse-in information corresponding to the key value, the method further includes:
judging whether the determined warehousing information comprises the warehousing identification or not;
If yes, executing the step of checking the goods information of the goods which are delivered by the delivery personnel and the corresponding goods right person information according to the delivering information.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the warehousing information corresponding to the unique identifier of the cargo management unit has a warehousing identifier, and the ex-warehouse information has an ex-warehouse identifier, which only when the warehousing identifier and the ex-warehouse identifier are recorded in pairs on the time axis, indicates that the complete flow of warehousing and ex-warehouse of the cargo stacked on the cargo management unit has been completed, and the cargo management unit may be used to register other cargos. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the key value is generated according to the unique identifier of the cargo management unit, and the latest warehouse-in or warehouse-out information corresponding to the key value is searched as the cargo management unit idle check information. If the operation is the warehouse-in operation, the idle check information of the goods management unit should be provided with a warehouse-out mark, which indicates that the goods stacked on the goods management unit are already warehouse-out, and the goods management unit is in an idle state; if the operation is the ex-warehouse operation, the idle check information of the goods management unit should be provided with a warehouse-in mark, which indicates that the goods stacked on the goods management unit are not ex-warehouse, and the ex-warehouse of the goods can be performed.
