In some embodiments of the present application, the coating machine 400 includes a pressing wheel 410, a film separating device 420, a film winding device 430 and a heating drying chamber 440, and the method for coating the profile plate 210 by the coating machine 400 includes the following steps:
outputting film coating glue;
the film coating glue is pressed and stuck on the profile plate 210 through the pressing wheel 410, wherein the film coating glue is sequentially arranged along the first vertical portion 2111, one end face of the profile plate 210 in the length direction, the other side of the profile plate 210 in the width direction and the other end face of the profile plate 210 in the length direction;
cutting the film coating adhesive by extending a circular cutter head of the film separating device 420 into a cutting opening 2114, and recovering the surplus film coating adhesive after cutting by the film winding device 430;
the cladding is completed by heating the profile plate 210 through the heating drying chamber 440.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the method for manufacturing the color-striking door according to the second aspect of the present application realizes the integral formation of the metallic color and the cladding color, and avoids the split structure generated by different colors. By using the film separating device 420 and the film rolling device 430 and adopting corresponding processing technology and method, the metal profile plate 210 can be automatically subjected to integral over-molding without additional manual trimming. Therefore, the cost can be reduced, the efficiency is improved, the stability of the quality of the finished metal part product is ensured, and the conditions of manual assembly and bad film cutting are avoided.
It will be appreciated that the processing of the primary color plate structure 100 includes: cutting, milling the groove 110 and sealing the edge. The coated processing flow comprises: preparing, glue mixing, machine testing, film placing, coating, and finished product self-checking and packaging. In some embodiments, the method further comprises a step of curing the colored coated profile, wherein the hot melt adhesive can be used after the hot melt adhesive is cured.
In some embodiments, when the machine is tested, the feeding speed is 5-14m/min, and the normal running speed of the machine is 40-55m/min; when the temperature of the profile is less than 25 ℃ in winter, a hot air gun is used for blowing the profile, so that the surface temperature of the profile is rapidly increased to achieve the coating condition.
In some embodiments, the film separating device 420 is a circular cutter disc with a protective cover, the cutter disc can rotate along with the movement of the profile plate 210, and the protective cover with a half bag has the purpose of preventing the cutter disc from being broken and sputtering injury. The cutting opening 2114 of the profile plate 210 is suitable for extending into a cutter disc, which is 45-60 degrees relative to the profile plate 210, the cutter disc is clamped and fixed on the cladding machine 400, the condition of immobility in the cladding process is required to be maintained, the cutter disc can extend into the profile plate 2100 to 0.2mm, so that the film can be smoothly rolled up after the cladding film 220 is slit, meanwhile, the scraping condition can not be recognized by naked eyes, the product qualification rate is maintained, the influence of twisting of the profile plate 210 on the splitting is avoided, and the stability of the cutter disc is maintained; the width of the segmented film is more than or equal to 4mm. In other embodiments, the circular cutter disc of the protective cover of the membrane separation device 420 may be replaced by a blade or the like.
In some embodiments, the film winding device 430 is additionally installed on the original driving wheel, the driving wheel is used for actively collecting the segmented redundant film, the diameter of the winding wheel of the device is larger than that of the rotating wheel, so that the film winding speed is slightly higher than the coating speed, the redundant film is enabled to be continuously and not dropped in the collecting process, a certain tensile force is provided for the film which is just stuck on the profile plate 210, the handle is larger than the initial adhesion force of the adhesive, the redundant film can be smoothly segmented from the profile plate 210, and meanwhile, the affinity of the coating adhesive to the film is larger than that of the coating adhesive to the profile plate 210, so that the coating adhesive cannot be left on the profile plate 210.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the color-striking door and the manufacturing method according to the embodiments of the present application achieve the following beneficial effects by improving the structure, shape, materials and connection relationship and optimizing the process conditions and production process:
1. structural improvement: a) The integrated metal cladding structure is adopted, screw fixation is replaced by an assembling mode of introducing the milling groove of the plate and the linear metal sizing, and the stability of the product is improved. Compared with the prior multi-component connecting structure, the loosening and gaps among components are reduced, and the risks of deformation and transverse cracking of the door plate are reduced. b) The integral type metal cladding structure has eliminated the inconsistent problem of back fastening screw cap and fastening screw and metallic color, makes the positive and negative face of finished door switch watch screw connection outward, has promoted the outward appearance aesthetic measure of product.
2.
