The clamping of the whole layer of box-type goods consists of a three-side clamp consisting of a first L-shaped clamping plate 4.4 and a second L-shaped clamping plate 4.5 of the movable clamp and a single-side push plate 4.12 which clamps the goods on four sides after corresponding hydraulic cylinders act. After box-type goods are clamped, the moving of the whole moving clamp is used for completing the conveying requirements of different positions of the goods. The clamping devices are driven by hydraulic cylinders, and the clamping plates are provided with pressure sensors for preventing goods from being damaged due to overlarge pressure.
As shown in fig. 7, the balance wheel marshalling platform 5 is formed by assembling a plurality of balance wheel sorting units 5.1, each balance wheel sorting unit 5.1 is provided with a plurality of universal balance wheels 5.2 which are arranged in rows, and a plurality of universal balls 5.3 are arranged between two adjacent rows of universal balance wheels 5.2; the outer edge of the balance pallet 5 is provided with a cargo screen 5.4. A plurality of balance wheel sorting units are adopted to form the balance wheel sorting unit product which is a mature market product, each unit has independent steering and roller conveying functions, and the steering and the roller are driven by different motors respectively. The balance wheel sorting units can be combined at will, after the modules are formed by multiple units, the control system controls the steering and roller motor movement of each balance wheel sorting unit correspondingly after matching with the machine vision and corresponding grouping algorithm, so that the box-type goods are conveyed from the box inlet end to the box outlet end of the balance wheel grouping table, and the transverse and vertical steering grouping actions of the box-type goods are required to be completed according to the goods stacking requirement.
As shown in fig. 8, the crawler running chassis mechanism 6 includes a chassis mounting frame 6.1, a battery, an electric cabinet 6.2 and an air compressor 6.3 are mounted on the chassis mounting frame 6.1, crawlers 6.4 are arranged on two sides of the chassis mounting frame 6.1, driving motors 6.5 for driving the crawlers to run are arranged on the inner sides of the crawlers 6.4, two driving motors are adopted in the running driving of the embodiment, and the battery only supplies power for running when the loading and unloading vehicle is in transition running.
The unstacking operation flow of the mobile integrated machine for unstacking and stacking box-type cargos is described as follows (the stacking operation flow is the reverse process), and the operation flow is shown in figures 9-14.
(1) The whole pallet box type goods are transported to a pallet lifting table by a forklift, as shown in fig. 9;
(2) the lifting tray lifting table, the bottom surface of the top layer box is slightly higher than the balance wheel marshalling table top, the three-side clamps move and clamp goods, and the single-side push plate rotates to a working position, as shown in fig. 10;
(3) the whole layer of box-type goods are clamped from four sides by a single-side push plate and a three-side clamp, and the tray lifting table is lowered to a proper height, as shown in fig. 11;
(4) the box bottom supporting plate moves to support the bottom of the whole layer of box-type cargoes, as shown in fig. 12;
(5) the single-side pushing plate and the three-side clamp move to transfer the whole layer of goods to the balance wheel marshalling table top, as shown in fig. 13;
(6) the box bottom pallet moves back to the original position. The single-sided push plate rotates to the initial position and the three-sided clamp moves to the upper part of the pallet goods as shown in fig. 14;
(7) the balance wheel is formed into a table top, the whole layer of cartons are formed into groups and arranged, the cartons are conveyed to a cargo outlet, meanwhile, the mechanism starts the next layer of unstacking operation circulation, and the whole layer of box-type cargoes are conveyed to the table top until the unstacking of the whole support cargoes is completed.
And the stacking operation flow is executed inversely to the unstacking operation flow.
