Specifically, the brushing devices 200 are disposed inside the end of the washing bed 100 away from the sump 120, and the plurality of groups of brushing devices 200 are disposed in sequence in the width direction of the washing bed 100, and it should be noted that a sufficient space should be left between adjacent brushing devices 200 to prevent collision.
Preferably, a connection structure is provided between the support 230 and the cleaning member 240 to prevent the support 230 from being separated from the cleaning member 240 during the rotation of the rotating wheel 220, such as a magnetic structure, such as an elastic structure, for example, an elastic line is provided between the support 230 and the cleaning member 240, one end of the elastic line is connected to the support 230, the other end is connected to the cleaning member 240, and the support 230 is always connected to the cleaning member 240 under the elastic force of the elastic line.
The sealing plate 350 is preferably made of a flexible material (in order to schematically make the sealing plate 350 not attached to the bottom of the long groove, but in practice, the sealing plate 350 should be attached to the bottom of the long groove to achieve a sealing effect), the sealing plate 350 can seal the long groove from the bottom of the long groove, further, a magnet structure that attracts each other is arranged between the cleaning table and the sealing plate 350, further, a sealing structure, such as a chute and an insert, is arranged between the cleaning table and the sealing plate 350, so as to improve the sealing performance between the sealing plate 350 and the cleaning table, and further, a sealing ring is arranged between the chute and the insert, so as to improve the sealing performance of the long groove and prevent leakage at the long groove. In the cleaning process of the cleaning member 240, other positions of the long groove are in a sealing state except the cleaning member 240, and in order to improve the sealing performance of the cleaning member 240, a sealing member such as a sealing gasket may be disposed at a position, near the bottom of the slideway, of the connection between the cleaning member 240 and the hanging member 340.
In some embodiments, a support rod 241 is disposed at the bottom of each cleaning member 240, a first magnet is disposed at the bottom of the support rod 241, the hanger 340 includes an L-shaped plate 341, a flared side of the L-shaped plate 341 faces the rotating wheel 220, and a second magnet capable of attracting the first magnet is disposed at the inner side of the vertical wall of the L-shaped plate 341.
Specifically, when the L-shaped plate 341 moves to the cleaning member 240, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other, the cleaning member 240 is transferred to the conveyor belt by the support 230, and when the connection structure between the cleaning member 240 and the support 230 is a magnetic structure, it should be noted that the comparison between the magnetic structure and the magnetic structures between the first magnet and the second magnet is required to ensure that the cleaning member 240 is stably supported on the support 230 and that the cleaning member 240 is transferred to the conveyor belt 330 by the L-shaped plate 341.
In some embodiments, the hanging member 340 further includes a baffle 342, the baffle 342 is disposed in a space between the baffle 342 on one side of the L-shaped plate 341 near the rotating wheel 220 and the flaring of the L-shaped plate 341, so that the first magnet can be completely accommodated, and the first magnet at the bottom of the different cleaning member 240 can pass through the accommodating space when the rotating wheel 220 rotates.
Specifically, the baffle 342 is an auxiliary structure of the L-shaped plate 341, and the baffle 342 can push down the cleaning member 240 from the support 230 under the conveying action of the conveyor belt 330, so that the cleaning member 240 can enter the cleaning position more quickly.
In some embodiments, the support 230 includes a support frame 231 with one end fixed on the rotating wheel 220 and a shelf 232 disposed at the other end of the support frame 231, the L-shaped flared end of the support frame 231 faces the runner 110, the horizontal arm of the support frame 231 extends out of the rotating wheel 220, the shelf 232 includes a connecting rod with a middle part connected to the end of the support frame 231 and support plates with L-shaped flared ends respectively connected to two ends of the connecting rod, and the L-shaped flared end of the support plates faces the runner 110.

Of course, in order to achieve a more cleaning effect, more groups of cleaning members 240 may be provided, which will not be described herein.
In some embodiments, the brushing device 200 further includes a limiting assembly 210, the limiting assembly 210 is disposed between the driving member of the brushing device and the rotating wheel 220, the limiting assembly 210 includes a limiting wheel 211, which is coaxially connected with the rotating wheel 220 in a transmission manner, a plurality of limiting grooves 212 are disposed on a peripheral wall of the limiting wheel 211 at intervals, a limiting block is disposed in the limiting grooves 212, a reed 213 is connected to a top of the limiting block, one end of the reed 213 is connected to the limiting block, the other end of the reed 213 is fixed in the cleaning bed 100, and along with rotation of the limiting wheel 211, the limiting block is sequentially embedded into each of the limiting grooves 212, and a plurality of cleaning members 240 on the rotating wheel 220 sequentially enter into a cleaning position.
Specifically, each limiting groove 212 corresponds to one cleaning piece 240, and the setting of the limiting grooves 212 and the limiting blocks can prevent the rotating wheel 220 from rotating randomly, so that the position of the cleaning piece 240 is affected. Preferably, the two side groove walls of the limiting groove 212 are inclined walls, and the two inclined walls are in flaring shapes facing the outside of the limiting wheel 211 so as to replace the groove position of the limiting block.
In some embodiments, the medical wound cleansing apparatus further comprises a shutter 130, an inlet and an outlet for the cleansing member 240 to enter and exit are provided on the inner wall of the cleansing bed 100, and the shutter 130 is disposed at the inlet and the outlet. The shutter 130 has a waterproof function, and the shutter 130 is preferably made of a transparent material, so that the working condition of the brushing assembly can be observed more conveniently.
In some embodiments, the flow channel 110 and the liquid collecting tank 120 of the cleaning bed 100 are provided with a plurality of spray holes 140 at intervals, and an annular ultraviolet lamp 150 is arranged at the periphery of each spray hole 140;
the medical wound cleaning device further comprises a water tank 170 and a disinfectant tank 160 which are arranged in the cleaning bed 100, and the water tank 170 and the disinfectant tank 160 are connected with the spray holes 140.
