Description

Holding member and child care device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a holding member attached to a child-care belt and a child-care device provided with the holding member.
Background
Conventionally, a child belt to be attached to a child care device such as a baby carriage or a rocking chair is known. The child-care appliance has a support portion for supporting the child, and the child-care appliance is attached to the support portion to restrain the child to the support portion. JP2020-163887A discloses a child belt formed as a five-point belt including a pair of shoulder straps, a pair of waist straps, and a crotch strap. Such five-point belts are convenient, particularly when a child is seated in the incubator, because they can separate the five belts from each other. That is, when a child is seated on the child care device, the child is seated on the support portion after the five belts are separated from each other. The child is then restrained by having the five straps pass over the child's abdomen and joining the ends of the five straps over the abdomen, respectively from over the child's shoulders, sides of the waist or crotch. Thus, when the belt is worn by a child, it is not necessary to pass the child's arms through the belt loop.
However, in the case of the above-described five-point belt, when the user of the child care device is not used to the operation of the belt or when the belts are combined according to the growth stage of the child, it is difficult to properly and promptly combine the separated five belts.

Detailed Description
The child care device of the present invention has a child care device body to which a child belt is attached, and a holding member attached to the child belt. Child care devices are devices such as child seats, infant racks, and rocking chairs that are used by being attached to strollers, motor vehicles, bicycles, and the like, and are typically devices that are used to care for children (infants, young children, and the like) during the process of caring for the children. The child-resistant strap is a strap that is worn by a child on the child-care implement and restrains the child on the child-care implement.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10. Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing a child care device 1 having holding members 51 and 52. Fig. 2 shows the child belt 10 to which the holding members 51 and 52 are attached. In one embodiment described below, an example in which the holding members 51 and 52 are applied to a stroller as the incubator 1 is shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The holding member may be applied to other nursing devices.
< device for nursing child >
First, a stroller serving as a incubator 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 shows the overall structure of a specific example of a stroller. As shown in fig. 1, a stroller 1 according to the present embodiment includes: a main body frame 2 having a pair of front legs 3 and a pair of rear legs 4; and a handle 5 connected to the main body frame 2. Wherein the main body frame 2 and the handle 5 constitute a stroller main body (a nursing device main body) 6. The stroller body 6 includes a support portion 7 for supporting a child. In the stroller main body 6, the support portion 7 is a seat. As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the support portion 7 is supported by the stroller body 6 between the pair of front legs 3 and between the pair of rear legs 4. As shown in fig. 3, the support portion 7 includes a seat portion 7a for supporting the buttocks of the child and a back portion 7b for supporting the back of the child. A seat portion 8 having cushioning properties is detachably attached to the support portion 7. The child sits or lies on the seat portion 8.
In the present specification, unless otherwise specified, terms "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "front-rear direction", "up-down direction" and "width direction" with respect to a stroller and its constituent elements mean "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "front-rear direction", "up-down direction" and "width direction" with respect to a child seated on a support portion of the stroller. In more detail, the "front-rear direction" corresponds to a direction connecting the lower left and upper right of the paper surface in fig. 1. Unless otherwise specified, "front" refers to the side toward which the child is riding, and the lower left side of the sheet in fig. 1 is the front side. On the other hand, the "up-down direction" refers to a direction orthogonal to the traveling surface of the stroller. Therefore, when the running surface is a horizontal surface, the "up-down direction" refers to the vertical direction. The "width direction" is a lateral direction, and is a direction orthogonal to both the "front-back direction" and the "up-down direction". As shown in fig. 1, the illustrated stroller 1 has a substantially symmetrical structure about a surface which is located at the lateral center and extends in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction.
Fig. 3 is a view showing the crotch strap 11, the waistbands 12, 13, and the shoulder straps 14, 15 in a state of being separated from each other. In fig. 3, the child belt 10 is not provided with the holding members 51 and 52.
As shown in fig. 3, a child belt 10 is attached to the support portion 7. The body of the child riding on the support 7 is restrained on the support 7 by the child belt 10. The child belt 10 is formed as a five-point belt having a crotch belt 11, a pair of waist belts 12, 13, and a pair of shoulder belts 14, 15.
As shown in fig. 3, the crotch strap 11 has a crotch strap portion 11a. One end of the crotch strap portion 11a is attached to substantially the center of the seat portion 7 a.
The waistbands 12, 13 have waistbands 12a, 13a, respectively. One ends of the belt portions 12a, 13a are mounted in the waist region near the end portion on the seat portion 7a side in the back portion 7b so as to be separated from each other in the width direction. One end of the waistband portion 12a is connected to a region on one side in the width direction of the back portion 7b. One end of the waistband portion 13a is connected to the other widthwise region of the back portion 7b.
The shoulder straps 14, 15 have shoulder strap portions 14a, 15a, respectively. One ends of the shoulder strap portions 14a, 15a are attached in a shoulder region located substantially at the center of the back portion 7b so as to be separated from each other in the left-right direction. One end of the shoulder strap portion 14a is connected to a region on one side in the width direction of the back portion 7b. One end of the shoulder strap portion 14b is connected to the other widthwise region of the back portion 7b.
One ends of the waistband portions 12a, 13a may be connected to each other. The belt portions 12a, 13a may be formed of a continuous single belt portion. One ends of the shoulder belt portions 14a and 15a may be connected to each other. The shoulder belt portions 14a and 15a may be formed of a single continuous belt portion. In other words, one ends of the shoulder belt portions 14a and 15a may not be fixed to the support portion 7. One end of the crotch strap portion 11a may be connected to the waist strap portions 12a, 13a or the shoulder strap portions 14a, 15a. In other words, one end of the crotch belt portion 11a may not be fixed to the support portion 7.
As shown in fig. 3, the crotch strap portion 11a, the waist strap portions 12a, 13a, and the shoulder strap portions 14a, 15a extend toward the front side of the seat portion 8 through 5 through holes 8a, and the through holes 8a are formed in the seat portion 8 in correspondence with the connection positions between the strap portions and the back portion 7b.
A buckle 20 as a first connecting member is attached to the other end of the crotch strap portion 11a. Further, a belt tongue piece 30 as a second connector is attached to the other end of each belt portion 12a, 13a. A shoulder strap tongue 40 as a third link is attached to the other end of each of the shoulder strap portions 14a and 15a. The crotch strap 11, the waistbands 12, 13 and the shoulder straps 14, 15 are connected to each other by engaging the waist strap tongue 30 and the shoulder strap tongue 40 with the buckle 20. Fig. 4 shows a cross section along the width direction of the buckle 20. Fig. 5 to 6 show the waist belt tongue 30 and the shoulder belt tongue 40. Fig. 7 shows the buckle 20, the lap belt tongue 30, and the shoulder belt tongue 40. In fig. 5 to 7, the holding members 51 and 52 are not shown for clarity of illustration.
In the present specification, unless otherwise specified, terms of "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "front-rear direction", "up-down direction", and "width direction" with respect to the child belt 10 and its constituent elements mean "front", "rear", "upper", "lower", "front-rear direction", "up-down direction", and "width direction" with respect to the child on which the child belt 10 is worn. The terms "back side" and "front side" with respect to the child belt 10 and its constituent elements refer to "back side" and "front side" with respect to an artificial reference for observing the child belt 10 worn on a child. Specifically, when the child belt 10 is worn on a child, the surface facing the child is the "back surface", and the surface facing the "back surface" is the "front surface".
The buckle 20, the waist belt tongue 30, and the shoulder belt tongue 40 will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 3 to 7. As shown in fig. 3 to 4, the buckle 20 has a buckle main body 21 to which the crotch strap portion 11a is connected, and a locking member 25. As shown in fig. 4, the buckle main body 21 has an inner space 21a that accommodates the locking member 25. More specifically, there are a bottom wall 22 forming the back surface of the buckle body 21, a top wall 23 forming the front surface of the buckle body 21, and a side wall 24 connecting the bottom wall 22 and the top wall 23. The internal space 21a communicates with button openings 23a formed in the center of the top wall 23 and insertion openings 24a, 24b formed in the side wall 24. The insertion port 24a is formed in a portion facing one side in the width direction of the side wall 24, and the insertion port 24b is formed in a portion facing the other side in the width direction of the side wall 24. A projection 28 projecting upward is formed on an upper portion of the side wall 24.
As shown in fig. 4, the lock member 25 is biased toward the top wall 23 by an elastic member 29 disposed between the lock member 25 and the bottom wall 22. The lock member 25 extends in the width direction in the buckle main body 21.
A protruding portion constituting a release button 26 is formed in the center of the lock member 25. The release button 26 protrudes into the button opening 23a of the top wall 23. As described later, the release button 26 in the button opening 23a is pushed into the buckle main body 21, whereby the engagement between the lock member 25 and the waist belt tongue 30 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 can be released.
At both ends of the lock member 25, engaging protrusions 27a, 27b for engaging the waistband tongue 30 are formed. The engaging convex portions 27a, 27b protrude toward the top wall 23 side.
As shown in fig. 5, the waistband tab 30 includes a base 31 to which the waistband portion 12a or 13a is connected, and an extension portion 32 extending from the base 31 toward the inside in the width direction. The extending portion 32 is formed with an engaging opening 32a for receiving the engaging convex portion 27a or 27b. The extending portion 32 is inserted between the lock member 25 and the top wall 23, and the engaging convex portion 27a or 27b is fitted into the engaging opening 32a, so that the belt tongue piece 30 is engaged with the buckle 20. A recess for receiving the shoulder belt tongue 40 corresponding to the waist belt tongue 30 is formed on the back surface of the waist belt tongue 30. Further, wall portions extending toward the back surface of the waist belt tongue piece 30 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the extension portion 32, respectively.
As shown in fig. 5, the shoulder strap tongue 40 includes a base 41 to which the shoulder strap portion 14a or 15a is connected, and an extension 42 extending downward from the base 41. The base 41 has a recess 41a formed therein, and the recess 41a receives the protruding portion 28 of the buckle main body 21 from above and from the outer side in the width direction. The extension 42 of the shoulder strap tongue 40 is received in a recess formed in the back surface of the waist strap tongue 30 corresponding to the shoulder strap tongue 40. The extension 42 is formed with a projection 43 projecting inward in the width direction. If the extension 42 is fitted into the recess of the waistband tab 30, the protrusion 43 is disposed between the wall portions provided at the upper and lower ends of the extension 42. In this state, if the belt tongue 30 is engaged with the buckle 20, the extension 42 is disposed between the base 31 of the belt tongue 30 and the buckle body 21. The protruding portion 43 is disposed between the lock member 25 and the bottom wall 22. Further, the protruding portion 28 of the buckle main body 21 is inserted into the recess 41a of the base 41. Thereby, the movement of the shoulder strap tongue 40 with respect to the buckle 20 is restricted, and the shoulder strap tongue 40 is engaged with the buckle 20.
Such five-point belts, as shown in fig. 3, enable the five belts to be separated from each other, and thus are convenient, particularly when a child is seated in the incubator. That is, when a child is seated on the child care device, the five strips are separated from each other, and then the child is seated on the support portion of the child care device. The child can then be restrained by having the five straps pass over the child's abdomen and joining the ends of the five straps over the abdomen, respectively from over the child's shoulders, sides of the waist, or between the crotch.
In view of this, the incubator 1 of the present embodiment includes holding members 51 and 52 attached to the waist belts 12 and 13 and the shoulder belts 14 and 15.
The holding members 51 and 52 hold the ends of the waist bands 12 and 13 and the ends of the shoulder bands 14 and 15. In the example shown in fig. 1 to 2, the holding member 51 holds the ends of the waist belt 12 and the shoulder belt 14 connected to the region on one side in the width direction of the support portion 7. The holding member 52 holds the ends of the waist belt 13 and the shoulder belt 15 connected to the other widthwise region of the support portion 7. Thus, even in a state in which the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder belts 14, 15 are separated from the crotch belt 11, the waist belt tongue 30 of the waist belt 12 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 of the shoulder belt 14 are maintained in a state of being close to each other, and the waist belt tongue 30 of the waist belt 13 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 of the shoulder belt 15 are maintained in a state of being close to each other. Therefore, the waist belt tongue 30 of the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 of the shoulder belts 14, 15 can be easily combined in an appropriate combination. In addition, since the movement of the end of the waist belt tongue 12 or 13 and the end of the shoulder belt 14 or 15 with respect to each other is suppressed, the separation of the combined waist belt tongue 30 and shoulder belt tongue 40 from each other can be suppressed.
In the illustrated example, the holding members 51, 52 include: support members 53 for supporting the waist belts 12 and 13 and the shoulder belts 14 and 15, respectively; and a mounting member 54 for mounting the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder belts 14, 15 to the support member 53.
In the illustrated example, the support member 53 includes a first cloth and a second cloth, and a buffer material disposed between the first cloth and the second cloth. Here, as shown in fig. 2, the support member 53 is disposed between the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder belts 14, 15 and the child. Therefore, the child belt 10 with the holding members 51, 52 attached thereto can provide good wearing comfort for the child wearing the child belt 10, because the support member 53 has cushioning properties.
The support member 53 supports the waist belt tongue 30 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 from the back side thereof. Here, the waist belt tongue 30 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 are combined with each other by fitting the extension 42 of the shoulder belt tongue 40 into the recess formed on the back surface of the waist belt tongue 30. The support member 53 supports the waist belt tongue 30 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 thus combined from the back side thereof, and can suppress the shoulder belt tongue 40 from falling off from the waist belt tongue 30.
In the illustrated example, the support member 53 has a fan shape as a whole. The support member 53 has a first edge portion 53a having an arc shape, a second edge portion 53b connected to one end portion of the first edge portion 53a, and a third edge portion 53c connected to the other end portion of the first edge portion 53 a. As shown in fig. 2, the second edge portion 53b extends along the shoulder straps 14, 15 in a state where the holding members 51, 52 are attached to the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder straps 14, 15. Such second edge portion 53b helps to visually guide the arrangement of shoulder straps 14, 15 on support member 53 when holding members 51, 52 are attached to shoulder straps 14, 15. In addition, by extending the second edge portion 53b along the shoulder straps 14, 15, the possibility of interference of one holding member 51 with the other holding member 52 is reduced. In addition, the third edge 53c extends along the waist bands 12, 13 in a state where the holding members 51, 52 are attached to the waist bands 12, 13 and the shoulder straps 14, 15. Such a third edge 53c helps to visually guide the arrangement of the waistbands 12, 13 on the supporting member 53 when the waistbands 12, 13 are attached to the holding members 51, 52.
In the example shown in fig. 8, the attachment member 54 of the holding member 51 includes a first attachment member 55 for attaching one of the waist belt 12 and the shoulder belt 14 to the support member 53, and a second attachment member 56 for attaching the other of the waist belt 12 and the shoulder belt 14 to the holding member. Similarly, the attachment member 54 of the holding member 52 includes a first attachment member 55 for attaching one of the lap belt 13 and the shoulder belt 15 to the support member 53, and a second attachment member 56 for attaching the other of the lap belt 13 and the shoulder belt 15 to the holding member. The first attachment member 55 is disposed near the second edge portion 53b of the support member 53. The second attachment member 56 is disposed near the third edge 53c of the support member 53.
In the example shown in fig. 8, the holding members 51, 52 are detachably attached to the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder belts 14, 15. Specifically, the attaching member 54 detachably attaches the waist belts 12, 13 and the shoulder belts 14, 15 to the supporting member 53. Thus, the user of the incubator 1 can freely select whether or not to use the holding members 51 and 52. As a result, the convenience of the holding members 51, 52 is improved.
Specifically, the first mounting member 55 and the second mounting member 56 each include a band portion 57 fixed to the support member 53, and a connector 58 that detachably connects both end portions of the band portion 57. In the illustrated example, the connector 58 is a snap, but is not limited thereto. As the connector 58, any connector such as a hook and loop fastener or a hook can be used. As shown in fig. 9, the first attachment member 55 and the second attachment member 56 may be annular rubber bands 59 fixed to the support member 53. In this case, the waist belt 12, 13 or the shoulder belt 14, 15 can be attached to the support member 53 by extending the rubber belt 59 and inserting the waist belt 12, 13 or the shoulder belt 14, 15 into the rubber belt 59. Further, by extending the rubber band 59 and pulling out the waist belt 12, 13 or the shoulder belt 14, 15 from the rubber band 59, the waist belt 12, 13 or the shoulder belt 14, 15 can be detached from the support member 53.
The holding members 51 and 52 can be attached to the waist belt 13 and the shoulder belt 15, and the waist belt 12 and the shoulder belt 14, respectively, by rotating them by 90 ° about an axis perpendicular to the support member 53. In this case, the third edge portion 53c of the support member 53 extends along the shoulder straps 14, 15, and the second edge portion 53b extends along the waist belts 12, 13.
An example of a method of attaching the holding members 51, 52 to the waist bands 12, 13 and the shoulder bands 14, 15 will be described.
First, both end portions of the band portion 57 of the first mounting member 55 of the holding members 51, 52 are separated. The belt portions 57 of the second attachment members 56 of the holding members 51, 52 are separated from each other at both ends. Next, the waist belt 12 and the shoulder belt 14 connected to the region on one side in the width direction of the support portion 7 are arranged on the support member 53 of the holding member 51. The waist belt 13 and the shoulder belt 15 connected to the other widthwise region of the support portion 7 are disposed on the support member 53 of the holding member 52. At this time, the belt 12 or 13 is disposed on the belt portion 57 of the second attachment member 56 such that the surface of the support member 53 on which the attachment member 54 is attached is opposed to the back surface of the belt tongue 30. Then, both end portions of each belt portion 57 are connected to the waist belt 12 or 13. Thereby, the belt 12 or 13 is held by the annular band portion 57 on the support member 53. The shoulder belt 14 or 15 is disposed on the belt portion 57 of the first attachment member 55 such that the surface of the support member 53 on which the attachment member 54 is attached faces the back surface of the shoulder belt tongue 40. Then, both end portions of each band portion 57 are connected to the shoulder strap 14 or 15. Thereby, the shoulder belt 14 or 15 is held by the support member 53 by the annular belt portion 57.
An example of a method of wearing the child belt 10 to which the holding members 51 and 52 are attached will be described.
First, as shown in fig. 6, the waist belt tongue 30 of the waist belt 12 held by the holding member 51 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 of the shoulder belt 14 are combined with each other. In addition, the waist belt tongue 30 of the waist belt 13 held by the holding member 52 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 of the shoulder belt 15 are combined with each other. At the same time, the other side portion in the width direction of the protruding portion 28 of the buckle main body 21 is inserted into the recess 41a formed in the base portion 41 of the shoulder strap tongue piece 40 held by the holding member 52. If the extension 32 of the waist belt tongue 30 is inserted between the top wall 23 and the locking member 25 of the buckle main body 21, the locking member 25 moves toward the bottom wall 22 side against the elastic force of the elastic member 29. Further, if the engagement opening 32a of the waist belt tongue 30 is moved to a position facing the engagement protrusions 27a, 27b of the lock member 25, the engagement protrusions 27a, 27b fit into the engagement opening 32a. Thereby, the waist belt tongue 30 and the shoulder belt tongue 40 are engaged with the buckle 20.
An example of a method of removing the child belt 10 with the holding members 51 and 52 attached thereto from the child will be described.
First, the release button 26 is pushed into the buckle main body 21 through the button opening 23a of the buckle 20. Thereby, the engaging protruding portions 27a and 27b of the lock member 25 are disengaged from the engaging opening 32a of the waist belt tongue 30, and the engagement between the buckle 20 and the waist belt tongue 30 and the engagement between the buckle and the shoulder belt tongue 40 are released.
Next, as shown in fig. 10, the holding member 51 is gripped, and the end portion of the waist belt 12 and the end portion of the shoulder belt 14 are moved to one side in the width direction together with the holding member 51. Then, the child's arms are withdrawn from between the waist belt 12 and the shoulder straps 14. The holding member 52 is gripped, and the end portion of the waist belt 13 and the end portion of the shoulder belt 15 are moved to the other side in the width direction together with the holding member 52. The child's arms are pulled out from between the waist belt 13 and the shoulder belt 15. Thereby, the child belt 10 is removed from the child.
