Detailed Description
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(first embodiment)
As illustrated in fig. 1 and 2, four support brackets 2 of a foldable table 100 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure constitute a rectangular frame. The distal end portions of the support brackets 2 are inserted into the connection members 1 so that the plurality of support brackets 2 are connected to the connection members 1. When the rectangular frame as described above is provided, the connection member 1 is positioned between the support brackets 2. The upper plate 3 is connected with an upper portion of the rectangular frame, and four leg brackets 4 are coupled with the connection member 1 and with a lower portion of the rectangular frame, respectively.
The frame constructed from the support bracket 2 may have other polygonal shapes, such as a square shape or a pentagonal shape, in addition to the rectangular shape. The shape of the upper plate 3 coupled with the upper portion of the frame may be changed according to the shape of the polygonal frame.
The frame constructed of the plurality of support brackets 2 has rigidity so that stability of the table can be ensured even if the upper plate 3 having relatively low structural rigidity and made of a lightweight material is coupled. Thus, the stability of the foldable table 100 of the present disclosure is maintained when the table is used, even if the foldable table 100 is made lightweight by reducing the weight of the upper plate.
Because the upper plate 3 is used to support articles placed on the upper plate 3, the upper plate 3 generally has a wide plate shape. In the present embodiment, the upper plate 3 is provided in the form of a rectangular plate, but the present disclosure is not limited to this shape. As described above, the upper plate 3 may have various shapes according to the shape of the polygonal frame. For example, the upper plate 3 may have other polygonal shapes such as a square shape or have a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, the support bracket 2 and the leg bracket 4 each have a rod shape having a circular cross section. However, the present disclosure is not necessarily limited to such a shape. For example, the support bracket 2 and the leg bracket 4 may each have a polygonal cross section such as a rectangular cross section and a square cross section.
When the leg bracket 4 is coupled with the connection member 1, each of the lower ends of the leg bracket 4 that come into contact with the ground may be coupled to an anti-slip member 48 made of a material such as rubber. The anti-slip member 48 may prevent marks from being formed on the ground and provide friction with the ground to prevent the table from slipping, thereby improving the stability of the table.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connection member 1 has an upper portion in the shape of a quadrangular plate on which the upper plate 3 can be placed. The connection member 1 includes: two lateral grooves 11, into which lateral grooves 11 the support brackets 2 are inserted; a lower groove 12, into which lower groove 12 the leg rest 4 is inserted; and four connection holes 13 through which the fixing pieces 101 pass when the connection member 1 is coupled with the upper plate 3.
The upper portion of the connection member 1 where the upper plate 3 is placed has a flat cross section in particular, so that the area of the upper portion of the connection member 1 in contact with the upper plate 3 increases, and the connection member 1 can be securely coupled with the upper plate 3. The plate shape of the upper portion of the connection member 1 may have, for example, a circular shape in addition to the quadrangular shape.
When the fixing piece 101 passes through the connection hole 13 and is inserted into the upper plate 3, the connection member 1 is coupled with the upper plate 3. However, the connection member 1 and the upper plate 3 may be coupled in various ways. The number of fixtures 101 may vary depending on the design, coupling method, etc.
Since the support bracket 2 constitutes a quadrangular frame, the two lateral grooves 11 are formed to be perpendicular to each other and disposed in a direction parallel to the ground. The opposite ends of the support bracket 2 are inserted into the lateral grooves 11 of the connection member 1 so that the support bracket 2 is coupled.
The lower groove 12 may be formed perpendicular to the upper plate 3. However, the lower groove 12 may extend obliquely with respect to the upper plate 3 such that when the plurality of leg brackets 4 are inserted into the connecting member 1, the interval between the plurality of leg brackets 4 gradually increases toward the floor surface. The degree to which the lower groove 12 is inclined relative to the upper plate 3 may vary depending on the design implemented by those skilled in the art. As described above, in the case where the lower groove 12 extends obliquely with respect to the upper plate 3, when the leg rest 4 is inserted into the connection member 1, rattling of the leg rest 4 caused by the gap between the lower groove 12 and the leg rest 4 may be reduced.
The leg bracket 4 is coupled with a lower portion of the connection member 1. The upper end portions of the leg brackets 4 are detachably inserted into lower grooves 12 formed in the lower portion of the connection member 1. The plurality of leg brackets 4 detached from the connection member 1 may be stored by being fitted with a storage member 5 provided on a lower portion of the table. Therefore, since the leg rest 4 does not need to be stored separately, the leg rest 4 can be stored easily.
Fig. 5a is a view illustrating a state in which all of the plurality of leg brackets 4 are coupled with the connection member 1 such that the foldable table 100 is used. As illustrated in fig. 5a, the storage members 5 are attached to the support brackets 2, which define left and right sides while facing each other, among the plurality of support brackets 2 constituting the polygonal frame, respectively.
Fig. 5b is a view illustrating a storage state of the foldable table 100. As illustrated in fig. 5b, when the plurality of leg brackets 4 are detached from the connection member 1, the leg brackets 4 are stored by fitting with the storage member 5. Thus, the table is easy to carry and store.
Referring to fig. 6, the storage member 5 includes: a pair of coupling blades 52 each having an isosceles trapezoid shape and provided at both opposite ends of the support bracket 2 when coupled with the support bracket 2; and a plurality of holding blocks 54, the plurality of holding blocks 54 being provided on lower portions of the pair of coupling vanes 52 and being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals, so that the leg bracket 4 separated from the connection member 1 can be fitted with the plurality of holding blocks 54. The cross section of the coupling vane 52 may have other shapes than an isosceles trapezoid shape.
In the present embodiment, the storage member 5 and the support bracket 2 are coupled by coupling the fastening bolt 102 and the fastening nut 103. The pair of coupling blades 52 each have a fastening hole 53, and the fastening bolt 102 passes through the fastening hole 53 when the storage member 5 is coupled with the support bracket 2. The support bracket 2 may also have a hole similar to the fastening hole 53 through which the fastening bolt 102 may pass. The fastening bolts 102 pass through the fastening holes 53 and the support bracket 2, and then are fastened with the fastening nuts 103, so that the storage member 5 is coupled with the support bracket 2.
The storage member 5 may be made of a flexible material. In this case, the holding block 54 may be elastically deformed when the leg rest 4 separated from the connection member 1 is fitted with the storage member 5, so that the leg rest 4 may be fixed. Only the holding block 54 of the storage member 5 fitted with the leg rest 4 may be made of a flexible material.
Fig. 7a and 7b are views illustrating a structure in which the leg rest 4 is coupled with the connection member 1.
Referring to fig. 7a, the sleeve 15 is inserted into the lower groove 12 of the connection member 1. When the leg rest 4 is inserted into the lower groove 12, the sleeve 15 is positioned between the inner surface of the lower groove 12 and the outer surface of one end portion of the leg rest 4. The sleeve 15 may be provided and coupled in the lower groove 12 by an adhesive or a press fit.
The structure in which the sleeve 15 is inserted into the lower groove 12 of the connection member 1 provides an effect of improving the stability of the table. When the leg rest 4 is inserted into the connection member 1, a gap may be formed between the lower groove 12 of the connection member 1 and one end of the leg rest 4 inserted into the lower groove 12. This gap causes the leg rest 4 to rock when the table is placed on the ground and used, which may reduce the stability of the table. The sleeve 15 serves to minimize the gap that may exist between the lower groove 12 and one end of the leg rest 4, so as to improve the stability of the table while reducing sloshing.
The leg bracket 4 may include a hole 41 formed in an outer peripheral surface of one end portion of the leg bracket 4, and a pressing protrusion 42 provided in one end portion of the leg bracket and protruding radially from the outer peripheral surface through the hole 41. When the table is used in a state in which the leg rest 4 is inserted into the connection member 1, if the leg rest 4 is easily withdrawn from the lower groove 12 of the connection member 1, the stability of the table may be lowered. In this case, the pressing protrusion 42 presses the inner portion of the lower groove 12, which provides the following effect: preventing easy separation of the leg support 4; reducing the rocking of the leg support 4; and to improve the stability of the table.
Further, the leg bracket 4 has an elastic member 43, and the elastic member 43 is mounted in one end portion of the leg bracket 4 and configured to apply an elastic force to the pressing protrusion 42 in the radial direction. Referring to fig. 7b, the elastic member 43 provides elastic force to the pressing protrusion 42 so that the pressing protrusion 42 can press the inner portion of the lower groove 12 in the connection member 1 when the leg rest 4 is inserted into the connection member 1. Accordingly, the elastic member 43 may reduce the rattling of the leg rest 4 and prevent the leg rest 4 from being easily separated from the connection member 1, thereby improving the stability of the table. In particular, the elastic member 43 may be a spring.
(modified example of leg support)
Referring to fig. 8a, the leg rest 4 may have a grip 45 with elasticity instead of the pressing protrusion 42 and the elastic member 43 in the first embodiment described above. The clamping member 45 may include: a support portion 44, the support portion 44 being supported on the inner peripheral surface of the leg rest 4 while being in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the leg rest 4; a protruding portion 46, the protruding portion 46 including a protruding portion configured to press an inner surface of the connection member 1 when the leg rest 4 is inserted into the connection member 1; and a curved portion 47, the curved portion 47 being configured to connect the supporting portion 44 and the protruding portion 46 and to apply an elastic force in a direction in which the supporting portion 44 and the protruding portion 46 move away from each other.
As illustrated in fig. 8b, the protruding portion of the protruding portion 46 presses the inner surface of the lower groove 12 of the connection member 1 through the hole 41 formed in the outer peripheral surface of the one end portion of the leg bracket 4. In particular, the clip 45 may have a U-shape or V-shape to easily apply an elastic force in a direction in which the supporting portion 44 and the protruding portion 46 move away from each other.
As with the pressing projection 42 in the first embodiment described above, the projection of the projection 46 of the clip 45 presses the inner portion of the lower groove 12, which provides the following effect: preventing easy separation of the leg support 4; reducing the rocking of the leg support 4; and to improve the stability of the table.
(second embodiment)
Hereinafter, a foldable table according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to fig. 9 and 10. The same or corresponding parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same or corresponding reference numerals, and repetitive description of the parts described in the first embodiment will be omitted.
Referring to fig. 9a, the connection member 1 of the foldable table 100 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure extends to define two parallel sides of a rectangular frame such that when the connection member 1 is coupled with two support brackets 2 to constitute the rectangular frame, two sides facing each other are defined. The two support brackets 2 are disposed in parallel, and the distal end portions of the support brackets 2 are respectively inserted into the lateral grooves 11 of the connecting member 1 disposed in parallel, thereby constituting a rectangular frame. The connection members 1 each further include a storage portion 14 detachably fitted with the plurality of leg brackets 4 separated from the lower surface of the connection member 1.
As illustrated in fig. 9b, when the plurality of leg brackets 4 are detached from the connection member 1, the leg brackets 4 are stored by fitting with the storage section 14.
The storage portion 14 is made of a flexible material. Accordingly, the storage portion 14 can be elastically deformed when the storage portion 14 is fitted with the leg rest 4 separated from the connection member 1, so that the leg rest 4 can be fixed.
According to the foldable table 100 according to the above-described embodiment, structural rigidity is ensured by coupling the support brackets 2 constituting the polygonal frame, so that the foldable table 100 has stability even if the upper plate 3 having relatively low structural rigidity and made of a lightweight material to improve portability and easy storability is coupled.
Meanwhile, as illustrated in fig. 11, the upper plate 3 may have a honeycomb structure that is lightweight and relatively low in rigidity. The upper plate 3 may be constructed as a plywood, danpla board, or the like, in addition to the honeycomb board.
The above description is for illustrative purposes only to describe the technical spirit of the present disclosure, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art to which the present disclosure pertains that various changes and modifications are possible without departing from the essential features of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the embodiments disclosed in the present disclosure are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the technical spirit of the present disclosure.
