step four, when the crimping operation of the tail end is carried out on the terminal on the cable, at the moment, the electric push rod 28 is synchronously started to drive the shaping clamping plate 27 to move towards the annular piece end of the terminal, the outer wall of the terminal annular piece can be extruded into a corrugated surface shape through the two shaping clamping plates 27 which are relatively close to each other, the anti-slip effect of the terminal annular piece after installation is improved, the anti-slip surface is stamped on the annular piece part of the terminal, and meanwhile, the terminal annular piece which is subjected to bending deformation can be flattened, so that the terminal crimping is facilitated, and meanwhile, the terminal body is rapidly shaped;
step five, after the crimping of the terminal on the cable wire is completed, the hydraulic cylinder 11 is started to lift up with the movable die holder 6 and the crimping mechanism inside the movable die holder 6, when the movable die holder 6 lifts up, the movable clamping blocks 15 at the moment can return rapidly under the action of the return springs 19, at the initial stage of returning of the movable clamping blocks 15, when the movable die holder 6 lifts up slightly, the pressing groove blocks 22 at the moment retract under the action of the return springs 25 and the sealing push plates 24, so that the pressing groove blocks 22 can be kept flush with the vertical pressing surfaces of the movable clamping blocks 15 again after being used, and then the two movable clamping blocks 15 can also finish the resetting synchronously along with the continuous lifting of the movable die holder 6, and wait for the crimping operation of the terminal next time;
